@@dAN1k43 It's an interesting fruit, some people love it (like us) while others can't stand it! Just a personal preference really, thanks for watching and commenting, Panda!
Where do we even start. Saying that we would have loved to join you on this food tour is surely an understatement. Those satay were insane, the bulalo illegal, the durian was definitely to die for and that juicy meaty tuna was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing these delicacies with us even though only virtually 😂🙏🏻❤️
We would have loved to have you on this food tour with us, you would have enjoyed the durian so much 😋🤤 and it could definitely have fed 4 🤣 thank you guys for your support and for watching🧡🔥
Another mouthwatering video, guys😋😋! The Satti sauce looked delicious with the chicken and beef, and the tuna belly just made us want to taste some ! The Tapang Kalabaw seems very unique and such a sweet owner! It's amazing to see so much Dorian fruit! How did you manage to eat so much???
🤣 luckily we love it! It was definitely a lot to finish mind you ;) you would have loved all the foods, everything was super tasty and everyone so friendly 😋 the Philippines is really a lovely country!
Wow..lot of foods.. grill satay & chicken, bone broth soup, Durian & grill fish..you both really enjoy culinary/cuisine trip. Good luck Chris & Steph. 😋😄👍
Hey you two.... First a big thanks for venturing the most underrated part of the Philippines Davao City.... your blogs of my city will surely promote to the rest of the world to also visit Mindanao where'd Davao City is located. Pls venture to Bukidnon where it's a hilly cooler area and Beautiful lush nature....of course Foods to taste....
Hey Melita! Thanks so much for watching and commenting! Davao City is very underrated, we really enjoyed our time there so much. Lots to see and definitely lots to eat. Like you said, hopefully more people will come to visit your city, because it's a great one to see while in the Philippines! Thanks again for your comment and all the best to you 😊🧡
Frozen fresh durian meat is the best, it's like eating a creamy ice cream. It's more enjoyable to eat. Some people partner it with a cold coke for snack. The best.
if you want a even more cheaper durian , go to calinan & you'll pass by along the road fruit vendors selling durian left and right as low as P50 per kilo & it will also go down on the month of August coz that will be the durian season & fruit festival where most fruist here will be very cheap
I Love Durian, we have different varieties of Durian here in Davao..my favorite one is Arancillo -bitter/sweet..you should try Crocodile Meat at the Crocodile Park..Davao is also known for our Pomelo Fruit. Thanks and enjoy.
Mmmm we can see that being super tasty too. Yes we had such a good visit there, Sana is so kind and friendly, and makes some very delicious food 😋🤤 thanks for watching and commenting😊
We had some local chocolate in Davao which was delish, check it out here: ruclips.net/video/p1lD7zhlTgc/видео.html As for the ostrich and crocodile ice cream... stay tuned 😉😉😉
Btw .... There is a Canadian blogger who lived in Davao ...Cateel area... It would be great if you hook up with him....Becoming Filipino is his channel he is known as Kulas.... he's been in the Philippines 7byrs now....
That cured meat looks very interesting. I want to try it but really all I’m thinking about is durian and if I should buy one here and let that fart stink fill up Calgary.
The cured meat was super good, you'd really like it. Also, if you ever come across durian in Calgary, you definitely need to buy it and stink up the whole city, for sure.
Last comment, I promise. I read this, is it true? “It's been likened to rotten eggs due to its pungent smell. Yet others describe it as a strange combination of whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, diced garlic, onions, cheese, and caramel all at once!”
Okay first of all, never apologise for all your comments because they are amazing and we always love them 🤣😍 Secondly, durian is definitely an interesting fruit, but one of those where you either love it or hate it, and I feel like it's a completely personal/chemical thing with each person. Some people can't stand it and it smells and tastes horrible, while others really enjoy it. We love it, and don't find it has a garlic rotten egg flavour and smell to it at all! Honestly it's more of a mix between avocado and kiwi we feel, but custardy and creamy, super hard to describe but something you just have to experience first hand 🤣
What's up everyone!
Have you ever tried durian before? Would you eat this exotic fruit?
Thanks for watching! 😊🧡
my favourite ones are D101 and Duyaya. Duyaya can only be found in one stall in Bangkerohan, I think.
@@gabrielevergreen7699 yum!! Sounds like a pretty rare one😋
tried a bite.....nope...not for me....anyway, enjoy!

😄😉
Is the guy behind Chris chugging Mountain Dew for breakfast?
He sure is, that's the drink of choice for your early morning satti!
Durians in the Philippines it’s so much creamy and sweet than in Thai in Malaysia
