Great house and well designed. A couple of things, (And I'm sure the house has sold by now) HOA's to live on that property? Big house, small garage. I'd easily give up some of that living space for a larger garage. Also, thats actually a twin home? It looked like it was attached to the house next door?

Really tried not to like this condo with no usable yard off the patio. Couldn't do it. Love this home. Think they were a bit stingy on primary closet space, though.

I'm working on it. I actually counted 93 times in this video which is about 4 times a minute. Got bad in the laundry room, but compared to my videos from a couple months ago it's come down quite a bit, but still needs improving.
