It’s 100% giving 2008-2010 southern prep fashion. That lace, the giraffe print, the shift dresses, the sequins are literally what everyone was wearing at the time. Copy & Paste.
Michael kors is the perfect example of a designer who knows his customer inside and out. He knows how to introduce knew trends and styles to them in a way that he knows they will enjoy. He’s not out here trying to be super conceptual he just makes nice quality clothes for regular upper middle class people who like to look stylish but not trendy. They want something they can wear multiple times.
Super wearable and commercial. Really smart and really Michael kors. This is very cool. New York women who can wear this from work to the beach to from day and to night.
Honestly... this looks decent for Michael Kors. The beige is boooooring but the pops of something a lil bit different here and there look cute Edit: the flora applique situation is actually on closer inspection STUNNING
I love those caftan dresses, so 1960s relaxed glam! I can’t see wearing one because I have dogs. I could so easily envision a dog’s nail getting caught in that flowy floaty breezy lace and Ripppppp! Or getting it caught on something-anything I happen to walk by. But, the garments are so beautiful. Adding also, to combine a classic lace with a classic flowy caftan is superb.
I really like this inspired by other designers collections, which is what Michael Kors does, so it’s an easy yes because I liked the original iteration(s).
It’s wearable, accessible and useful. Very few designers seem to actually cater for peoples real lives off the runway. I can see this being incorporated into lots of women’s wardrobes, including women who are in an older age bracket. Smart designing.
I think 🤔 ......that I absolutely agree MK could had played more into the colors that they used in this collection. These colors here were stunning tones of those colors That pink & peach were gorgeous 😍 That beige jacket!?! That fit , those lappels... stunning chic timeless That pink lace pants is 💯🤩😍🤩😍 🫶🏻🌸
Love the lace and the appliques. Would have liked more color. For those being dismissive, I don't think they are fans of Quiet Luxury. i would have loved some of those draped dresses in coral, lavender, pink -- something besides brown, beige. Also, the Kors beige is coming off as Silly Putty colored on my monitor and that's never been a color I reach for.
So far, his spring/summer collection is the best that I have seen because it represents spring and summer. Other fashions are too dark and too drab for the upcoming change in seasons. However, I was hoping to see more color.
In my country your commentary would be called "damning with faint praise". The collection is... fine. Some of it looks... nice... all of which tells you it is by no means excellent
Theres a store around the corner of my apartment in my third world country that has the same outfits shown on the first part of this video; didnt know Michael had been around these parts of the world. 😂😂😂😂.
The lace feels very 2012 to me (I had a white lace skirt that looks very similar to the firat one), and im judt not ready to have it back. Also, I'd call that brown shade camel, and I personally love it!
Kors’ customers: “Oh! I can wear that to my daughter’s wedding…”
Lmaooo 😭
Disagree. No dowager is wearing that gold lace dress with all that cleavage and tummy.
lol exactly
Well😆older folks have to dress themselves too!
friends don't let friends wear MK, tory burch, vera bradley.

Yes. Thank you
Right?! I was thinking, “wait we’re doing this again already?!”
Very Birmingham, Alabama McMansion engagement party..
The 2010s are coming

Wearable. Thus marketable. So well done.

I’m not usually Michael Kors fans, but the collection is really beautiful simple sweet. I can appreciate it.
Totally agree with you about the need for more pops of color so springtime isn’t so beeeeeiiiiige
I could use a little less beige, but all and all so far this seems like one of the better collections. I loved that dress wit the metal rings.
The peach with the gold hardware, the black knit with the belt, the tan drape dress, and the floral applique dress ❤
I love this camel-ly beige for fall, I think it plays on the neutral, timeless style of the whole collection xoxo ❤️
But yeah, it's spring, duh haha
Love the purple coat and that short black dress!!!!
Very wearable. my favorite - the white lace cropped button up shirt.
Honestly... this looks decent for Michael Kors. The beige is boooooring but the pops of something a lil bit different here and there look cute

That 60s peach dress with the gold rings on that model--perfection.
I like the sandals. Light, strappy and wearable.
Love it, those pink lace trousers with pretty shade of beige jumper was great and love and easy to wear black lace dress
I will always appreciate understated elegance. Not everything needs to be an exercise in existentialism.
Why are these videos so comforing to me. Like, they have become my safe place in RUclips.
Oh he did it again and thought about all the girls no matter what size they are well done Michael 👑⭐️🙌❤️👄🍾
Wearable. Will be looking at this collections for Spring.

Beautiful drape dresses.

I would love to own that champagne cocktail dress with the floral appliqués. Mr. Kors, please make a plus-sized version!
Great collection!

floral dress is prettyy
Colors remind me of 90s Essie nail polishes 💅
Michael Kors Collection is always so chic!
🎯🎯🎯
Always love the MK aesthetic! 🌹♥️
I love the 60's pieces best.
I especially like the pink lace slacks. I liked all the lace pieces, really. The white mini and white top is extra good.
There's a jumble of 70's & bad 80's. The colors were off & safe. Love Michael Kors
ABSOLUTELY 💯 BEAUTIFUL!!!
Love the dresses!!
YOU’RE cool, fun, and funky! ❤
That giraffe print is soo pretty. 😍
I always love your perspective on fashion ❤
S-spring? We are barely out of summer 😭
that's how fashion works. trends start early.
@@nesspressoexactly! So the buyers can go to market in the fall and order for delivery mid winter. There’s production time
Love so many but the look with the tan top and floral pink pants so cute❤
That first and second outfit though 😍
The floral applique is a big yes from me
Beautiful and wearable
I saw a few hits, but mostly misses.
I love that Lilac coat tho, super cute
Beautiful
Agreed about the appliques!
It actually looks wearable

His sneakers are amazingly comfortable ❤
Beautiful ❤️
I agree with everything you said
love the lavender trench coat and the late 60s inspired dress that followed it. it’s giving megan draper.
For brief, delirious moment I thought the second outfit (white lace crop top and skirt) was menswear and I was IN LOVE
Im reminded of my MK sales associate training back in the day. We had like 5 keywords. I think luxury and jetset were two of them
I have a Macy's Inc giraffe jacket dress I bought around 2005.
It looks very similar.
Bown cow... stunning!
I think 🤔 ......that I absolutely agree

Pink slacks with the Vneck are classic. That's MK.
The lilac trench! Swoon
Really safe. Love the lace & love a classic but could have given more
Michael kors is like the king of mom fashion
Finally something one could wear.
The lavender raincoat 🎉
Lovely!
Pretty
I unusually don’t like his work but I like a lot of these❤
It's nice to see plus size model on the show❤
You could tell me you got all this from Zara and I would 100% believe you
Wearable. Accessible. It’s ok.
It's giving 2011 coral colour trend, feels like a massive chevron print could have popped up any moment.
Wearable so they have that going. Not sure it’s really fashion week. But it’s pretty. It’s wearable for the everyday luxury consumer so yeah

Please do one for Sandy Liang
it's 2013 all over again, but this time it's blended with y2k
Makes me want to bust out my old MC giraffe print bag if I even still have it lol
DIG IT!!!!✌🏽
The drape dresses look like they were made on project runway
The first one
I love that purple trench
Very Practical
That lace looks like a tablecloth 🙃

I don’t really like lace and that seems to be the running theme right now. So I guess I won’t be overspending this spring.
