I'm more than late for my favourites of the month but again, seasonal diseases hit me hard again... Let's see the positive, you won't have to wait a lot to discover my new favourites for February :D

Dear Karine, it has been a challenge even in Western Australia ,we’ve had a heatwave since November temperature 39-49degrees🥵, yet people were dropping with cold and flue, it has been weird🤷🏻♀️. I hope you’re getting even better 🙏🏻❤️.In this stinky weather , I found myself (after a year and a half disliking it ) really loving Xerjoff’s Renaissance, it dried down on my skin so beautifully and was perfect .I haven’t purchased as yet but my lovely sales assistant gave me a couple of samples plus Creed Erolfa was very fresh 👏🏻. Still loving Bal D’Afrique and thoroughly immersing myself in Shalimar Eau Légère 😍 and so glad I purchased 2 bottles . Take care xx Stani 🙏🏻🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺❤️🧡
I get so excited when I see your monthly video is posted! Nice choices. I wish Guerlain was easier to sample here in the States - I live in a HUGE city and we have 0 Guerlain counters. In January and February, I have been loving Cartier's Oud Vanille and Oud & Rose from Les Heures Voyageuses.
I have Guerlain counters nearby but they don't give any sample. You can only spray them on a blotter or try them on you. Not the best to try before a purchase 😅
I'd love to try Cartier fragrances, they are quite hard to find in stores here 😑
Wonderful selection Karine and hello from New Zealand. I’ve just put a spray of Exquisite Embroidery on after this episode. It’s late summer here and I’ve been wearing a mishmash of things. Some that are wintery and some very summery. I’m wearing a lot of Amouage - Opus III, Reflection woman, Sunshine Woman, Ashore and even the odd wear of Guidance. I’ve also morn Musc Ravageur and Dioramour, Vanilla Diorama and Heaven Can Wait. Sprinkled with Scherzo, Tuxedo, Kai, Vert Malachite and L’Instant.
But the YSL line is wonderous. I’m looking forward to wearing Exquisite Embroidery, Atlas Garden, Magnificent Gold, Babycat and Rouge Velours as it cools in the next few months. Bring on the ambers and vanillas :)

Oh wow so many great ones! I think we have the same YSL ones, except Atlas garden which is too sweet on my skin and Magnificient gold which I could not find when I came back to buy it 😔 I feel like Tuxedo, Exquisite embroidery and Rouge velours are classic ones. You can't go wrong with them.
Hopefully I'm feeling better now and my sense of smell is back 😁 Can you imagine that I was nose blind to Francesca Bianchi fragrances? 😂 That's to say how severe my loss of smell was 🤣
I'm sorry you have been sick this winter. That is one reason I am looking forward to spring! I've been wanting to try Material for years now so I think I will order a decant. Thanks and take care, Karine.
If you love benzoin I think you'll enjoy it. Still don't blind buy, it's too expensive 😆 I was lucky to get a sample of it in Belgium. Otherwise, same here, it's hard to try Amouage fragrances and for that price I would not blind buy any Amouage 😅
Lovely selection! I need to try Material 😊 noir exquis always sounds great too.
Rose rouge took me a while to see the joy in but it's a love now 😊
If you enjoy Bois d'Arménie, I think you will like Material. To me it's more about benzoin than vanilla. I've been really enjoying it lately and I think I started to put a big dent in it 😅
Rose rouge reminds me of the Lancôme rose fragrances. I wish Lancôme could still create those beautiful fragrances. It seems they slowed down the releases of their private line 😐

Hi Karine. Sorry to hear you've been under the weather 🤒. Material ticks so many boxes to me it's a modern classic.
It's a beautiful elegant fragrance, a modern classic indeed. Don't know why but that one smells expensive to me 😄
I just found your channel. Great picks! I had the exact same experience with Shalimar Iris Millesime. It found it “okay” at first, but it became very addicting in Winter months and it quickly became a LOVE. I also bought a backup. 💕
There is a version of Shalimar for each season 🥰 Indeed I appreciated it more during colder days. I'm curious to see what will be the next millesime version 😊

December and January have been complicated for me, lots of health issues. I'm starting to feel better now but I'm still very cautious with what I eat or drink and I take lots of vitamins. I think we all need some sun and vitamin D 😁
Now I'm craving for green fragrances, I guess that I'm just longing for Spring 😄

But so pleased you like Rose Rogue. I find it to be a great all rounder for me. Yes raspberry is there. I just love it.
Also so pleased to hear you mention Black Rain, wish it got more love but it's definitely a strong complex scent. Kisses Rain is also so beautiful.

Coucou Marion, j'aime tellement Shalimar que j'ai plusieurs versions que je change au fil des saisons 😄
Je suis très difficile pour le patchouli. Au final il n'y en a que très peu qui me plaisent 😅 A part celui-là, je crois que je n'ai que Tuxedo de YSL, My love has the colour of the night de Floraiku, Patchouli ardent de Guerlain et Lumière noire pour femme de MFK.
Mouais pas convaincu par Neroli Plein sud, une cologne fraîche musqué et savonneuse. Les épices sont intéressantes mais mettent trop de temps à équilibrer le tout pour moi. C'est joli mais vu le prix du parfum, si je ne suis pas 100% convaincue c'est niet 😆
musc noble de GUERLAIN est superbe. avez vous senti LES NUITS d'altier de Vilatte?
