    Bo Diddley borrowed that beat ,maybe unintentionally ,from Native American traditional drumbeats.There is a superb documentary on RUclips on how early Blues and Rock
    borrowed from this source .The title of the doco is "{ "How the Indians Rocked the World " )I think.Must check that!

      That beat comes from Sub-Saharan Africa, not from Native Americans.

      @@pedantic433 Bo Diddley said it was from West Africa and he mentioned handbone in an interview. I used to handbone when I was a boy as did a lot of boys in my neighborhood on Chicago's Southside.

      Some don’t mind her yapping. You learn a lot more (depending on who’s talkin)….What her rig rundowns and other vids, she is a gear and tech nerd deep down inside….
