So the also consider the safety features of the car which is something newer cars offer. Overall If you have any car in mind get insurance quotes online before you buy.

No, you will be arrested, your car taken off you, and prosecuted fined, points added to your licence, and then have to pay more for your car insurance. If you don't declare convictions or points on your licence to the insurance company, if you have an accident, they will refuse to pay. You cannot drive without insurance!

Best option is to get a loan from a bank or other means. Then buy the car outright
