  • This third session of the training module covers the basic counselling skills required to conduct an effective interview. The skills of active listening, empathy , reflection, rephrasing and summarizing are covered. Also advanced skills such as probing skills and confrontation techniques are covered in brief.

    Why is the presenter conveniently presuming and puts forward her PoV that husbands are always at fault. Please make the video gender neutral. Also instead of reading slides, please put in little more information to the PPT while covering a slide.
