Good score....SK-Wayne was from around 1964-1968.Only a few years of tools with that stamping....I have noticed that SK-Wayne tools all have a cheaper chrome plating on them...Lots of chrome flaking off and some of the stamping on the tools are hardly even legible to read.So it was definitely a hedge fund type merger where the vultures want to get every ounce of profit out of a product and keep cutting the quality here and there....Luckily it didn't last too long....Good vid.👍👍👍.
Thanks for the good info. If I’m not mistaken I think the broaching was a bit better inside back then. Later on the broaching seemed a bit more sloppy 🤔
Great video as always. Appreciate you sharing. It's always interesting what you find.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! There was some pretty cool stuff there this time.
You got some great stuff! 😃👍
Thanks! There was some good stuff there.👍
Truecraft was distributed by Daido corp. they were an importer of Japanese tools. They sold them through various auto parts stores.
Hey thanks for that info 👍
When you discussed the century ratchet, I thought it was an Indestro or Duro at first by the look of the reverse switch.
Yeah I see what you mean. They do kinda look similar

O damn that pile is crazy. Thank you for sharing I wish I had a place like that by me.
Sometimes it’s hit or miss though. This time they had a good amount of ratchets 👍
I have a couple of those truecraft ratchets....I really like them. Cheap solid ratchet.
Cool, they seem not so bad
I bought my SK Wayne tools in 1969. Nice video. Good Luck, Rick
That's awesome! They made some great tools back then.
Nice tool haul! What's going to happen when you finally run out of space for your tools? Quit buying or start getting rid of duplicates?
EBay ❗️
I hope that you will do a toolbox/ overall collection tour one of these days, I imagine your ratchet drawer(s) will be the largest on youtube.
I did do a video of my collect a couple of years ago ruclips.net/video/uV3iQDw4SDs/видео.htmlsi=cVyyR8SuX768kKDS
You probably have more of those Craftsman 3/8 ratchets than I have total ratchets.
Ha! Yeah I probably do
