>We find out he's killed seven people already
>Is inexplicably a world-class martial artist
>Yagami lets him go at the end
The martial artist part threw me for a fucking LOOP the first time I saw this fight before the game came out, lol.
The chair fighting was beautiful and a nice reference to Jackie Chan
just about to saw this comment and i got ads about jackie chan lol

I love that the teacher instincts kick in at 5:30
Missed this, amazing detail!
It's so sick how at 6:15 Yagami jumps over the slide just how the final boss does it in the first Judgement, showing how Yagami learnt it from him, and then Kuwana just sees that and does it too immediately, so you know this guy is at the same level, such a good way to tell something through a cinematic in a battle
A good teacher learns from their students
I could be wrong, but that looks like the most fighting choreography I've seen in an rgg cutscene.
Either this or kiryu vs aizawa
Kuroiwa?
Kuroiwa QTE in the first fight? Kuroiwa action sequences in the final fight????
This or the last hamura fight are the best cinematics ive seen in gaming, yagami’s style of fighting is so satisfying and the animation is top notch
Here's something I hadn't noticed yet: at 4:46 you can see how the back of Kuwana's card has the info written in English
It would have been an amazing detail if they flipped it in the English dub to show that side of the card, instead.
"Just *another* hero passing by"?
*Kamen rider Decade intensified*
Said by Kamen Rider Actor, no less😁😁😁.

That slide synced pretty well with the music.
2:15 that wakeup move with crane is amazing! they made this style so much better!
They definitely did. Crane sorta lost its value in my eyes when you upgraded Tiger in the original, but it's got so many cool features this time around.
and it helped greatly since snake and possibly boxing(never used the dlc) doesn't have a easy to activate wake-up move
1:46 Imagine being one of the bad guys here and watching one of your buddies just get comboed
if i saw that, honestly i'd just straight up leave
Jin said vibe check to Yagami and he passed with flying colors.
Yagami's fighting style reminds me a lot of Jacky Chan
Right, Yagami is a Japanese Version of Jackie Chan
I recall 5 Kung Fu style Jacky Chan. Dragon, Tiger, Snake, Crane and something (I forgot).
@@iguoyrxayananikihs9505 leopard
His fighting style is kung fu
@@iguoyrxayananikihs9505 Boxing? You missed last(paid) fighting style like boxingz
7:33 My favourite ex-action

I guess you call it...
The Jin -Kazama- Kazuma style
🥁
He’s the reason why I like Vorarephilia. I know it’s first used when you have to fight bunch of bullies but first Kuwana’s fight really seal this theme in my heart.
This cafe manage to isolate sound from outside , even with so much action Sawa didn't realise there's a fight happen just outside the window
The manager didn't skimp on sound deadening 🤣🤣
The parries in Snake style looks like an improved version of Tanimura's parries
Haha! The detectives parries

Kuwana's style is similar to yagami's but I don't know if the handymans form is chinese or not but it is traditional that is for sure. I can not tell you for that life of me what his style is but every fight with him seems like ip man 3 to me where both fighters use the same art form but both have a different way of going about the art.
Yagami made his style in Kamurocho according to that place violence. He references this in Judgment that his style is loosely called "Kamurocho style" . If both Kiryu and Saejima (and Majima) based their styles on the streets for that place then its probably chinese martial art.
Both Kuwana and Yagami are (mostly) self taught martial artists as far as I'm aware but they both "look" like they're doing kung fu for the most part. The two definitely are meant to parallel each other in terms of their fighting style though, just as Kuroiwa also did.
If kiryu is Bruce Lee that means yagami is a more serious Jackie Chan
Who said kiryu is bruce lee
@@wow-zc1fq he is as strong as Bruce lee
Kiryu's stronger. Bruce Lee was a great martial artist but he's only human at the end of the day. People keep saying no other chara, armed or no, stand a chance against him like he's the greatest fighter but he's a great fighter in the same way a heavy artillery tank or a nuclear missile are great at winning fights and not even those are invincible. It ls just not a fair fight all around and when you look at it that way, kiryus a lot less impressive for simply being unbreakable. Sure the guy hits hard but it's the part where he doesn't go down that makes him the winner in a fight with just about any fighting character you place him agaisnt. Anyone could win a fight if they can't go down. It's not who hits harder in a fight that wins it after all, it's who remains standing at the end of it. Guy could probably survive a nuclear blast. What the guy has goes beyond plot armor and ridiculous.

I think kiryu is more like van damme or chuck norris
6:15 sync

This moment reminds me about The Karate Kid Where Jackie Chan fight against Master Lee.
Other playable characters in the series might have ludicrous levels of physical strength and endurance, but Yagami (who is self-taught for crying out loud) is easily the most skillful fighter. Kiryu can effortlessly pick up and slam people with 250 pound scooters, no-sell full-power punches to the skull, get bottles broken over his head, and Saejima is even more of a fucking bruiser than Kiryu is (but about as fast and graceful as a dump truck), and Majima's weird breakdancing Mad Dog Style is insanely fast and aggressive. But Yagami has them beat for sheer adaptability. He's got a technique for every situation, and he's no slouch when it comes to endurance contests either.
That's why Yagami is my #1 favorite playable character
Yagami is akiyama, kiryu, majima and now tanimura combined
I am now living proof that chairphilia exists, that was so cool
When I did this boss fight in my 1st playthrough I actually thought you were supposed to lose due to the amount of health he has in the beginning.
Yagami using chairs and a parasol wouldn't be out of place in a Jackie Chan movie.
Yagami Chan in action.
Also at 3:14 Is that a motha-fuggin' Decade reference?
Sawa-sensei: 🙁🙁📱
Yagami: 😡🤜⛱️
This whole sequence pretty much proves that Yagami isn't stronger than kiryu. It sounds crazy, but there have been people who believed Yagami would beat Kiryu. And so far, I haven't really seen any evidence of that, because Yagami struggles against opponents Kiryu would mop the floor with. As for other characters though, I think he'd beat tanimura, Akiyama, shinada, daigo and majima.
Kaito's more akin to Kiryu, as he relies more on strength, while Yagami is the nimbler of the two
@@TwentyNinerR yeah, that's true. Kaito is just a much weaker Kiryu.
I feel like out of that list Yagami would have most trouble with Majima or Akiyama I mainly think both of them would wreck him if either of them genuinely would stop lacking and start training personal opinion of course👌
@@yamoakadevil6532 why? I disagree. I think yagami would prevail. Let's not forget how strong and agile he is. Plus, he's an actual main character of a game, so he has that extra plot armour. That's a cheap point I know, but it's true, Yagami has plot armour.
@@yamoakadevil6532 also, you're saying he'd have more trouble with Akiyama than kiryu? I don't get that. Kiryus stronger than Akiyama after all.
I really love Kuwana’s cocky attitude here.
Also,When he said “Just hero passing by..”,I be like “Goddamn,Is that Kamen Rider Decade reference!?”
Tonight, in the new episode of Kung Fu Justice, Yagami faces a horde of masked punks, don't miss it
