The only diet that I enjoyed and saw the most results was the keto diet. I am not into juice/smoothies gag reflex....not an avocado afficianado,
But I was mostly alone without a support group (other than youtube)..... so I was not aware of some of the pitfalls regarding hidden carbs, false nutriton labels, and a lack of an alternative to potato chips/cheese puffs....and I miss fruit. This was before Schoolyard snacks or Proti Chips came on the scene.
So I eat mostly keto/low carb and do not guilt shame myself if I raise my carbs once in a while. It keeps diabetes in a remitted state....which I need.

Let's eat loads of low fat foods which tend to be highly processed...how is keto unhealthy?.. the first version of a type of keto was Atkins diet which was a rip off of diabetic eating plan , keto is really no different except it claims to be healthier...my point..the medical community were using low carb diets/ being mild state of ketosis for years to treat diabetics before it became more public and popular. Why would the medical community be using something unhealthy for decades to treat those with blood sugar issues?

Adele had multiple cosmetic surgeries, including gastric bypass. It's not something she will admit publicly because her weight loss wasn't for the same reasons as someone like Rebel Wilson. It was triggered by pain and suffering. For someone to believe she looks the way she does simply from a diet is foolish and ignorant at best. All diets will result in weight loss as long as it has a calorie deficit. No one diet is a magic pill. So people should not go out and copy it thinking they will look like Adele. Low carb only makes a person loss more water weight. Not fat. Do your research people. lol

Speaking from experience. 😊💕

I can't speak for everyone but when I was nursing I actually lost weight even though I was eating healthy. What I didn't eat was any kind of snacks and wasted calories like any soft drinks and chips. I never went to fast food restaurants because I didn't have the money and didn't want to eat unhealthy foods and wasted calories. My parents thought I was starving because I was just out of college and working part time and very low income. But I was actually eating the healthiest I ever had in my life and slowly losing weight between the nursing and the healthy eating.

You’re missing the point. It’s lower calorie, but filling. That’s the point of food, to offer nutrition and fill you up. 500 calories worth of apples and a 500 calorie burger are two very different things and will make your body feel differently, even though they’re both 500 calories. Day 1-3 are the only days where you’re eating below recommend, and I think it’s because it’s necessary; think of the first 3 days as a detox period
