My #5 is get sunshine. Open those blinds. Get some sun rays bouncing around the room. Looking out the window and quieting your mind does two things... Rest your mind and get some sunlight! (My blinds were closed - ambient light is not enough. Opening the blinds made so much difference in productivity!) I work at home, so no commuter sunlight. So I go out and check the mail box every day. Maybe water some plants. 💖🌞🌵😷
I love this video I'm not a business owner but I do take part in ministry and just being a woman and having down syndrome and empathy leaves me exhausted and burned out Thearpy and salt baths help me immensely especially dead sea salt because it has magnesium potassium and bromide's. Essential oils are also great. Tara your videos are not just entertainment and information getting but also a form of relaxation and connection with someone who also has similar interests and challenges
Great advice. I use highly-filtered water that has a mineral pad in the base to put the good ones back in. Filtered water actually helps me think straight so I recommend it.

So true! When we can find a way to move our body that brings us joy too, that's a bonus. :)
That Ultima container looks just like the container for my dogs supplement. Lord, I would hate to mix that up.. :)
