I can’t help but smile when you shared about helping your cousins. You are such a blessing to so many people. Praying God rewards you beyond your wildest dreams ❤.

I homeschool my 15 year old daughter. This is our fifth year homeschooling together. I find it so helpful to watch your videos and to find ideas for homeschooling one.

That's a huge turnout for PE! That's awesome. We live in a much larger area and our Y couldn't find enough to keep up their PE classes.

We are just about finished with Viking unit. It was really good. Plus we were able to attend a Reinessance fair.

That is super cool that you are helping two families homeschool their kids!
That grammar pack looks amazing. I noticed it says "3rd grade" but I feel like it could work with older kids (and I know the boys you are homeschooling aren't third grade!). I feel like grammar is grammar no matter what grade you are in. Honestly, I find it hard to teach grammar (not because I don't know it but because it's been hard to find a good grammar curriculum that my kids like). We are using Fix It Grammar now and it is great, so I guess I shouldn't complain. :) I've use masterbooks LA to introduce grammar to my older kids and have planned to do the same for my two little ones until I move them into Fix It around middle school, but this packet is intruging and I am saving this video incase I want to go this route with them for grammar instead of Masterbooks.

It definitely can be used with older kids. I hope to move them to Fix it Grammar after we finish the all this ground work.

I’m not sure if you did it yet or not but gather round. Also has a Renaissance unit. They also have ancient civilizations.

We are working on US History this year. For next what units do world history go in order?

I would do Ancient Civilizations, Vikings, Middle Ages, and the Renaissance and Reformation.
