A really neat build idea I think. Is if you all spend 15mins building a track but not putting an start or finish on it. Then you swap builds with each other and work on their track for 15mins, allowing yourself to extend the track or make the intended start now the middle of the track or whatever. You do this until everyone has spent 15mins on everyone else's track.

Cut on grass to first checkpoint. Use the invisible wall with booster. Cut on the grass inside the corners before and after the second checkpoint. Drop to the grass to avoid the s-bend before the last checkpoint. Drop off the track mid turn after the last checkpoint for the invisible wall with boosted jump to the finish.
A thought: Place an intangible block that has solid walls on all but the entrance side. That way people will see others entering but not see them discovering it's nothing but a trap.
Dapper, new Cheese idea: Do a track with, say, 4 or something cheeses. Then, put death in the 2 more obvious cheeses. Also make a sign that says no cheese, (but it’s just a pic of cheese with a ⭕️ and half-x of red) and put it in the death areas.
What about cheeseception, a cheese within a cheese… Like on this track you had the cheese tunnels - what if one of those tunnel walls had a little secret? No one would expect ‘cause they “already found the cheese”! 😈

But it tricks people by registering the shortest time on the visible leaderboards. but when it all ends, the last 3-times are the people on the podium! not sure if this idea is possible, but make a track that you do one route, after you finish that route & respawn, it unlocks a secret route each time you complete the track. so you can use the ultimate Cheese at the very end!

You can't set it to longest time wins.
The track completely resets after finish/restart, you can't or pass data/triggers between runs.
