Thanks for your videos! The 130km/h that are displayed when entering Germany is just "Richtgeschwindigkeit" (wich is an advisory speed limit) on German motorways. ABRP was invaluable last year when we went from Germany to Denmark in the classic Ioniq (about 720 km). We wouldn't have got there without the app. It also was of great help this year when we did the same trip in the E-Niro.
Nice road trip from Drammen to germany :) I recently went on my first road trip with my Nissan Leaf to Bergen and a better routplanner worked pretty well for me at least last week. and i don't have any obd dongle hooked up to it.
Yeah it works great for shorter trips, but when you have very long routes like this it can be a bit weird 🙂 It is a very nice app in any case. I have never been in Bergen for long, maybe I should go there with the ioniq 🚗
@@tyfonroad I almost did not make it on some stretches but that was me being a bit optimistic haha. over hemsedalsfjellet i almost had to return to hemsedal but got saved by the hills down to Borgund and i got into turtle mode on the last charging stop in Kongsberg before going back home to Hokksund. New Ev owner so it's been good so far.
@@cyberelectric I've had a few scary "limping into the charging station" myself with the ioniq and the e-up hehe. But once you get used to how the car behaves you can take more correct guesses. A sudden shift in temperature has almost been my bane a couple of times 🤣
Cell temp was between 40C and 50C on just about every charge :) It's very stable in the ravens and it charges optimally in that range. I have a charge screen up from scanmytesla on the end of part 2 which comes on friday

@@tyfonroad Yeah i will understand the car better over time. let's see how the winter goes with the Leaf :P gonna make a lot of videos at least.
Would had liked to see cell temp when charging on your trip.
