Thank you for sharing! Because of this video, I’m deciding to use PGX soon to see my own results for TAT. I submitted 6 comics to CBCS which they received on June 16th and there has been no change since that date. The PGX slabs look great!
Thanks Jeff appreciate you watching and commenting. PGX is a legit choice, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Check out the rest of my series on this comparison I just did a video on the submission process and pricing ruclips.net/video/0aF3LDasw0o/видео.html
Love the new PGX labels! I use PGX a lot now due to the quick turnaround times and friendly customer service. CGC just takes way too long and are way too backed up with submissions currently. Great video btw 👍🏻
thanks Anthony, appreciate the support. I agree I will be using PGX from time to time in the future as well. Currently planning my next submission with them
I’ve received 2 orders back from PGX and 3rd on the way since my cgc order was sent. I’m really pleased with the service and customer service so far. I will continue using them I’ve had one book also make that plastic noise.
In this go around I had no problems with the submission or what came back from PGX, all around a good experience with them. Thanks for watching and commenting!
honestly I'm pretty impressed with them. So far through submission, dealing with customer service and the books I got back I'm pretty happy. I will probably use them again
Great video!! I’ve used PGX in the past and had the same results with them grading fairly/accurately with my submission. Look forward to the rest of this series with CBCS & CGC 👍👍🤘
i use PGX don't have any problems with them at all and from what i've seen their grading is more on point than CGC and their turn around times can't be beat and their pricing is also a lot better to
Could you do a step by step video on how to submit to PGX? I'm pretty new to collecting and haven't really seen much on them and I have a couple books I'm interested in getting graded.
An interesting video, thanks! The new labels by PGX look good. It seems they have largely followed they lay-out of CGC, which I think is smart, as most people who will do grading by PGX will have CGC slabs. A possible suggestion: in my headphone I hear a sort of ticking/ bouncing sound. It may just be my headphone, but it could also be from your installation. You could check it. If it is caused by your installation, then maybe see if you can get another microphone?
Hey Terra, you're right it was a good move by PGX the labels look way better. As for the audio I don't hear it on my speakers, but you're the second to mention in headphones. I looked into it and it seems to be an encoding problem in my editing software which I think I can fix. Thanks for pointing it out! Appreciate the watch and comment
CBCS video will be up next week. Pretty happy with how these PGX books turned out, they're certainly in the running more than I first assumed they might be
how do you decide to send a comic. for price of some comics and the cost to grading for them to be worth what you are spending. Are older comics that may have 1.5 to 5 really worth buying even if they are quiet cheap to buy
A lot of the time I think its a personal decision. For older books I think yes, anything key its worth grading even if it is just to preserve the book and stopping further degradation. Thanks for watching!
Great question, and one of the things I'm trying to discover with this series. There's a lot of factors including the upfront cost, I'm not convinced the supposed better resale value outweighs the substantial upfront cost of cgc over the others on most books. But stick around for the other videos I'll have a better opinion at the end I think
I think CGC is definitely over-rated. people put too much weight on cgc , there may have been a discrepancy before but no longer all these companies are fairly equal with each giving up something and excelling in something else
@@ComicsRediscovered Possible/probable, but at the end of the day, a comic is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. And for now, CGC comics hold more value. Call it perception, call it whatever you want, but a dollar is a dollar.

Ya I was overall pleased with PGX, haven't noticed any major issue with them at all. What's you ig I want to see those books!
I love this series of videos. I have been strongly considering which grading company I might want to use.
thanks brother, appreciate the support. Wait for the actual comparison reviews theyre coming. Next is Submission process and price
Fine unboxing. I have had more issues with CGC grading than PGX thus far.
In this go around I had no problems with the submission or what came back from PGX, all around a good experience with them. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great Video! Looking forward to the rest! You’re braver than I in subbing to PGX, but they look alright!

ya so far I've been fairly impressed with PGX, I'm not sure why they get such disdain. Thanks for watching!

not a bad idea, I'll try to add it to my list for the next time I ship to PGX I'll record the process! thanks for watching and commenting

@@ComicsRediscovered Happy to. Take care!
I use PGX for my PC. Im impatient and their customer service is good
I will use PGX for some of my PC as well, thanks for watching and commenting
I have to say I do like the labels from PGX more so then CBCS
their labels are way improved over the old style. If I put the two side by side its obvious they've made some series efforts
Did you clean/press any of these books with pgx?
no not using their service, I do my own clean and pressing
Nicely done. Great books. When the CBCS vid dropping ?
CBCS video will be up next week. Pretty happy with how these PGX books turned out, they're certainly in the running more than I first assumed they might be

Isnt that Silver Surfer a one off? Not really a "series"
you sir are correct
nice unboxing mate! is that 9.4 far sector for sale?
Thanks Skeff! Appreciate you watching. Shoot me a pm
Oops that's not a thing anymore lol Instagram, same name
Between CBCS and CGC and PGX PGX has the best cases
check out my video comparing their cases. I think they do a pretty decent job
😂
I guess if you want your books to be worth less on the market
If CGC has the highest resale value, why use the other companies? Even if they are PC slabs, eventually you will get rid of them.
Great question, and one of the things I'm trying to discover with this series.

A graded comic is a graded comic..if someone wants that comic they will pay your price, but will use anything to pay lower price .CGC is over rated?

No actual seasoned collectors use PGX😆 Graded books are not graded books. Lord, you people need to do your due diligence regarding Daniel aka PGX🤔
Lord collectors in this hobby are truly daft🙄
