Here is what most people get wrong, the tuition is not given for "free" or waived by the school. The boosters pay for the student athlete's tuition. The school gives nothing and only receives.

Seems like something a congressional session could have looked into say 1950s... You don't need government folks, they not on yo side.

Hell with I'm not playing and will set out for the next draft. The WHOLE rookie contract BS is also antitrust! They force rookie players into below the market contracts saying they will get theirs in four to five years. BS, most don't see a return. The NFL has some big issues regarding these rookie contract coming. If I were these lawyers I'd go right after them now!

Do you think that Universities can afford to pay every living former college athlete?

Yes, they've been getting a free lunch for decades and if they can't screw them. Haven't had to pay federal taxes while simultaneously paying their players nothing. If they need money pay the coaches less.

Who cares. Don't screw people over and this wouldn't be a problem.

The two party system is a joke but one side is far crazier than the other.

Just a slight hole in your argument - dems are pro-employee, and Florio describes these judges as pro-employer and anti-worker

Yeah, it's a D v R issue. Haha, that's simply the current, yet recurring "act" they keep you hooked on😏
