One time I came off the canal. They didn't see me fish or anything. They just pull me over and wanted to search my car. I got nothing to hide, though pulling me over for something like that is annoying. So, they begin searching my car. They was being rude and stupid. Stupid because they didn't found anything, but start accusing me before there was evidence. One time my trunk smell fishy and they say they got me because they smell my trunk. Once they open the cooler, it was frozen bait that thawed. Then, they looked at my front leather seat. There was a sweat shirt on the seat. They say there is must be fish under the sweat shirt. Who the hell put dead fish on their leather seat? It was morning and then it was the afternoon. So I took my sweat shirt off. I now don't trust them. They make themselves look like fool.
No...the sheriff doesn't....The sheriff cant even enforce wildlife laws NOR do they have a system to run wild life licenses...FWC has the system along with all the sherriff systems and they enforce federal law AND they can kick your door down with no warrant. FWC literally has more power than every agency in florida, like he said .@@Maverick7538
@@Maverick7538 constitutional officers... Which constitution? The Sheriff is the only law enforcement officer that is elected not appointed, and that's what gives him a lot more power. The Sheriff can put pressure on the Mayor to get police chief fired,, but the sheriff can only be voted out of office, he can't be fired. I don't know of any section in the constitution of the united states that spells out anything regarding the sheriff though.
It's crazy how if they believe you may have been hunting or fishing they can search any vehicle vessel or building. I'm surprised ATF, DEA, etc. haven't created "task forces" with them to search for drugs, guns, etc.

Like game wardens/water conservation officers patrol army corps waters and lands. & federal park rangers are allowed to enforce state game laws in the state they get stationed in. I know in national forests the federal land is marked by a map ( like a bunch of dots in side the bigger boundaries we’d see on google), so local police still have jurisdiction there & unless it’s a federal crime then the locals are in charge according to us code 480 - National forests. Nps land is probably different.

LEO's don't always have lights and sirens on for every call, and FWC could be going to an alligator in a residential community call, they're not gonna use lights and sirens for it but that is still a legit call you want to get to in a hurry, as that gator could easily attack and kill someone.
I tried going the speed limit all of the time while on patrol, then my traffic violations went through the roof. I’m talking 1000% without exaggeration. I can either go the speed limit, or you can get away with 5mph over the speed limit while I’m on the road, can’t have both.
Yes they can! I asked him if I hit a possum and he goes “No, you blew through a school zone!” I luckily didn’t get a ticket but my friends had a good laugh.
They can pull me over but they will get nothing more than my name rank and serial number. "I don't answer questions" "Am I being detained?" "Am I free to go?" "I invoke the 5th"

Federal agencies can deputize local law enforcement to enforce federal laws and regulations, and vice-versa state and local agencies can deputize federal law enforcement to enforce state and local laws. There's usually a certification process involved.
FWC does not f around. They full LEO's. Contrary to what you are lead to believe, Florida has some of the strickest gun laws anywhere.

Fwc has a larger jurisdiction than the Florida highway patrol and is the most powerful state law enforcement agency in Florida

I’ve zoomed past them before in my home state and I won’t pull over for a traffic violation.
How is it a Federal law enforcement officer can hold you accountable for federal violations but also can violate your 4th Amendment without PC.
