@@fr1day329 Wall Street Journal kinda gave bit of info on how the current wage broke out.. that led me here to get this history of it.. can check it out tho 👍
I am 43 yrs old and this is the first time I've heard a brief description and yet almost complete break down of the Israeli and Palestinian war without hearing ANY Pro-Israel or Pro-Palestine leaning opinions. Just the facts. THANK YOU!
43… well that’s on you. This is basic but it’s certainly not without bias. 6 days or 60? And Ariel Sharon…how did he become prime minister ? No mention of Rabin ???
it is not complete by any mean. Nothing about war in 73, oversimplification of not "1948 Arab-Israeli war" but the Independence war. Arabs rejected any plans of UN to build 2 states cause they thought they will throw that annoying jews at the sea.
Nice info, but it's incomplete. There should be mention, if only as a rhetorical opening for debate, why was land already occupied parceled out "just because". Also, when the partition happened why was the people with the larger population given the smaller portion of land? I get the layout of territory today because of the success of Israel in the wars fought, but still, things could have been handled in a more reasonable fashion.
To anyone watching this, thank you for spending time and energy into learning the complexities of this history, and for not just reading headlines. And thank you, History on Maps, for showing the roots of this history back millennia, and not just starting from a hundred years ago, which is where I've seen most informational videos start so far. I have loved ones in both Palestine and Israel, and I have spoken with some of them to hear how they are feeling. Doing so definitely adds to the complexity and hopelessness to the current situation, but it also adds humanity to these regions that currently have armies and singular political leaders as faces, especially during a time when people are in a rush to "pick a side." I have also been ingesting purposely biased media from both sides (I've found that it is imperative to see either BOTH or NEITHER, but never just one perspective), and it reminds me of hard truths I don't see in-person. Children losing their childhood. Spouses losing their other halves. Siblings burying siblings. Morbid things that don't require an ethnic or religious background in order to be morbid. It reminds me why I need to do more, because how could I choose which of my loved ones "deserve" to die? For an outsider, it can be difficult and time-consuming work, to research and develop so many thoughts and yet still be uncertain how to move forward. It's easy to pick a side quickly, so that one doesn't have to becoming increasingly puzzled by the intricacies of numerous narratives. It's easy to distance oneself, because it hurts to sympathize by putting oneself in the shoes of those suffering. That's why this work--taking extra time to look for facts, staying vigilant about from whom you get your information, and keeping an open mind--is the first step. And there can be no second step without it. So, thank you for caring about context, for having a desire to understand, and for actively seeking it out. May education always welcome you, and may you always welcome education.
My friend asked my opinion on the recent conflict and all I could say was, there’s a long history that I don’t know the details of so I can’t tell you where I stand. All I know is that people died and that’s tragic. I came looking for context. Media always has a spin.
It's pretty easy for me to take side when knowing the history of mankind. We know when there is a war the winner gets the biggest advantages. So whoever won last gets to decide. If a new war starts then it's the winner of that new war. If you can't accept defeat then don't create a treaty. If you attack civilians then you are a terrorist group. If your base is setup where there are civilians then you are a terrorist group. If you attack a country and don't represent a country then it's not a war it's a terorist act.
I am not trying to rain on your parade of learning...but historically speaking, King Saul, King David, or King Solomon have ever been proven to have existed ..only mentioned in the Christiaan or Hebrew bible. Please look this up if you don't believe me. Think about this...with all the historical artifacts known to the modern world, none have mentioned or shown that these people ever existed. Christians and Jews have tied themselves in knots trying to say that some random artifact mentioned (or possibly a form of the name) Saul or David....but it can never be proven that it was King Saul/David/Solomon. My point is; you can not have a serious historical or pollical conversation/lesson that begins, and includes, mythological characters presented to you as fact. That is deceitful, wrong, and so misleading. When you see this happening. warning lights should go off and know that this person has an agenda. Their purpose is not to inform you but to persuade you to their thinking. They are are possibly not misinforming you on everything but when the foundation is off, the building collapses.
Just some extra information for you all that is important if you’re learning about this for the first time, that is unfortunately not mentioned in this video. In many places in israel/Palestine throughout all these periods of history, Jews and Muslim arabs coexisted largely peacefully for years. There has been conflict for centuries but in some cities there was much coexistence as well.
thank you! the historical elephant in the room is that both radical Zionism (the river to the sea) and imperial strategy (first UK, then US) really was the catalyst for violence. Jews, Muslims and Christians were living together in relative peace prior to 1946 and even moreso before 1910.
prior to 1946? the Mufti met with Hitler in 41 to discuss an arab revolt and to ask for help in removing the jews from the area so..I'm not sure about that@@nevillesmith426
The fact that Arabs live in Israel en benefit for free from schools, healthcare and I don't know what else is also nowhere mentioned, ever. And in the video the first war from 5 nations to Israel is mentioned briefly and neutral, but 5 countries with armed forces attacked Israel for no other reason than to wipe it from the face of the earth, and still Israel prevailed. I'm not saying everything that Israel does is correct, but these are items you cannot ignore when telling the story.
@@nevillesmith426 and the flip side to that is: Ever since the jews got their land back in 1949, certain groups have made it their mission to end Israel....if you elect one of those groups to lead you, you are responsible for the consequences of their actions. Hamas is a terrorist organization that the PEOPLE in Gaza ELECTED to lead....they VOTED for a group that fires rockets from the rooftops of schools and hospitals KNOWING that the return strike to take out the rocket launcher is ALSO going to take out the building....the people in Gaza BEGGED for this outcome....
I liked the fact that this video displayed more historical context than the last 100 years. So many of the discussions around the Israel-Palestine conflict begin after the Balfour Declaration in 1917. I also find it interesting that so many voices in this discussion are stating that one side or another has a RIGHT to this land. What gives someone a right to the land? Is it historical ownership? If so, then how far back in history do you go? If you use that criterion, north America belongs to the Native American people, and Australia belongs to the Aborigines. Or do you have a right to a land by conquest? Essentially every country in the world has changed hands over time and conquest continues to this day. Does Russia have a right to Crimea because they invaded it and took it over in 2014? Is a country invalid because it is new? Tell that to the Serbians who created their country in 2006. The number of Jewish people in the world have been decimated and forcibly evicted many times throughout history (not just by the Nazis). Do they deserve a country of their own, and if so, where should it be? And the Palestinians, who were a nomadic Arabic people, have been living in Palestine for centuries. Don’t they deserve a country of their own? And if so, where should it be? None of this is simple, so stop giving such simplistic answers.
well, if one group are being evicted from their homes, thats not totally nomadic is it? and if jews want to settle there, was there not a more agreeable way of doing it? the idea of forcing someone out because you used to live there generations ago is either an act of war of a perpetuation of war.
for your last question, the partition plan was supposed to solve most problems, israel welcomed it, the "palestinians' (they werent even called that at the time), refused.
@@ferez1985 You mean how the video states that most of the 2/3 of the population was Palestinians but UN and Israel offered 44% of the land to them when In reality it was all theirs not long ago.
This video has taught me alot. Instead of listening to ppl on social media that are so one sided, this video gives context and information on the history of the two countries and also why we are the situation we are in today.
it does not. it omits a lot of information like the creation of Hamas by Israel themselves to dismantle the other Palestinian org. It also does not tell you Palestinians sheltered jews only to be expelled arbitrarily. Heck just look at the Jews vs Arabs wording. There are other religions in there.
unfortunately the video FAILS to point out that the modern Palestinians are genetically more "Jewish" than the colonizing European and US Jews. Also it glosses over the insane cruelty of European Jews on the Palestinians in order to steal their land. Sad and cruel the modern state of Israel is.
I think the whole world is trying to find a solution for Israel and Palestine to exist together. It's ironic that both Jews and Palestinians live here in the US and aren't killing each other on a daily basis... so why the heck can't they do it there? I understand Israel feels like it's constantly fighting for its existence and the Palestinians are jaded for always being in their homeland but never actually being able to call it theirs. There has got to be some common ground and eventual peace.
Agreed. And yet when you look at the Map of Jerusalem Area...all I can think of is that is one big recipe for disaster. No place can rule itself like that with every neighborhood ruled by a different master. Hard to imagine how they made it this long without an outbreak....now, that has really happened.
What I like about this video is that it explains the ENTIRE history of that area not just 100 years back. This give us more depth of why some things happened.
The thing is, regardless of your view of history, in 1949, it was ALL reset as the world restored the land to the jews and established the nation of Israel....anyone who doesn't like that FACT can f'k off....
Brits are just the lousiest map-dividers in the world. The dispute between China and India over Arunachal Pradesh is a result of British ineptitude. So is the partition between India and Pakistan. All these territorial disputes have led to non-stop bloodshed.
A fact that could use context is that 80% of the land allocated to Israel by the UN is the Negev Desert. It's my understanding that Arab leaders didn't care about this land, as it was barely populated.
Ok well trentinaNE you could say the same for where I live. I live in Alaska. Barely populated, no one really cares. But if someone tried to take our land u bet we would fight them. It was still their land and the UN had no right to “give” it to them.
@@stevenseul361it is not a good start: no mention of Israel being an apartheid state, no mention of Israel violating international law, no mention of Israel starting the six day war out of nowhere with a suprise attack and refusing a proposed cease-fire after 4 days of war, no mention of judaic extremism, no mention of palestine not having an army, no mention of the extremely disproportionate civilian deaths between both sides etc.
@@Nizaar1I agree a lot of finer details missing but it doesn’t exactly paint Israel or Jewish occupation in a good light. @@davidsumpter9404 I love people like this that selectively drop vague references to infer they are more knowledgeable than others. This has been a fluid conflict going on for thousands of years.
This is why it's so hard to be objective in judging this conflict. Whichever position you take, you're both right and wrong. Both groups have a legitimate claim to the land. Biggest problem is that no one appears to entertain compromise. Thank you for the informative video.
My wife asked me to explain the conflict the other night and she was astonished when I began my explanation in ancient Egypt, then through the Roman Empire and into modern times. it’s insane just how long it’s been going on. I honestly can’t see how it can be stopped any time at all.
The desire to link the conflict back that far is just a ploy to justify a relatively modern colonial endeavor by Europeans in the Middle East. Since Rome shattered the Jewish state in 70AD, and deported many Jews to various corners of the Roman empire, most of the Jews in the area didn't really leave, they just converted over centuries to first Christianity and then Islam after the Muslim conquests of that region. They still existed Jewish minorities within the region, but most of the original inhabitants of the region just became Muslim. Likewise, the Jews that moved into Europe basically became ethnically European after a THOUSAND years of living in Europe and mingling with Europeans. That's why most European Jews are ethnically white. With all the atrocities of WW2, many of the European Jews decided to move to the Middle East and found a colony with Western backing; that's what the Zionist movement was primarily. In 1900, only 8% of people in Palestine were Jewish. That's less than there were white colonists in South Africa. And pretty much NONE of them were European Jews. Israel's case is basically like South Africa if the white colonists during a war with the original black inhabitants ethnically cleansed them forcing them into ghettos or reservations. Ironically current Palestinians are more likely more ethnically congruent with the original Jewish population that lived in that region, than the European Jews that have colonized the region. The way I see it, what's done is done. The crime of colonization is fait accompli (just like in other parts of the world like the Americas, Australia). Now comes the hard part. The system of apartheid in Israel HAS TO END. Everybody needs to be given the same rights, whether Israeli or Palestinian. It will definitely need a transition period because the hatred due to all the decades of injustice and occupation runs deep, but it happened in South Africa, so it can happen here. The current apartheid status-quo is unsustainable as the recent Hamas attack showed.
@@tallest4eva Wish I’d read this first, it would have saved me a long comment up top. LOL. Your point about European Jews was thought-provoking and not something I was aware of. It's not that complex! Israel is an Apartheid state, guilty of 75 years of brutal human rights abuses against the Palestinian people. Yes that is a wishful sentiment, but as long as humans are involved, humans living with inequality, ambition, and greed, it seems unlikely. The best we can hope for is co-existence based on power dynamics that can limit conflict. This video is leaving out crucial information. I wrote a comment explaining this - here it is (not meant at you, but the creator): You forgot to mention crucial information, like the Intifadas were acts of raging terror attacks on Israeli civilians - including SUICIDE BOMBERS IN BUSES, RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT CLUBS. I was a kid back then and getting on a bus was terrifying! The Palestinians always targeted civilians, while Israel always targeted terrorist organizations that also used Palestinians as human shields - it is a well documented FACT. You cover these wars and Intifadas as if there were symmetrical wars - no - the Palestinians started all wars while targeting civilians. Israel has the right to defend itself. Also, Hamas declared many times their goal is extermination of Jews all over the world, not just Israel. Hamas also murdered the opposition of PLO a year after it came to power by literally throwing them out of buildings, and held a dictatorship over the Gazans. Israel did not “formed a blockade” - Israel tighten up its borders after too many terror attacks came from Gaza to murder Israelis (as happened on October 7th which now you know, but many smaller attacks like this happened before tightening the border). Despite that, Israel continued letting Palestinians work in Israel to support their families - because the Palestinian leadership was not focused on developing their territory to be financially stable - instead they invested billions of dollars donated to them by Qatar and others to build terror tunnels to invade Israel and slaughter Israelis, and to build rockets to fire against civilians. It is NOT SYMMETRICAL - the Palestinians are the aggressors. IF THE PALESTINIANS WILL LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS - THEIR WILL BE A PALESTINIAN STATE. IF ISRAEL WILL LAY DOWN ITS ARMS, THERE WILL BE A MASS SLAUGHTER OF ISRAELIS JUST LIKE ON OCTOBER 7TH AND NO ISRAEL LEFT.

When I say I know nothing about this conflict, I mean I absolutely know nothing. I think I’ll have to watch this video a few times to understand better, but it’s great that this follows the conflict….FROM THE BEGINNING, which is what I wanted as a foothold to try and understand the complexity.

"The complex and long-lasting territorial dispute is a ticking time bomb that can explode anytime". Once again the world sees Israel and Palestine in conflict, claiming lives and more lives, deepening the pain and hatred between humans. Our condolences to all those who are suffering. PAX
Im from Israel, and as a fact, most of the "Palestinian citizens" want as dead, and in 2021 gaza bombed us, and the Arabs that live in Israel attacked us as well, so if they doesn't want peace and attack us, why should we want peace and let them have the country that we have been promised to have by god itself?
and again Lebanon and Syria will be involved, Iran added in, and even Egypt again possibly (even Russia in the background). How will there ever be peace there?? we all know its normal citizens that are damaged the most, but i think Palestine is going to lose a lot more land/rights etc again. Israel is going to go in heavy in the next 24 hours
Complex? Things the video failed to mention. "The Promised Land", but that leads to Jews being slaves in Egypt and the pyramids (Exodus). The conflict started in 1948, when UN, led by the US and UK, unilaterally took land from Palestinian Arabs (theft of land). Fighting broke out, but Palestinian and Arab nations could not win against Israel, with backing from the west, especially the US. UK had soldiers in the Middle East (colonialism) and they wanted to move the Jews out of their country and like wise rest of Europe. You could imagine how angry and desperate Arabs are, that they would strap on a bomb and blow themselves and their enemiesup. UN took their land, gave it to Israeli. The Israeli government could tell the Palestine Arabs where and when they could not go, where it was once their home. You could tell how the words mad and crazy got confused. Terrorist aren't crazy, but they are extremely angry. You would understand, if you could imagine how angry you would be if you were kick out of home and land and the new government could tell you what you can and can not do. When strapping on a bomb doesn't seem all that crazy, then you understand.
Very informative video. Thank you. It was a Six-Day War in 1967, not a 60-day War, as the narrator says. The video portion was correct, stating 6 Day War. Again, this is a very informative video and thank you so much for creating it and sharing.
The decisions, treaties, agreements and land division lines are bonkers. It’s super obvious what the outcome will be especially with two groups who hate each other. It’s like drawing a line in the middle of your bedroom, hallway, living room and kitchen and having to live and deal with the person you hate everyday.
Europeans did the same in Africa, drawing lines on a map to divide the land between themselves without considering the tribes that they were separating which resulting in bitter disputes. Britain did the same by creating a line on a map separating India and Pakistan. Cause and effect. We're all living with the consequences of these decisions.
From what I know, the lines and areas were created based on the settlements of each group. It was meant to prevent relocation as the people were segregated beforehand.
Yes….but this land was originally Israel and originally belonged to the Jewish people…so really there shouldn’t be any boundary lines…it should all be what it originally was before others came in and took it over.
So glad we live in a time and place where we can seek knowledge. Im so appreciative of the people who put out information for the ones who want to truly understand what is happening around the world.

At that time we must call them the believers in gods true message… they are the ancestors of the Christian’s who believed in the message of Jesus Christ, when he was send by god to preach the same message as Abraham after people had changed Abrahams true message… and after people had changed the true teachings of Jesus Christ, God send Muhammad to preach exactly the same as all prophets of god… the same message as Abraham, Moses and Jesus…. Because all prophets of Allah came with the same message!!! So we can say that the people who at the time of King Salomon where not Jews but rather people that followed the true message of God That means that the people who believed in the message of Abraham were the ancestors of the Muslims today who are still following the right teachings of Abraham…. And the Palestinians follow the true message of Abraham… that means that they have an even greater right to stay in their own land!!!!!!
first Israel must end the apartheid state and oppression of arabs, then peace talks will be possible. It is impossible to establish peace if one group is treated as subhuman
I was working in Lebanon in 71. My partner and I got out with support from one of our customers in Cyprus. Before leaving, we could see the rocket fire from where we were staying. Lebanon used to be the resort area of almost the world. The damage we saw was pitiful. They called Lebanese rot. This presentation brings back a lot of memories.
You called it 2 years ago. People are only focusing on what's happening now, and who attacked who, but there truly is 2 sides to the story, and this does a great job at detailing how this conflict is CENTURIES in the making.

It's not about the land... they claim it is, but that's just an excuse. We know that because Israel has offered a two-state solution and made concessions to Palestinians multiple times in past 50 years and each time it was rebuffed because THEY DON"T WANT PEACE. THEY JUST WANT ALL THE JEWS DEAD. Oh... and we also know it BECAUSE THE PALESTINIANS LEADERS HAVE STATED IT, both to the world, and continually to their own people. Look at the timing of this recent attack.... Israel has been making progress in peace negotiations with Saudi Arabia and other neighbors in recent months for first time in history... can't have THAT going on!!
Oh yes, since 1st century before Jesus. Jesus came in 3 rd century, and Muslim came in 7th century. Jesus knew about all of this that’s he said I leave you my peace, when he was leaving the earth. He knew. Peace is coming soon. They can’t live their lives like that forever. Young educated people on Palestinian side want peace.
It was uploaded last 2021 saying peaceful as it may seem it is like a ticking timebomb. Fast forward two years later as of today its October of 2023 and another the war has exploded again -- just gave me the chills how accurate this video is.
It is an accurate video.. and many who knew of the history knew this would happen again. Read revelations as well. The Bible is true. Israel isn’t going anywhere, peace is coming soon when one world government Is in place. Which was what the global summit that just took place about.
So, after watching this video just once, and as one who has never fully grasped the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, I would venture to say that right now (October 17, 2024), for the last 1 year and 10 days, we have been living in the time of the "explosion" of that "ticking time bomb", mentioned at the end of the video. "LORD JESUS CHRIST, SON OF GOD, HAVE MERCY ON ALL OF US!" 🙏☦️

They excluded many facts on purpose. Like the fact that Israel and the US are breaking geneva convention law, (the same laws put in place to protect people after what Hitler did). Where's that part? They brush over the fact that they committed war crimes to the Palestinians and hold millions prisoners. War crime after war crime and the US helps while the world is afraid to intervene. Finally a complete historical retelling of the story. Before this I watched a 40 min BBC documentary where they completely overlooked the ancient history and just focused on the past 100 years. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but by the end I could see their bias. A journalistic organization should resolve itself to telling the complete story and allowing the viewer to form their own opinion. Not attempt to influence the viewer through half stories, and dramatic music. This 10 min video does more in a quarter of the time with a fraction of the budget than that bbc special I watched did. Well done. Excellent visuals
I like that this is the first video that is not super biased all videos on this are either really biased for palestine or really biased for israel but imo this one is pretty unbiased

He ignored that Palestine was called the land of Canaan before the migration of the Jews and Moses from Egypt to Palestine. Please search for the facts. The Palestinian people are the owners of the land. It is not the Palestinians’ fault that they are slaughtered and burned because of the suffering of the Jews in this Holocaust. Not our problem
Despite some imprecise pronunciations & a couple "typos", clear, concise & unbiased summary of a very complex history. Everyone should watch this. The last warning hits hard.
Most scholars view the patriarchal age, along with the Exodus and the period of the biblical judges, as a late literary construct that does not relate to any particular historical era, and after a century of exhaustive archaeological investigation, no evidence has been found for a historical Abraham.
@@OmerMan992 Stop spreading hasbara lies, none of what you said is accurate and can easily be dunked by various human right's organizations including Israel's human rights organization B'tselem. Both intifadas was a response to Israel's ongoing aggression in the West Bank and Gaza. Hamas' goal is to liberate its people from Israel's occupation. The irony is that Hamas was created and funded by Netenyahu himself to prevent a two-state solution, this was confirmed by him numerous times over the past 20 years. Israel did create a land, air, and sea blockade after its "withdrawal" in 2005 which wasnt really a full withdrawal. It had total control of what went in and out of Gaza such as water, electricity, and food meaning Israel still occupied Gaza. All of this can be factually verified by Nentyahu's own statements and human rights groups such as Amnesty, Human Rights Watch, and B'tselem. If Palestinians laid down their arms, Israel would continue to occupy the West Bank and Gaza until it fully annexes what's left of historic Palestine.

The Supreme Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, laid the foundations of the Arab-Jewish conflict in 1920 by declaring jihad under the slogan "liberate Al-Aqsa" and organized pogroms of Jews. Since the 1930s, the mufti and the Arabs have been allies of Hitler and the Nazis. Husseini told Hitler that Germany and the Arabs are natural allies, as they have common enemies - the British, Jews and Communists. Husseini promised to organize a pan-Arab uprising and with the outbreak of World War II proposed to create an Arab Legion in the German army On November 28, 1941, a meeting between al-Husseini and Hitler took place in Berlin. As reported in a news bulletin from Berlin, "the Fuhrer welcomed the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, one of the most prominent representatives of the Arab national movement." During the meeting, al-Husseini called Hitler a "defender of Islam," and he, in turn, promised the mufti to destroy Jewish elements in the Middle East." At a meeting between the Nazi leader and the Jerusalem mufti on November 28, 1941, Al-Husseini told Hitler: "Don't expel them, because then they will come here." Then the Fuhrer asked the Mufti: "So what should I do with them?", to which Al-Husseini replied: "Burn them." Аfter this meeting with the mufti and being convinced of the ardent support from the Arabs, on the next day Hitler informed the chief of the RSHA Heydrich of his intention to totally destroy the Jews; Heydrich transmits these words to Eichmann, and he sends invitations to future participants of the Wannsee conference on the "final solution of the Jewish question" on November 29. Hitler promised to destroy the "Jewish national hearth" in Palestine. Hitler promised Husseini that German troops relocated from the Caucasus and the Afrika Korps would "liberate the Arabs in the Middle East" and that "Germany's main goal would be the extermination of Jews." Amin al-Husseini helped form an SS division of Yugoslav Bosniak Muslims. In addition to this, he proposed to create an Arab legion of thousands under the auspices of the Wehrmacht. In 1943, he personally appealed to Reich Foreign Minister Ribbentrop with a demand to prevent the emigration of 5,000 Jewish children (in exchange for captured Germans) from Bulgaria to Palestine. The children were sent to the extermination camp. He insisted on bombing Tel Aviv, demanded to land German paratroopers in Palestine. On March 1, 1944, on the Berlin radio, the mufti called on the entire Islamic world to wage jihad against the Jews. He stated: "Arabs! Stand up as one and fight for your sacred rights. Kill Jews wherever you find them. It pleases God, history and religion. This will save your honor." The Mufti maintained good relations with the Nazis in the post-war period.
The entire video was presented with a clear political agenda from the beginning. Look at the thumbnail, it depicts a ✡️ standing next to a Gulf Arab. Palestinians are NOT Arabs. We're Canaanites and Filistines. Then he begins the video going back to when the ✡️ invaded Canaan. He skipped 8,000 years of Canaanite history. Then he claimed that the Romans named the area Palestine, when in fact the name was in use for over 500 years before the Romans even arrived. Then he claimed✡️ returned from Europe. Those ✡️ from Europe are European and have no ties to the Middle East. Also, they never had a homeland in the Middle East. They were a collection of homeless nomadic tribes. Solomon and David were just glorified tribal leaders, not actual kings. That's just scratching the surface. There's more bias.

Hope you and your loved ones are well 😢
I am not trying to rain on your parade of learning...but historically speaking, King Saul, King David, or King Solomon have ever been proven to have existed ..only mentioned in the Christiaan or Hebrew bible.
As usual conservatives and progressives have gone to the extremes while us normal, we’ll-adjusted liberals are left shaking our heads.

Beautiful said without using the archaic theology and promised land references so many people of all factions like to tout.
well, if one group are being evicted from their homes, thats not totally nomadic is it? and if jews want to settle there, was there not a more agreeable way of doing it? the idea of forcing someone out because you used to live there generations ago is either an act of war of a perpetuation of war.
for your last question, the partition plan was supposed to solve most problems, israel welcomed it, the "palestinians' (they werent even called that at the time), refused.

Aok Eric.. very impressive!
Complete and total war is inevitable now.

This video is leaving out crucial information.
I wrote a comment explaining this - here it is (not meant at you, but the creator):
You forgot to mention crucial information, like the Intifadas were acts of raging terror attacks on Israeli civilians - including SUICIDE BOMBERS IN BUSES, RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT CLUBS.

NONE OF THEM BELONG THERE … IT WILL NEVER BE PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST BECAUSE THE REAL JEWS LEFT BLACK AND CAME BACK WHITE ….
First off all Christians and Muslims believe in the Message of Abraham, Isaac and Jakob (go look this up in the Quran and Bible).
Secondly Christians as well as Muslims believe in the message of King Saul, King David and King Solomon!!!!!
Thirdly you forgot to mention that at that time Jesus Christ wasn’t send to the people yet… so technically there where no Christians nor Muslims at that time!!! There was only the true message of god in which we all believe!!! Christians as well as Muslims believe in the message of Abraham!!!
To say that the people who believed in Abraham, Isaac, Jakob and Salomon where Jews so soooooooo absolutely wrong!!!!!
So we can say that the people who at the time of King Salomon where not Jews but rather people that followed the true message of God

Most scholars view the patriarchal age, along with the Exodus and the period of the biblical judges, as a late literary construct that does not relate to any particular historical era, and after a century of exhaustive archaeological investigation, no evidence has been found for a historical Abraham.
This is inaccurate, and reading history from an israeli point of view..super bias.

Husseini promised to organize a pan-Arab uprising and with the outbreak of World War II proposed to create an Arab Legion in the German army
On November 28, 1941, a meeting between al-Husseini and Hitler took place in Berlin. As reported in a news bulletin from Berlin, "the Fuhrer welcomed the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, one of the most prominent representatives of the Arab national movement." During the meeting, al-Husseini called Hitler a "defender of Islam," and he, in turn, promised the mufti to destroy Jewish elements in the Middle East."
At a meeting between the Nazi leader and the Jerusalem mufti on November 28, 1941, Al-Husseini told Hitler: "Don't expel them, because then they will come here." Then the Fuhrer asked the Mufti: "So what should I do with them?", to which Al-Husseini replied: "Burn them."
Аfter this meeting with the mufti and being convinced of the ardent support from the Arabs, on the next day Hitler informed the chief of the RSHA Heydrich of his intention to totally destroy the Jews; Heydrich transmits these words to Eichmann, and he sends invitations to future participants of the Wannsee conference on the "final solution of the Jewish question" on November 29.
Hitler promised to destroy the "Jewish national hearth" in Palestine. Hitler promised Husseini that German troops relocated from the Caucasus and the Afrika Korps would "liberate the Arabs in the Middle East" and that "Germany's main goal would be the extermination of Jews."
Amin al-Husseini helped form an SS division of Yugoslav Bosniak Muslims.
This will save your honor."
The Mufti maintained good relations with the Nazis in the post-war period.
Did you watch the same video? It was heavily biased in favor of 🇮🇱.
