Rio spot on with his analysis on Gerrard, Scholes, and Lampard. Gerrard probably the best for big moments, Scholes the most naturally talented, and Lampard the most efficient.

I always wanted former Chelsea teammates to talk about the John Terry - Anton Ferdinand racism row. Rio brought it up but Mikel didn't talk about it. I have never seen any former black Cheslea players (notably Drogba, Essien, Mikel, Cole) ever comment on it. And Ashley Cole was right there.

Rio, Cole, Lampard, Carrick, Johnson, Defoe. Not only was it half a great team, but the 4 after Rio that left after relegation were sold for an absolute pittance.
Ten Hag hasn't been hear since 2013 so he hasnt used all that billion and its not Ten Hag that passes the money over for the transfers thats the people above him thats been there for at least 10 years, so what your saying doesn't make sense.
@salfetka He could've barely scored in less games (11) to score have been the club's top goalscorer that season and Hernandez was the more important forward that particular season. A quarter of Berbatov's goals in 2010/11 came in 1 meaningless home game vs Blackburn (or a game ManUtd would've won anyway without him scoring) and he hadn't scored a ChampionsLeague goal since late 2008 (he only scored in 3 CL games in his whole ManUtd career against teams who aren't elite CL teams and no CL knockout goals). Also only scored 1 goal against a Top5 team in all domestic major competitions in his 4 years at ManUtd. Rooney, Hernandez and even MichaelOwen (who was on the bench for CL 2011 final instead of Berbatov) all scored at least 4 CL goals since Berbatov's last one (obviously Rooney scored loads more than 4) not to mention how Berbatov cost ManUtd many trophies and records, 1of many including ManUtd should've been in 2 cup finals that year he lost ManUtd the FAcup semi-final vs ManCity (the virtual final as well because Stoke were going to play the winner and many ManUtd legends missed out on ever winning an FAcup heavily because of Berbaflop) so Ferguson's decision to leave him out was certainly justified. He was lucky to still be a ManUtd player to even have some of the highlights he had in 2010/11 he had been so bad that no club who were Spurs level or higher wanted to buy him. Only reason he got another chance. Ferguson's worst forward signing taking everything into consideration and the fact it was a record fee at the time.
@FootkerSnookball How can Berba be one of the worst United strikers mate? You talk about Hernandez vs Berba, simple facts laid out- Chicharito was part of Man U for 5 yrs, played 103 times, scored 37 goals. Berba played for Man U for 4 years, played in 108 games, scored 48 times. I would pick Berba over Chicharito any day
@salfetka ManUtd needed Hernandez's goals more than Berbatov's as previously mentioned. Again you're talking about overall numbers with flatters him he was barely good enough to get called a flat track bully. I already told you a quarter of his total even in his best season (or best of a bad bunch, 2010/11) was in ONE game (7-1 home win vs Blackburn). That doesn't win you title's. Scoring in several harder, closer games does. Hernandez scored in more games fullstop that season not to mention against harder teams and bigger games (and he also only scored 1 less overall anyway so the fact he scored the opener against Chelsea alone not to mention other important one's is more because his goals literally won more points obviously head-to-heads are 6-pointers and ManUtd didn't exactly miss Berbatov when he went to little Fulham for 10% of what he was bought for and v.Persie, Hernandez, Rooney etc... Count how many important goals players scored next time when comparing. Besides Hernandez like most other forwards offered more for the team even when not scoring). Speaking of Blackburn that summed up Berba he scored 5 in that 1 game but if he had scored just ONE in the previous PL game vs Blackburn (0-0 away April 2010) then ManUtd wouldn't have lost out on the record 4 PL's in a row (he also failed to score against Chelsea in the 1-2 loss a week before where ManUtd were 1st going into that game, we needed a Tevez/Hernandez type then as Rooney was injured (and interestingly when Rooney got injured with a month & a half of that 2009/10 season remaining, not only did his goals that season stop after his injury whenever he did play after, but Berbatov didn't add to his TWELVE either). Also both seasons 2009/10 & 2010/11 Berbatov only scored in the PL taking out 1 meaningless CommunityShield goal (even that one was of course in the final seconds of a 3-1 win vs Chelsea 2010 rather than killing the 2009 game when leading against Chelsea but losing on pens albeit in controversial circumstances which Chelsea could only ever do if they did beat ManUtd around then but still if Berba was better it wouldn't have cost us) but PL the only major competition he scored in those 2 back-to-back seasons. Hernandez was literally scoring in every competition and he always scored against Chelsea which I loved. Likewise Tevez even when he joined City he did a lot which helped ManUtd several times, should've never bought Berbatov on hindsight because Tevez would've stayed and that automatically means when looking at Tevez's goal tallies, trophies, career in general compared to Berba (even 2010 people falsely state Berbatov was the league's top scorer when he was joint with Tevez who also scored in more games and against better teams with a team who were still a little worse than ManUtd) ManUtd would've won so much more particularly from 2009 (end of 2008/09) to 2012 where ManUtd endured several annoying things, you're absolutely crazy to still like Berbatov when so many of those things wouldn't have happened like those 2 annoyingly close races lost and many other things. I find it cringeworthy whenever he does anything associated with ManUtd now as if he's a legend. It must annoy Ferguson too.
@salfetka You'll find very few ManUtd players who were managed by Ferguson for at least the same time Berbatov was (4 years) who failed to do at least 2 of the following. 1) Win back-to-back PL's 2) Win FAcup 3) Win ChampionsLeague Berbatov doesn't even get into the small group who only did 1 of those things, he failed to do all 3, FLOP. Even though I'm not counting players who played for less than 4 years under Ferguson there were even a number of those like Tevez & Stam for example did 2 & 3 of those 3 things respectively in their first 2 seasons under Ferguson and they only played for ManUtd for 2 & 3 years respectively (and it wasn't Tevez's fault ManUtd didnt win FAcup Berba's pen vs Everton FAcup semi-final 2009 was lame, Tevez should've taken the first it never got to him in the end. Chelsea won 3 FAcup's & City the other 1 in Berbatov's 4 years that's not good enough ManUtd were better than these teams as proven in the PL points accumulated over the same period compared to them. Also you forgot Berba came on in CL final 2009 vs Barca at only 1-0 down and was RUBBISH like he always was off the bench so that's also why he didn't get to even sit on the bench in 2011 because there should only be players on the bench who have a real chance of coming on) there were other players who did all 3 under Ferguson multiple times which obviously you would need to have been successful in the first place to be kept on that long which Berba wasn't. Hernandez is exempt having only been managed by Ferguson for 3 years due to him retiring but he only cost 6m he was an absolute bargain for what he gave. Plus he only lost 1 PL race under Ferguson and again in FAcup he did his job but others let him down and ManUtd were robbed in CL 2012/13. Plus the amount he scored against the Top5 I repeat Berbatov only scored ONCE vs teams who finished in the Top5 the same season in all major domestic competitions and you'll find few midfielders who did worse than that let alone any successful forwards for ManUtd (plus some defenders will have a better record than that too). And zero CL knockout goals. Only 5 CL goals in total for ManUtd a brace vs Aalborg, a brace at OldTrafford vs Celtic (all in 2008/09 group stage, then his next & final CL goal for ManUtd was 3 years later in the group stage and even that turned out to be meaningless as it was in a home draw where ManUtd failed to advance due to points dropped such as that game).
Ridiculous 😂. Goat: R9 and Pele Elite: Suarez, Henry, Aguero, Eto, Ibrahimovic, Benzema, Rooney, Drogba, Mbappe, Lewandowski World Class: Kane, Van Nistelrooy, Crespo, Raul, Van Persie, Haaland Good: Son, Tevez, Anelka, Torres Of course they played across different era with different challenges. Stats don't come into it as much because records are being broken all over the place. Giroud is currently the highest ever goalscorer for France, but we don't believe he was better than Henry. Life isn't as simple as numbers and trophies.
