They traded up for Broderick Jones and it was a great move
Having a pro bowl quarterback helped develop those recievers. Most of the ones that left the team for big contracts all fell off
Need to keep the defense off the field this year.
We need to chew clock and break teams by being physical
Been saying it the last 3 years we have a top ten defense but there not cuz there constantly running back on the field 3 n outs are the devil for a teams defense give them a break n watch them eat
If there’s a run on a couple of positions e.g. OT and OBs that pushes a player that’s high on the Steelers’ draft board down to #20, they may take that player regardless of position or immediate need - best player available.
They are not trading for Aiyuk.
That's just a rumor.
Tomlin would not do it unless he got the Niners first rounder for his first.

@@JamesB-mi9uu definitely need depth but I think honestly they make a shocker n trade pick 1 or 2 for a wr coming up on contract. Unless a tackle or center that they really love is there in 1 or 2 I don’t think they even draft a center high.

CAP, they have no real answers at Center or WR2, and Dan Moore could use replacing also.

They can go into the season with Dan Moore at LT as much as we want an upgrade and to allow Broderick to move to the left side.
Center is a position that Nate Herbig is slated to take over currently. He's getting paid $5.5m so hes probably not a backup even if they draft a center who isnt one of the top3 guys available.

As a die hard Steelers fan since 2000 when I was born. I’d take Brian Thomas Jr at 20 no question. No way he should slip to 20 but if he does then that’s a Free number 1 receiver to pair with Pickens. Get a center or tackle and a QB or whoever Omar Khan is targeting later on
Offensive line is the only position to draft at 20. No other post Orion group
