- 👋. In todays review we check out the 2024 Lexus LC500! This is the pinnacle (affordable) sportscar from Lexus if you don't include the Lexus LFA! The LC500 has a naturally aspirated V8 that sounds very good for this car! This is a very unique sportscar with it's distinctive exterior styling to really set it apart! The Lexus LC500 is a vehicle that I certainly don't see that often, it's not quiet as popular for it's price tag as some exotic vehicles. But one thing you will get with the Lexus LC500 is reliability!
The Lexus LC500 is pretty simple as far as the technology goes, but it's a very performance oriented sportscar that is one that can be daily driven as well!
The 2024 Lexus LC500 might be the last model year with this powerplant, so this could be a sportscar that goes up in value as companies are going away from the naturally aspirated engines.
The 2024 Lexus LC500 has very nice materials on the interior, but it's not any different or special compared to the rest of the Lexus lineup. Which is good and bad. For the exterior looks, the interior doesn't match, meaning it's pulled from the lowest cost Lexus models, so a lot of shared parts. That means the Lexus LC500 can cost less, but it would be nice to see more special features aside from the paddle shifters which is different. Not to hate on this car, because it was a blast to drive!
The power is great, it's a smooth driving car, quiet and a car you can drive everyday! It has plenty of space for everyday items and would be a great addition for any car enthusiast! This is the baby Lexus LFA since those cost significantly more!

Best interior design by lexus atm. Just from the way the wheel looks to how everything is streamlined and integrated into the dash as much as possible!! Wish they had this design philosophy for all of their models

I’ve got a 2016 Lexus RCF, I imagine this would be the upgrade. Love the looks of the LC500. Definitely an attention grabber, luckily my RCF is as well.

The 9000 RPM maximum for the LC is not correct. It's only 7300 RPM. The LFA had a 9k redline IIRC.
The Tachometer redline actually starts around 3000 RPM for a cold engine. It slowly increases to 7300 as the engine warms up.

I'd go for a used Nissan GTR R35 or a BMW M4 Competition. Or a Lotus Emira. Probably my favorite sub $100k cars right now!
