Really like this house, and definitely spring for the lot if you can. This particular lot is the best in the development, IMHO. Love the less formal dining space, never have used formal dining enough to want another. Those primary closet systems have all the things you'd want, and I'd still replace them with California closets. Just seem "cheap" somehow, for a $3M home. I'd love them in my home, but it isn't that luxurious. Thanks for another great tour.
