This is definitely one of our favorite kayak trips around Seattle, and one of the best views of the Seattle skyline! We also recommend this one which goes along the Seattle waterfront in Elliott Bay, another great kayak trip with spectacular views! ruclips.net/video/nVuZ7qkR0Bg/видео.html
@PresenceVideography thanks so much I've lived a lot of places but WA was one of the most beautiful and if you ever can get out to the San Juan Islands orcas Islands or Bainbridge
Thanks for your comment. Glad RUclips finally completed processing of 4K version! It's a great place to kayak with so much to see. Curious what's changed since 80's ... I imagine boats, planes, perhaps South Lake Union, and of course some of the Seattle skyline?
Sure the skyline has filled out but many of my favorite landmarks are still there, Gasworks, Iver’s salmon house, the float houses and it’s great to see so many other kayaks on the lake. If you have the time to I’d love to see some of the Montlake Cut and the Arboretum along Lake Washington also Salmon Bay and going through the Chittenden Locks in Ballard would be interesting, if they still let you do that.@@PresenceVideography
@@northwestexplorer5883 thanks for your update. Check out this video which shows our earlier trip from Montlake Community Center through Portage Bay and into Lake Union and Gas Works Park: ruclips.net/video/knpavE923L4/видео.html. We have on our list to do the Montlake Cut, Arboretum, and into Lake Washington. Subscribe and we'll notify you when we release that video.

Thanks for the video! I use to kayak this route all the time. Seattle PNW is a stunning hidden gem. I come back here to reminisce!
It really is a beautiful part of the world!
Kayaking is such a relaxing pastime. 👍
We love it too! Also a great way to explore islands, lakes, and rivers.
Hooray in 4K, kayaked around Lake Union back in the 80s, great to see it again after so many years, thanks!
