I wouldn’t say I’m a “fan” of Sam, but he really does seem like a very humble, genuine guy. Probably like a lot of the more humble bodybuilders. Bullied as a kid or grew up small, found bodybuilding as an outlet to improve themselves and still carry a bit of the old person with them to keep them humble.

Attended an autopsy for a very muscular individual that was taking PEDs…was very eye opening to see how significantly large his major organs were…heart, lungs, etc…the physician stated that when the decedent was taking the PEDs, his internal organs also had to grow to abnormal sizes in order to sustain the added growth and stressors placed upon his body with the drugs

he is such a loser he thinks life is all about muscle and attention for muscles but its not. he already has high blood pressure and high LDL cholesterol and clogged blood arteries. without all the needles and pills he wont look like this at all he will be way smaller and fat because of his terrible diet.
He probably still works hard, just gets better results because of the drugs. My issue with roiders is that they (knowingly or unknowingly) glorify steroid abuse and lead a lot of impressionable kids down a dark path

Attended an autopsy for a very muscular individual that was taking PEDs…was very eye opening to see how significantly large his major organs were…heart, lungs, etc…the physician stated that when the decedent was taking the PEDs, his internal organs also had to grow to abnormal sizes in order to sustain the added growth and stressors placed upon his body with the drugs

It can't be that healthy being that big, and I'm not knocking him on how hard he works out because he's a beast. But his heart has to be working hard maybe too hard.
I'm willing to bet that he got pumped up right before he turned on the camera. I have noticed him breathing heavy also and figured that he just got done doing an exercise for a swell.
