    I went to try that Chloe Atelier range, specifically this one, I liked it but I also loved the narcissus one. I had no idea the collection was so big!
    Violet Shot always sounds lovely, a slightly different take on violet. 💜💚

      I have the narcissus one, I found it pretty and really interesting. The only one I was sure to love and didn't was the iris one...

    I’m thrilled you love Aphelie! It’s so beautiful. Bewitching and I get something jammy and nutty in the opening. I wore it last spring and now it’s late autumn I have worn a bit. After hearing your love for it I have been lucky to get a decent of Neroli Outrenoir and I see why you love it. It’s not soapy or blue - so interesting and deep yet fresh. It’s on my desire list. Otherwise lots of ambers. Favs are Farah, Dries Van Noten, Vanilla Diorama, Oud Bouquet, Le Lion and Musc Ravageur. Otherwise I’ve worn Myths Woman, Narciso Rouge, Bitter Peach, Angelique Noire and Baiser Vole Essence de Parfum ❤️

      Oh which one do you like in the Dries Van Noten fragrances? I like their iris, the peppery rose, the gourmand one and their last release (mystic moss I think).

    I saw that you also liked Lost Alice ... and I said to myself ...yes I know why she likes Une Pistache. lol I have both and they have a similar feel to them. Enjoy them both my dear!🌺
    I pre-ordered Rabbit from Zoologist. I think it will be rather sweet but I hope not too sweet. Cross my fingers! I've heard it will be an almondy, marzipan, carrot scent. I like that touch of carrot seed. I find you get that in both Lost Alice and Une Pistache a bit. It is launching this Friday May 24th!!🐰Have a great day!

      You're right about Lost Alice and Une pistache. They have indeed some similarities! Like a lactonic almond note and carrot seeds. Sometimes the opening of Lost Alice is very peppery to me. I've finished my samples of it and I know that I have a travel size of it somewhere ... but I can't find it lol
      Zoologist is one of these brands that is not easy to find in France. I wish I could try their fragrances, I think so far I may have found a sample of the Nightingale a few years ago.

    Hello Karine, big hugs 🙋🏻‍♀️🇦🇺. I have just ordered a sample set of Floraiku, 👏🏻.The Violet shot and Iris shot sound lovely. Great to see your post and completely understand; there must be something this year that appears to fully take us away from anything and focus on some not so fun topics. Best wishes and many thank you’s for posting . Love Stani❤️🩷🧡

      Hello Stani! Thanks for your support 😘 These last 3 years have not been fun at all. So sometimes it's nice to focus on something else like fragrances 😊
      Did you like some of the Floraiku fragrances?

    The Chloé Atelier des Fleurs is so difficult to find, let alone sample. Across the Middle East where I live, so far I've only spotted this line in the Doha International Airport. Would appreciate a review of the line ❤
    Jasmins Marzipan acts totally different on my skin: nothing almondy or powdery, just straight up jasmin. I gave my bottle to my mother and she adores it ☺️

      Funny how things smell differently from one person to another. I think the climate changes the fragrances too as when it's too warm I can't wear it (Jasmins Marzipane). I have 4 fragrances from Atelier des fleurs, I can still talk about these ones :) (Their collection is huge now). I found them at Sephora here, but also I think you may find them in Printemps or Galeries Lafayette.

    I sprayed Jasmins Marzipane recently, and unfortunately it was totally the wrong day for it, so strong on me 😂. Lovely line up of fragrances as always. I've been mostly craving green edged perfumes, even more than florals lol.

      @OlfactiveStories  3 месяца назад

      Haha that's true that you had a nice weather lately 😊 Jasmins Marzipane works only in cold weather for me. I wore it when I went to De Haan (Belgium) for the holidays. The weather was cool and rainy and I found it super comforting 🥰
      N°19 poudré and EDP were the green fragrances I really enjoyed this Spring. The EDP is even greener (I think that one will be in my next favourites of the month 😉)

      I recently tried their Immortelle one. Really lovely, I think it would work very well with Ylang cananga and Vanilla planifolia 🥰
      Une pistache was a very good surprise. I discovered it thanked to a shop assistant at Printemps Paris. And it stayed in the back of my mind for a few months before I pulled the trigger 😄

    Hi - Do you know Roger et Gallet Feuille de Te? It’s a beautiful black tea, bergamot and Vetiver cologne fragrance. I love it but it’s not strong enough. Wondering if you might know of a similar one in an EDT/EDP? Thanks!

    • @OlfactiveStories
      @OlfactiveStories  3 месяца назад

      Oh no I've not tried this one but I'll give it a sniff next time I go yo the pharmacy. If you want a stronger tea fragrance I would suggest you to try Neroli outrenoir by Guerlain or Wulong cha by Nishane. Unfortunately a bit more expensive 😅

    • @OlfactiveStories
      @OlfactiveStories  3 месяца назад

      And I think you'd like Thé Yulong by Armani privé too 😉
      If you're looking more for a citrussy vetiver, they are more possibilities and easier to find a cheaper alternative like Nerolia vetiver by Guerlain or even Terre d'Hermès eau intense, or Mon vetiver by Essential parfum ...
