Started watching from the Quitting Alcohol video, found your humor hilarious! Then fell in love with you and Chyna’s relationship and how you treat each other. Reminded me of how my wife and I used to be together and aside from striving to quit alcohol gave me the goal to become my wife’s best friend again and put my family first above all! Thank You to your whole family! ❤

What a wholesome comment. Welcome to the club! Mind the geese, they bite and derail the walks/runs sometimes.
You have such a noble goal. I hope you achieve it. I'm in the hole a little too. I've let stress, worry, debt, anger, job blehs etc get in the way so I've found myself giving all of that my energy and being annoyed with my family. That's just not how it's supposed to be!

My friends and I started a book club about 12 years ago called The Half Ass Book Club! We meet monthly at a local brewery and talk about what we've been reading, bring books to pass on to whoever wants them next, and just hang out. No required reading, but we always talk books among other things. It's led to some of my most treasured friendships and was probably what I missed most during quarantine.

I just looked back through your comments from the last video and... I'm seeing overwhelming positivity! Was that some mastermind ploy to get me to rewatch a video so your view count goes up?!? BRILLIANT!!! but seriously, I'm always interested to hear about seasoned (salt and pepper preferably) youtubers talk about "getting hate" and see its not at all that overwhelmingly negative. Honestly, I dream of being able to post videos and I can count on thousands, nay, millions of fans positively responding. IDK what I'm trying to say here other than.... good job eith the sobriety... uhhh... haters gonna hate.... and um... believe in yourself!! Much love to you and the family. i stopped posting online for a couple years because of how overwhelming comment sections from strangers can be kinda😅 i’ve been posting again randomly the past year but not rly cuz i’m still scared tbh~
last night i was in a good mood & said fuck it i’m gonna post a clip of me dancing to a remix my friend made of my latest song to ig reels.. woke up to a mean comment & was trying to not let it ruin my morning 🥹
happy i watched this when i did, that part was comforting after a silly morning mentally. especially hearing it from someone i subscribed to when youtube barely existed. i appreciate it.
i’m getting better at my relationship with comment sections/the internet, but it’ll probably always be overwhelming sometimes. i feel like i just gotta work on how i process it..
but since i barely even get any most ppl are rly nice, mean comments catch me off guard. i relaate…

Just joined because you guys feel like people I would be friends with! Love your perspective and I have been trying alcohol for the first time, starting when I turned 40 three years ago. Still prefer moderation and drinking enough with a meal to enjoy its effects without being drunk, losing my bearings and not remembering what happened, which has never happened to me thank God! I see alcohol as something to be respected, not feared or over indulged in, maybe dark chocolate in ice-cream, that might be my over indulgence thing. But I loved your other video and this one!! Totally want to start my own channel to support other crazies like me, and find my tribe, because why the hell not?? I also want to try everything, just as long as it doesn’t kill me prematurely. I work in medicine, so I see the dark side over extreme living, either too healthy or too unhealthy, so I just like to be moderate! You are guys are cool, maybe I will run into you someday if I get into a medical school nearby on 2026! Cia

So keep being kind to your liver! You might also consider decreasing added sugar intake as sugar and alcohol share a lot of the same metabolic pathways

@@ChristianBehnke I had bad hangovers even from relatively small amounts of alcohol. Saw a random RUclips video from Dr Berg saying about B vitamins helping your liver to deal with the processing of alcohol, drinking also depletes B vitamins so when you drink you could also try to have B vitamin tablets or nutritional yeast before you go to sleep and when you wake up as he advises. My stomach still felt off so I checked what he says about stomach and he said ginger, sure enough ginger tea worked within 15 minutes and I assume the b vitamins got rid of feeling tired and body aching. I discovered this 3 months ago, been having terrible hangovers for 20 years. I couldn't believe it really worked! Actually able to have an active day after drinking. Unfortunately I recently bought a new bottle of B vitamins from Amazon and I'm not sure if their quality since I did get ill from alcohol since I ran out of the first bottle so if you try this, get them from a verified place, there's no control on Amazon. Hope this might help you or someone else reading. Having covid or any virus/bacteria can maybe leave your gut bacteria or vitamins on the low, you might need some time or supplements to replenish what was lost. Hope it's just temporary for you

If you do the 1001 movies thing I'd definitely join. Not sure how you'd be doing it though. Would you make a review video for every movie? Seems like a lot of work. Maybe a blog post? Or a weekly/ monthly summary?

I kinda hope your last video goes viral and you get a lot of new subscribers who fall in love with your content. I've been here since your last mega viral video (the Quit sugar video) and I've never regretted subscribing and now loyally watch every new video and i remember binging quite a bit of your older content when i first subscribed!

Mostly unrelated to the video, but found you again after not watching for many years (I used to watch back in the days when explosion wednesday was being tried out, and the cloning machine and shark tank was in frequent use.
Feels different but still the same somehow, I like it

I've just gotten over my 3rd round of Covid
Had it Feb 2020, nasty fatigue/lethargy and a 30-ish hour fever.
    Pfizer jabs mid-2021.
2nd round first week 2022, 12 hour fever and no fatigue.
3rd round last week, 8 hour fever and minor fatigue.

Only love and good vibes to you and yours, and best wishes for a speedy recovery. Covid truly sucks. I've had it 3 times since it began and my lungs haven't returned to normal. I now use an inhaler and can only slowly walk short distances. Wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Im a healthy 29 year old with all my covid vaccines + boosters and I got COVID in July and it was still horrible. 2 full weeks of high fever, fatigue, and cough. The cough actually lingered for about 6 weeks and my energy levels took 2 months to bounce back

The fact that you succumbed to the propaganda, filling your body with untested vaccines and boosters, and you STILL got a bad dose of the flu, doesn't make you even a little doubtful of the narrative?
