Rb 17 arayas were the very first double walled bmx rim. I worked at a bmx shop and built up a set. I modified some suzie sealed hubs to work on my kastan

The proper tool for the bearing cups looks just like a headset cup remover but bigger.

24’s are my fav! I’m 6’5 and can’t ride a 20 w/o a 2ft seatpost 😅
I'm restoring an 80s supercycle bmx 24", I had one as a kid as so did my brother. I'm starting with only a frame and the front fork stem quill is bent but hopefully I can get it to resemble a bike again 😅! Love the full size bmx 24" and great job on the mini me bike!

For bottom bracket press I would get poly bushings from a car and cut a slice off and use that as a washer. Would prolly use hot wire to cut
That was the fucking version of the GT to have back in the 90s Chrome that 20 inch also that was the hunny to have!!!

I did similar for my daughter I have 24in redline proline and I built her a 20in proline both about 2006 era except hers is polished while mine is red paint. Both red anodized rims bothe powerbend bars both se seat and redline pad set. 👌 waiting for warmer weather to ride

When I was a kid I had a Hutch. A "rich kid" in our neighborhood built it, and my mom bought it on my bday. Profile cranks, GT wing sprocket, Arya's, inverted DK . POWERLITE bars. Loved it .
Well, my friends mom got him a brand new Auburn. I loved it but had no idea what it really was. Same with my cousin's Robinson.
Looking bad, that Auburn has been my favorite bike to this day.

I'm not positive but if I remember correctly you can use a peg to knock out that bottom bracket bearing

Not my dream. I want a Kuwahara Bravo, but the first run that didn't have the standing platform. That was my first real bmx. It got stolen shortly after. Was white with purple parts.

I cut up a PVC pipe it knocks out those plastic cups easy huge PVC cut in half to wrap around the cup and use mallet
Them pits can be buffed out, and a matter of fact, I would buff all of that Aluminum....

put the bearing upside down in the botton braket wd40 it and hit the bearing with a flat head or chisel and the bearing should be able to be removed 👍👍🤛🤛
What is faster on a redline proline pro XL 2022 make go more faster 52t sprocket and 18t cogset ? Just like to go with flow of traffic no frees style and flow with traffic
