@@JesusisaMuslim that's the problem. You are cherry picking few passages and building a whole narrative out of it.
Its true that Jesus fulfilled old testament prophecies, but based on the context of this passage it doesn't seem to indicate that it is fulfilling Isaiah 45 prophecy. If that were the case in most of the cases author would quote the passage, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
Also the way in which you interpret passage from Isaiah is weird. Here, 'world without end' means 'forever' or 'eternity'. It doesnt make sense if you read it as world of Israel. Its just bad interpretation of passage.

    • @vegeta171
      @vegeta171 2 года назад

@@JesusisaMuslim concerning Jesus calling non Israelite pigs, you are not reading the passages in its context. In this context it just means people who are not receptive of the Gospel are referred metaphorically as swines not gentiles
And when he called samaritan woman dog. The greek word refers here to 'pet dog' not 'wild dogs' nothing derogatory, and he is speaking in metaphors not literally. Also Jesus was also testing the faith of this woman, thats why he speaks like that. Lastly he respects the faith of this woman and does miracle.
Jesus' ministry was primarily to Jews, and he spent most of his ministry in Israel. Jesus when he saw the faith of gentiles like Centurion he says, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith".
And when he saw faith of Samaritan woman Jesus says, "“Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.”
In both these examples it shows that he doesn't reject gentiles, instead Jesus respects their faith. Also when Greeks came to Jesus to speak with him he says, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified” . This doesn't seem to reject non Jews.
Also if you read John 10, it is very clear he is talking about gentiles being brought in his kingdom. Lastly Jesus at Matthew 28 gives great commission to preach Gospel to all nations. If Jesus wanted he could have said only preach in Judea or to Jews but he didn't, but he specifically asks them to preach to whole world.
I could show other Bible passages also but I think I have made my point.

By your video you suggest that the interpretation of Satan being the serpent is exclusive to the cave of treasures however the idea of Satan being the serpent can be found in the Book of Revelations written in the 1st century, suggesting early Christians not just the ones in Iraq who likely compiled the cave of treasures, believed the same thing. Also you say that both the Cave of Treasures and the Quran call the tree as “The Tree of Life” but the Quran does not say that, the Quran calls the tree “The Tree” الشجرة, maybe Muslims associated the tree with the tree of life but no where in the Quran does it call it that. Lastly, Satan is not eager to see Adam and Eve naked, no where does Satan mention in his manifesto to tempt Adam and Eve is to see them naked but rather for them to disobey God. The two becoming/noticing their nakedness after eating the fruit is not exclusive to Christian Aramaic literature and can be found in early Jewish literature. So, from your perspective as a Christian I presume, you may believe that Islam is the mixture of Christian and Jewish beliefs, however to say it is influenced form Aramaic speaking Christians from this video at least, is false.

      2) In reality, it was written around 600 AD, possibly a bit earlier
      3) It retells the biblical history from creation all the way to Jesus
      4) It puts its own spin on things and changes some things around, like the tree in paradise, but also the location of the crucifixion which according to the Cave of Treasures happened on the Rock in Jerusalem.
      5) It quickly became extremely popular among Aramaic speaking Christians.

Actually the plagiarization of previous texts is obiquitous in the Quran. They are things that are never found in the Bible, but found in Apocrypha (now tell me about corrupting Scriptures hu? :) ). Take a look a just some examples from the Apocrypha:
    - Jesus creates birds: Gospel of Thomas volume 1 pages 144 - copied in Quran 3.49 Quran 5.110
    - Jesus talks while still a baby: Arabic Infancy Gospel - copied in Quran 19:30.34
    - Mary receives food from God: Proto-gospel of James - copied in Quran 3.37
    - Miracle of the palm tree and the source of water: Gospel of Pseudo-Matthew ch. 20 copied in Quran 19.23-26
    - Proto-Gospel of James: plagiarized in Surat Al-Imran 3: 35-36:
    - Noble genealogy from the great patriarchs: Protoevangel I: 1 - Quran III: 33-34
    - The Vow of Hannah: Protoevangel IV: 1 - Quran III: 35
    - Birth of Mary (Protoevangel V: 2) (Quran III: 36)
    - God accepts Mary's consecration (Protoevangel V : 1) (Koran III : 37)
    - Mary's exemplary and spotless upbringing (Protogospel V : 1) (Koran III : 37)
    - Mary adopted by the priest Zakariah (Protoevangel VII: 2-3 and VIII: 1) (Quran III: 37)
    - The angels bring food to Mary (Protoevangel VIII : 1) (Koran III : 37)
    - Zakariah became mute (Protoevangel X : 2) (Koran III : 41)
    - The angels exalt Mary (Proto-Gospel XI: 1) (Quran III: 42)
    - The casting of lots for the care of Mary (Prot. VIII: 2-3 and IX. 1) (Quran III: 44)
    - The Annunciation to Mary (Prot. XI: 2-3) (Qur'an III: 45-47).
These are only very few examples. All can be checked by yourself online. There is also a huge pastiche of Bible passages, not attributed to the proper authors.

Are you sure these passages were "plagiarized"? The sheer quantity of them, as well as their content, speaks to me of a sincere desire to spread Christian stories among the people of the Arabian peninsula, in a summarized form, rather than convince them of a completely new faith.
I'm under the impression that Mohammed was a Christian, at least in the first part of his adult life. An agressive one, an Aryan, but a Christian. I think that "Disbelievers" are people who refuse to believe in this Judeo-Christian monotheistic religion he was spreading.

I don’t think it’s “plagiarism” rather clarification because different disciples had different views on the events of each past prophet, the Quran came to correct each story and add on to what man kind doesn’t know or what the disciples couldn’t speak about, like the final supper where Jesus knew his death was coming,or what happened to the people during the time after God gave Moses the permission to split the sea and made the people of the pharaoh drown. The Quran came to clarify but also still continue spreading the same message of all the past prophets before prophet Muhammad pbuh that “worship your true lord for your lord is 1 and to not associate God with anyone or anything”

And not to mention there are many stories from Bible in Quran as well. So that's it. All are interlinked. Apocryphal or not, Qur'an has clearly rejected many apocryphal narrations. Why?? Qur'an only takes the true versions of the story since it is revealed by God himself

The Quran mentions numerous prophets and messengers from the past, highlighting their stories, teachings, and the guidance they received from Allah (God). Here are a few examples of Quranic verses that mention some of the previous prophets:
    Prophet Adam (Adam):
"And [mention] when your Lord said to the angels, 'Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.' They said, 'Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?' Allah said, 'Indeed, I know that which you do not know.'" (Quran 2:30)
    Prophet Noah (Nuh):
"We sent Noah to his people, and he said, 'O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous Day.'" (Quran 7:59)
    Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim):
"Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists." (Quran 3:67)
    Prophet Moses (Musa):
"And We certainly sent Moses with Our signs, [saying], 'Bring out your people from darknesses into the light and remind them of the days of Allah.' Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful." (Quran 14:5)
    Prophet Jesus (Isa):
"[Mention] when the angels said, 'O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ].'" (Quran 3:45)
These are just a few examples, and the Quran mentions many more prophets, including Prophet David (Dawud), Prophet Solomon (Sulaiman), Prophet Joseph (Yusuf), and many others. The stories and teachings of these prophets are spread throughout the Quran, serving as lessons and guidance for humanity.

in Islam, Muslims are those who believe in the teachings of all the prophets and messengers sent by Allah (God), including Prophet Adam, Prophet Noah, Prophet Abraham, Prophet Moses, Prophet Jesus, and the final Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon them all).
Muslims consider all the prophets and messengers as bearers of divine guidance, and they believe that their teachings were intended to guide humanity towards righteousness, monotheism, and submission to the will of Allah. Muslims also believe that Prophet Muhammad was the last and final messenger, and his message, as revealed in the Quran, encompasses and completes the previous messages.
Believing in the teachings of all the prophets is one of the fundamental principles of Islam. Muslims regard these prophets as exemplary individuals who demonstrated obedience, patience, and unwavering faith in Allah, and their stories serve as lessons and inspiration for Muslims to follow in their footsteps and live a righteous life.

    • @atan9258

The Quran mentions that Islam is the complete and perfected religion ordained by Allah (God). Here are a few verses that highlight this concept:
"This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion." (Quran 5:3)
"And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers." (Quran 3:85)
"And whoever submits his face to Allah while being a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allah will be the outcome of [all] matters." (Quran 31:22)
These verses emphasize that Islam, as revealed in the Quran, is a comprehensive and final guidance from Allah. It is considered the perfected way of life that encompasses all aspects of human existence, including faith, worship, morality, social conduct, and legal principles. The Quran portrays Islam as the ultimate and complete path to salvation and fulfillment in this life and the hereafter.
Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad, as the final messenger, received the Quran as the last and most comprehensive revelation from Allah. It abrogates any previous religious laws or practices that were specific to a particular time or community, and it encompasses the universal principles applicable to all people throughout history.
It is important to note that Islam recognizes and respects the earlier religious traditions and prophets, considering them as precursors to the final message of Islam. However, it asserts that Islam is the culmination and fulfillment of those previous revelations, providing the most complete and comprehensive guidance for humanity.

Ok.that's not all. A more important piece of data: in Genesis, the name "Adam" appears at first only in GEn 4:25 whose author is called "Redactor",i.e. that final, i.e. after the Cleansing of the Temple in 164 BC by Juda Maccabi after conquering Greeks. In the story of Garden (Gen 2) there is no name "Adam" only "the human" (in Eng.), the term "adam"(Hebr.)-not Adam,a person's name! The same inGen 5 whose source is different from J, E, and P and is called "Other'(R.E.Friedman, The Bible with the Sources Revealed",2003 plus probably any more advanced Commentary). Consequently, if the author of the Quran, "revealed"in 7th cent. CE was Allah@Mohammed@angel Gabriel they were stubborn idiots because they did have not enough time to learn the divine part of science, called hermeneutics in order to know the original source from the 10th and 9th cent. Wrong. There’s no specific tree of ‘life’ mentioned in the Quran [which is, on your part spreading misinformation]. It was simply a forbidden tree. And if it was truly ‘copied’ then Eve would have been blamed for eating the Fruit just how it mentions in the bible that Eve ate the fruit first and opened Pandora’s box. Quran doesn’t blame Eve for eating the fruit. Rather it says that Adam pbuh and his wife both ate the forbidden [unknown] fruit. Quran does have similar stories to the bible in its correct [non-sexist] form. The reason being because the prophet pbuh was a succession of Jesus pbuh. So he was revealed the same stories as Jesus was. Same thing with story of Sheba and Soleman pbuh. Same thing with Moses pbuh. Yusuf pbuh. Even the story of iblis is similar except he wasn’t an angel, but rather jinn, made of smoke. If the same God is re-sending a message, it would make sense that the stories are similar. Muslims don’t reject Moses or Jesus. We just don’t believe Jesus is God.

Personally, the Bible version when pieced together makes more sense. The first problem with the Quranic version is in Surah Quran 2:30. If all that God had made was perfect, why would the angels be suspicious over the creation of Man? Were some of the Jinn created to do evil? In the Quran, Iblis who is presumably Satan, rebelled against Adam which became his downfall.
The Bible teaches us that Satan was created as the most beautiful of God's angels. He wanted to be like the Most High and be worshiped. He rebelled against God and led a revolt with a third of the angels joining in. Getting Adam to disobey God would be a bonus and the reason he told Eve that God didn't mean they would die. It meant God didn't want them to be as gods making and following their own rules.
I wonder at some point if they're the same stories and where Muhammad got his information from which seems a consistent theme when comparing common stories of the two books.

    • @TAlexander
      @TAlexander  2 года назад

The creation myth in the Quran is spliced together from different apocryphal sources. One that wasn’t mentioned in the video is the Gnostic Gospel of Bartholomew which explains the fall of Satan in the same terms as the Quran.
And yes, this lead to contradictions. There is for example the clear implication that Iblis/Satan was an Angel whereas later he is a Jinn.

    • @lightofilm6228
      @lightofilm6228 2 года назад +2

The angels became suspicious because God was about to create a creation in His image with free will to act however they choose. See Quran 2:30. The concept of Satan being more “beautiful” and “better” in appearance is implied throughout the Quran. One example-
*“Allah asked, O Iblîs! What is the matter with you that you did not join others in prostration?’*
*He replied, ‘It is not for me to prostrate to a human You created from sounding clay moulded from black mud.’”* (15:32-33)
      Another example-
“He replied, ‘I am better than he is: You created me from fire and him from clay.’”* (7:12)
Also, the reason jinns were created is answered in the Quran Itself.:
*”I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me.*
*I seek no provision from them, nor do I need them to feed Me.”*
*Indeed, Allah ˹alone˺ is the Supreme Provider-Lord of all Power, Ever Mighty.”* (51:56-58)
Perhaps, if you’ve read the Quran more and stopped listening to paid shills online trying to debunk the truth, you wouldn’t be in so much confusion.

    • @lightofilm6228
      @lightofilm6228 2 года назад +4

@@TAlexander Those gospels you call “apocryphal” are definitely far more historically reliable and accurate than that entire error-ridden New Testament cobbled together at Nicea.
There’s no where in the Quran where Iblis is said or implied to be an Angel. In fact, the Quran literally specifies that Iblis is a jinn in 18:50. Angels cannot disobey Allah. Only jinns and humans have free will, hence this verse 👇
*”Indeed, We have destined many jinn and humans for Hell. They have hearts they do not understand with, eyes they do not see with, and ears they do not hear with.”* (7:179)

@@lightofilm6228 You seem to be I’ll informed on several counts:
      1) The NT was not cobbled together at Nicaea
      2) None of the Apocrypha mentioned here are anywhere near as old as the various books of the NT, meaning they’re less reliable
      3) In Surah 7:11 we read: “Then We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblis. He was not of those who prostrated.”
Which clearly implies that Iblis was an Angel. God didn’t command the Jinn after all.
The truth is, it’s the Quran that was cobbled together from unreliable sources, like the ones mentioned here, centuries after the original. That’s why you have these internal contradictions like Iblis being both Jinn and Angel. Or Jesus dying and not dying at the same time.

    • @lightofilm6228
      @lightofilm6228 2 года назад +4

@@TAlexander 1. Yes it was. Who canonized the NT gospels you have in your Bible today? It certainly wasn’t Jesus or the disciples.
      2. Some of the gospels you Christians claim the Quran copied from have actually been sourced only a few decades to a 100 years after the supposed crucifixion. The Gospel of Thomas is an example, it contains some of the stories about Jesus speaking in the cradle and creating birds out of clay.
      3. That’s not a contradiction. A contradiction would be the Quran saying A about Iblis in one instance, then saying B in another. But there’s isn’t a single verse in the Quran that states Iblis is an angel, then a jinn. The reason it says “We said to the angels” is because besides Iblis, practically all of the creatures commanded by God in heaven were angels. This never caused any confusion, and no mufasir I know of in history ever thought Iblis was an Angel. Feel free to cite one who did.
It’s only the Bible that contradicts itself on this matter. The Bible does away with the entire essence of what an Angel is. Angels are supposed to be perfect servants of God, yet we’re told that Lucifer is an Angel that disobeyed God while at the same time being told that angels “holy” Pslam 89:5. It’s also strange that the Bible never mentions the concept of “fallen angels” yet Christians still believe it. Satan is not an Angel and never was. That’s just a malicious lie probably made by Satan himself. Doesn’t your own Bible warn you against believing this?
*”And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.”* [2 Corinthians 11:14]

(Iblis) said: "Because You have sent me astray, surely I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your Straight Path. Then I will come to them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and You will not find most of them as thankful ones (i.e. they will not be dutiful to You)."

And he (Satan) swore by Allah to them both (saying): "Verily, I am one of the sincere well-wishers for you both."

Where do you even get these ideas from? I'm stunned. Islam started years after prophet Mohammed begum his prophethood. The Quran wasn't written it was revealed by God to the prophet and the written down to make it accessible. So what's all these? If you want to convert muslims into christianity, I this how you should do it? Your religion is from God right? So is islam. And making all these claims is blasphemy. It's a direct insult to God himself since he's the one who appointment prophet Mohammed to reveal his words. History proves the prophet was an illiterate. How then did he write the qur'an? Stop this. Islam Is a peaceful religion so stop trying to create problems.
