That trailer that at 2:55 is fake the bf3 version that is it’s just edited with a fan made logo for bf3 the real logo can be found on the vault website along with the actual reveal trailer which we only have in an unfinished format that trailer is also found on my channel 2007 one.
ohh my bad ahah. Thanks for the insight! Also love your work on the website! Did you also do the mod for Legacy?
@@Hero_of_Sinnoh I am a former dev for legacy but now I just consult for them and work on my own bf3 stuff
@@battlefrontarchives Awesome!
Yeah, isn't that the trailer for Battlefront Elite Squadron?
We were stripped of something legendary and instead given the 2 shiny garbage shitfests from EA... tragic
BF2EA is great.
BF1 EA was amazing, just needed much more content
The shock, disappointment, depression, and anger I feel whenever I hear about what would've been in BF3 before its cancellation will never go away. Truly we live in the wrong timeline.
Vjun is from the EU, it was even in Jedi Academy.
I honestly doubt that if BF3 did came out the game would have been toned down. All these features just scream 360/PS3 wouldn’t have been able to run it smoothly
Vjun was in Jedi Academy, youngling.
Wasn't ES also on the DS? I remember playing it, but it did not look like this, for good reason, I know.
I will never not be sad about BF3. It was going to be the greatest SW game ever made. Nothing comes close to it from the SW games even today.
i loved Elite Squadron on DS
Jet Trooper markings are nothing like the 442nd Siege Battalion markings.
442 resemble the 212, jet trooper from bf3 more like 501st but must have taken some inspiration.
@Hero_of_Sinnoh I doubt the jet trooper took any inspiration from the 442nd. Literally the ONLY similarity between the two is that they both use a similar shade of green, that's it.
@@Hero_of_Sinnoh Nah, it's more like the 327th or the 181st on this matter. The Heavy Trooper has the same markings just in red.
@@Hero_of_Sinnoh That promotional material shows 442nd Troopers.
Vjun isn't an unique planet. It showed up in Jedi Academy several years before.
We need Star Wars Battlefront III with improved graphics and all of its intended content.
Me, with longing: “OH IT’S SO COOL!”
We need helldivers’ devs to create Star Wars game about republic commando
You should showcase the SW BF 2 Remaster mod. There is a lot there that you can milk for content
My god we were so close to greatest with battlefront 3. If only Lucasfilm didn't cancel the game when Disney bought them
Vjun made several appearances in novels and the Jedi Knight Jedi academy game.....
It’s been like 15 years and I’m still mad that BF3 got canceled
I only played Elite Squadron on the DS. It’s definitely different
By different you mean sucks hard in comparison. (I did not have a psp)
Renegade Squadron would be BF3 since it came out before Elite
Renegade Squadron was a spinoff
Oh, the potential we missed...
I really want to see how the heroes new combat system plays
I had ES on DS and it looked no where as good as the psvita version, it was still fun as a kid tho, could never beat the final boss :(
Vjun is not original from BF3. The 1st time appears is in Dark Empire!
We could get it with success or the rerelease
Remember the days when video games were fun?
Why was BF3 cancelled?
I really wish BF3 had released.
I would accept a monumental graphics downgrade if it facilitated a huge scale ground to space map like what was planned for BF3.
We were robbed of star wars battlefront 3
1:54 Why does this character look like Ryan Gosling? wtf
If you want I can give you a list of actual fun obscure facts about the ps2, ps3, PC, 360 and in versions of bf3 that only me and clonecommOmar really know
if you want to I'm all ears ahah
@@Hero_of_SinnohKashyyyk is the only planet based maps that was not featured in any of the bf3 footage released. This is because the map was unfinished and undergoing another revision following its complete redesign from what we see in r70127 (the leaked build)
In the final version of kashyyyk a clone wars Easter egg was added to the holo galaxy in one of the rooms in the treehouses Adding aerubesh text for Hoth, Jabiim , Dagobah, Tatooin (Tatooine spelled wrong), and kashyyyk . I can send you an image of this
Frd throughout development would just straight up tell lucasarts no to things they specifically requested and or they would say they would address it and then they would never get to fixing it
I will send you more once I get my coffee lol
Vjun isn’t original, it’s in Jedi academy
Anyone have the emulator for this game for PC? I have found the one for Elite Squad but it’s been buggy
