I noticed that iodine is not mentioned in excreted compounds, but it is crucial to thyroid function, prevents goiter and hyperthyroidism. Someone as educated as yourself I'm sure can find reliable research. Also other glands require small amounts of iodine. Do you have a video, or would you be willing to make another video about what the kidneys do with the iodine? I understand that the kidney does not actively store the iodine, and it is secreted and replaced daily through diet. So is the iodine broken up into potassium and chloride or id it secreted in another fashion? Thank you
