I have covid 19. Today is my 10th day. Sometimes people don't include that you actually feel a lot better a couple of days and get sick again. But do not get frustrated, that is just how the virus works. Just stay hydrated and eat well despite having poor appetite. If you have difficulty sleeping, sleep on your side or sleep in prone position. It will help expand the lungs. Because of being sedentary I developed sciatica, I just did few cobra poses to decompress the nerves and tried to stretch inside my room. For those who are going through the same situation, I know it is hard and scary. But be strong and do your best to recover.I am praying for all of you. We can survive this! Sending virtual hugs......

Quick update, on my 18th day I developed shortness of breath and I got chest pain for doing medium work. I was really frightened.Got a CT and it is clear..My doctor prescribed methylprednisolone 40mg for 5 days and I immediately felt better. I am on my 39th day since my symptom started. Tested negative and back to work. I continuously pray for everybody's health. Recovery is very slow for some but just hang in there and don't lose hope, it gets better with time.

When we first were completely over it, even taking the trash out left us so winded we couldn't do anything the rest of the day, we've had to build our lungs back up since then. I’m 17 and I was recently diagnosed with the virus. I’m usually a perfectly healthy kid (gets a common cold about twice a year) and I’m involved in multiple sports mostly running. On the first day I woke up with a sore throat and a runny nose which prevented me from going to my daily run. The second day was the worst, I had muscle aches, chest pain/pressure, headache, and a dry cough. I managed to get tested that day and the test immediately came back positive the next day. I’m currently in isolation drinking lots of warm liquids, and staying hydrated. I’ve also taken DayQuils and NightQuils. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

I took a coronavirus test six weeks ago and the test result was positive. I’ve been sick in covid-19 for six weeks now with fever, coughing and troubling breathing from time to time. The first week was definitely the worst. My skin hurt so bad that I couldn’t wear any clothes or sleep that much because it felt like my skin was on fire every time something touched me. Also I could barely go to the bathroom because my whole body started to shake. I once collapsed in the shower too because my legs couldn’t hold me up. I’m 16 years old and have no other medical conditions. They told me that I would recover in a week or so because of my age and health, but I’m still not recovered after six weeks with this shit. I’m starting to though, the fever is almost gone and I’m not coughing that much anymore. I have still trouble with breathing from time to time but it’s nothing serious. My point is that we all need to be really careful in times like this, no matter age or medical condition. That you are young and healthy doesn’t mean that you can’t get really sick. It’s a new disease and we don’t know how it will effect your body in the future. My stepmom got the virus. She didn’t get that sick and she doesn’t have the disease anymore but the virus is still in her body effecting her nerves so she has no balance at all. The doctors say that it probably will take a year before she gets her balance back. You may not get that sick but if you meet people who are maybe grocery shopping for their old parents or so and you have the virus, they might get the virus on their clothes or something and they later meet their parents. We have to take our responsibility people, there’s no place to be selfish

Anxiety will cause breathing issues. Slight breathing issues will cause you to be over conscious of your breathing. Which will literally cause dyspnea, or air hunger. It’s very important to try to relax and not focus on your breathing too much, everyone, as it will absolutely make you feel like you’re dying, and not able to get a full breath.
Edit: psychosomatic dyspnea is a constant circle of exacerbation. The more you focus on it, the worse it gets. The worse it gets, the more you focus. The more you focus, the worse it gets.

Oldest advice on Earth "starve a fever" Drink liquids and tonic water (quinine water) is delicious and it can't hurt. Take zinc with it. I have a fever of 101 and chills. I swear the quinine and zinc brought down the fever and got rid of the chills in just a couple of hours for what it's worth. Stay safe and don't panic. UPDATE: I'm just about back to normal after on week. Still a bit tired. Hope to get tested for antibodies soon. Might never know what it was otherwise. I have read those can be symptoms.

My husband and his 4 siblings all had it. Ages 23, 25, 29, 33 and 34. They each experienced different symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, dry cough, back pain, body ache, and headache. Three of them developed pneumonia and had breathing complications approximately a week after symptoms began. My brother in law (25) is still in the hospital recovering, thank God. He was admitted to the hospital due to very low oxygen levels and pneumonia due to the virus. He has been given plasma transfusion and medication to help him fight this off and God whiling he will be out soon. Having experienced this virus second hand, I can say it not only affects you physically but emotionally as well. You wake up each day not sure if you will get to see them again but God is good and they are all recovering from the minor damages left by this virus. Praying for the recovery of those who are currently battling against this virus 🙏. Please stay safe everyone.

First mistake... you should NEVER take advil and ibuprofen to kill off a mild to moderate fever. A fever is part of our immune response to an infection. The increase in body temp places the antigen in an undesirable environment and the increase in metabolism helps ramp up production of viral fighting antibodies.

I don't know how this will relate but I've developed anxiety from COVID-19. Like whenever something's going on in my body I start to think I'm showing symptoms. I haven't had any fevers or lost my sense of smell or taste but I've definitely been living in fear. I still am. I'm an essential worker so that's part of why I started to feel fearful about it. And I do wear a mask when I go out and especially to work. I wash my hands, I've sanitized too so there's really no reason why I should be infected. Recently I've got myself tested for COVID-19 to give myself some peace of mind and I'm still waiting on my results. But I'm fearful that I might come back that I'm positive.

My allergies start freaking me out at times, but I am pretty sure I had covid 19 in feb. My dad and mom also did. Dad tested positive for antibodies 3 months later, but mom and I were negative. But his symptoms were a little more severe than my moms and mine. But I still freak out since nobody knows how long you can have immunity to it, or I worry I get it again but my body responds enough to make me have it mildly ( asymptomatic) and I am a walking "typhoid mary". I wear a mask in public spaces, but no idea how much protection that gives. Not many cases where I live though. I think a lil bit of herd immunity is going on in the zip code lol. Other people around said they had same weird flu like thing in feb, and local nurses who do flu and strep tests said it was a record amount of negative test results back at that time. People around here are getting more careless lately. I am noticing a lot less social distancing and mask wearing. Some neighbors were having bbq's and motorcycle meets about every weekend, all those weeks. Been too hot lately and everyone is inside.

My daughter had been feeling ill a few weeks ago. She even stayed home for 3 days at the end of the week, from school. She still felt terrible thru the weekend & didn't return to school for another day or so. Symptoms were exactly what you described here. Even the backache. Now she is one to add dramatic flair to any illness. She's an only child and spoiled & so it tends to show a bit more when she's feeling down💃. But this time her complaints were too specific & varied. Also, they weren't complaints common for a cold/flu or any other illness she's ever seen. I didn't immediately think Covid because we literally know NOT ONE PERSON who's had it or has it. I was, however, worried about someone else thinking that she might have it so I coached her on what to say &, more specifically, what NOT to say upon returning to school. She's old enough I can tell her why I'm having her do the things i am & she gets it. Well, she felt pretty good her 1st day back but her 2nd day, she said, she got caught up in a coughing fit a couple of times. She said once she even excused herself to the restroom so as to be able to cough privately without an accusation 🙄. She stayed home the 3rd. Said she felt fine but she just couldn't clear that cough. Tbh, the air had been dry here, the weather has been getting ready to do it's change for the season.. so we thought that might be it. 🤷 So when she went back after that she was feeling better but they had a sub that day who is a super covid psycho & lost his damn mind. One little sniffle and omg! She wears the mask.. usually she wears 2 (not at my request. I think they're dumb as hell & I know they're worthless in so far as the claim for wearing them. They're little more than a safety blanket for the weak & I'm not trying to aid anyone's delusion). Sub sends her home under the covid label. The school calls me, of course, namely to notify they're gonna test her- under threat of arrest, I assure them. She's been told not to let them lay so much as a finger on her head, Idgaf if she's shed it 1st. I pick her up.. of course we got tested. My entire family works in healthcare or as an EMT, ect... & We travel frequently, so lots of testing gets done in my house. I took her in the very next day. I worried all night. I worried that somehow i was wrong. That maybe my mouth & karma got to talkin... Oh, the beautiful irony, if my kid got covid. Always a new position of thought. God loves to test me like that. Often he takes my firm stance on something & has me try it on for size. The lessons aren't lost on me. This one would have been hard. Especially because it's like falling down the rabbit hole. "Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't." Only never is it contrary-wise. I stand firm on the vaccine. Nothing given by force is for the greater good, because if it were really that good it wouldn't need to be forced. History, civics.. those subjects were always my favorites. Our founders are my heros. I paid attention to those lessons because I don't want to have to learn those the hard way. This is too politicized. The vaccine doesn't make any sense to me except for exposure. And not in the sensical way that it should. Otherwise herd immunity wouldn't be such a big compromise for some ppl. I'm not an anti-vaxxer, just fyi. In the end.. my over worrying that i had made the wrong choice was for naught. Took her in a couple of times for testing.. with different answers, at that.. because i got to thinking about the questions that they ask.. they're fishy AF. They certainly seemed to effect the results. None of which came back positive anyway. But that doesn't mean they came back negative either. Oddly enough. But when told that there were symptoms similar to what we've been told of covid but that there had been no exposure to anyone with it & that her symptoms were exactly that of a seasonal cold or allergies, perhaps even the flu, then the tests would come back negative. The thing that twice gave us "inclusive" results but said it could be a virus, just not the covid virus, seemed to be when we told them the school sent her home with covid-like symptoms. Makes me wonder if i had let the school test her if it wouldn't have been positive. Makes me wonder how much money they get for it, too. Especially since my state isn't one giving the federal money to it's ppl. I'm more than a little tempted to get some friends together and write up a few controlled scenarios and the details on the testing sites and see what kind of results we get. Because so far, the ones we've done bring me more questions than answers. But the one clear answer we got is still that I don't know a single person who's actually had Covid. Especially not without a profit somehow attached to it. I'm not saying that covid isn't a thing and that it isn't hurting or killing ppl. What i am saying is that it isn't what we're being told it is and that we're being lied to in a very big way... A change the horizon of everything we know kind of way. Perhaps a time-to-take-back-what-is-ours kind of way. I want to see the man behind the curtain.

I really appreciate this video. It helped a lot to see someone describe some symptoms Ive been experiencing and recover.
My symptoms began with an itchy throat, then a feeling of sudden hyper anxiety, followed by a heavy feeling in my limbs, that then turned into a dizzy feeling. The next day I was oddly nauseous. Took a bunch of garlic which killed the nausea, but then I had all this gas & burping. When that subsided, I got this immense pressure feeling in my forehead and diarrhea. After taking some niacinimide, the forehead pressure turned into this terrible, inflamed feeling at the top of my head, along with this dizzy feeling & feeling out of balance. My ears felt pressure as well. I immediately took a shot of ginger/onion/honey & then some more garlic/muscle calmer & the pressure feeling all over went away. Next day I feel no pressure in my head anymore, but I wake up with this terrible feeling like I pulled a muscle in my left chest, that radiated up my left shoulder & upper left side of my back & neck. I felt perfectly fine, except for this cramp-like tugging feeling in my chest. I tried stretching it out thinking maybe I slept wrong but nothing seemed to work until I started drinking the garlic again and the feeling started going away. The next day, the chest feeling is completely gone but the pressure in my forehead is back full force. Throughout the next 2 weeks, this pressure feeling in my head would go from certain areas from the forehead, to the top of the head to the sides of my head, above the ears. When I started feeling the pressure going down, I'd feel it go to my ears. For 2 weeks I dodnt take any of my ginger/onion/honey and solely relied om herbs. Certain herbs were better than others, but going back to the ginger/onion/honey, as well as the herbal teas & tinctures the pressurehas dissipated significantly. 3 weeks of abnormal head pressure is terrible to go through. All the best and prayers for anyone else out there dealing with the same.

I have not heard much from medical professionals regarding treatment, just bed rest and a ventilator if things really get bad. Thank you for your openness. Best wishes!

I started with a fever of 100.8. I had muscle aches too! & shortness of breath. It was like that for two days. I got tested & got my results yesterday. I am positive for COVID-19. Right now I am feeling extremely tired, & a lot of pressure in my head that comes and goes. I have a dry cough. & I just look really drained. I am hanging in there.

Where would you go if you were to die today? Seek the Lord and saviour Jesus Christ before it's too late. John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Hell is real and Heaven is also real. You don't want to spend an eternity in Hell torment without God. The only way to escape Hell is to follow Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour. Study the KJV Bible to know more and pray and seek until you find Jesus. Don't delay tomorrow might be too late. You are not promised even the next minute. Do it now

Stay safe everyone. Got sick Tuesday. Cough with mucus. No headache. No pain. Just shortness of breathe. I’ve been sick with shortness of breathe before. I even had bronchitis once. Get the results tomorrow. Praying for the best.

I have coronavirus but the symptoms were mild. I didn’t even have difficulty breathing. I just felt tired, achy , and had a fever . I don’t even feel symptoms anymore but I’m still to self-isolate for a week or so.

Oh yeah I got tested three times. That’s how I know I had COVID19. First time came back positive after 2 days. Second time had to get tested again so I could go back to work and got tested positive again despite not feeling symptoms but the third time I tested negative and I have remained negative since then. So far no complications after the virus either so I was lucky regarding all that.

This is a good video as it's not depressing but informative.
Still, the road to recovery is not this easy for everyone. Everyone's immune response is different to this disease. Once you get it, you never know how your body is going to respond to it. But one thing we all know is to be prepared and stay strong.
Hope for best but prepare for worst! Will power matters!🙏

I’m on day 10 and I can’t say that I’m for sure feeling better. Right now I have a really bad cough and intense pressure in my chest. I cough so much I throw up so literally everything I eat just comes back up, I have been battling a fever since I first started feeling symptoms 10 days ago. I’ve lost my taste and smell.. headaches are horrible, body aches, chills… I’d say the worst part has definitely been the cough/shortness of breath and the fevers. There are days that I feel so exhausted and discouraged. I’ve been miserable. I drink 1 gallon of water a day, I take the vitamins, the medicine, and nothing is working. Covid has definitely changed me… I’m depressed, anxious, and miserable. I hope I feel better soon. To everyone who’s dealing with this, I’m so sorry… I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Thanks bro. I also had COVID19... my symptoms was similar especially back pain, etc. One great thing my doctor did was to put me on blood thinners... 10 day plan. This helps with having shortness of breath and higher than normal pulse.

Haven’t gotten tested yet but now I feel like I might have it. it all started with mild fever (few hours only), itchy throat, nasal congestion, and a really bad backache! the backache is gone, but I’ve lost my sense of taste and smell for the past couple of days and also developed diarrhea. I’m quarantining myself regardless and getting tested

I had those symptoms just without the fever and I didn’t lose the sense of taste, but had an itchy throat, nasal congestion, loss sense of smell and backache, I got tested today and was positive, just stay un quarantine and drink fluids and vitamins!! You will be fine man.
