@@LuxuryHomes just the tours. I plan to broaden by content by including tours of hotels and vacation rentals too.
@@DecorTours you may want to get your real estate license. Great way to make some revenue when people ask about the homes you feature. You can refer them to other agents and collect a referral fee if you are licensed.

Always love your walkthrough because you take us through the home. I’m not a fan of the crumpled paper ceiling feature. For the artwork by the front entrance I can see it but not as a ceiling accent.

The home is nice, but for a 4200 sq ft footprint it has a small kitchen and the closets in the secondary bedrooms are tiny.
Thats true. Think it was designed more as a retirement home, so the guest bedroom closets were more for visitors than permanent residences of the home :). But with this builder the great thing is you can make some design changes. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike.

The home you sell, do they come fully furnished?

why dont you mention the HOA and fees?
Most people watch to see the home so wouldn't be interested in the HOA fees and community details, and how RUclips works their algorithms that will cause less exposure of the videos, so we try to "entertain" people with what most people want.
Of course we are more interested in people looking to buy or sell, so not ideal, but how we have to work with the way the videos are promoted on RUclips to get in front of people.
Once we have someone reach out to us interested in buying or selling, then we can get all the information to them they need :)

i didnt think you sell million dollar listings, mike. this is florida and i would like to have seen a separate tub/shower in the bathroom. there is definitely space to include tubs. on a hot day i want to take a cool bath. im disappointed.

@@LuxuryHomes sorry ,mike, my comments are never to the content creator but to the builder/developer. i live in new york city and a developer was selling a brownstone/town house and it was great. it had an elevator and and extra floor. he didnt finish out the closets and although each bathroom had separate tub/shower he didnt put a shower/tub on the parlor floor. thats when i got peeved.if you are going to ask 10 million you better put the best of the best. he purchased a 4 million and he still made a killing so i dont know if he got bored (it happens) or he didnt want to put any more time in this project. it sold for 8 million.
