    is the extra padding on the regular shoulder pads removable so it becomes a liner?

      That's right, the shoulder pad can be stripped back to make in to a liner style. Pretty cool I think

    What are high school kids wearing, shoulder pads or liners? I want to outfit my son for Lacrosse and I want what players are actually using. Thank you

      I feel that most players would opt for liners rather than full pads. What position does he play?

      @@northernsoulsportswear2096 thank you so much for the fast reply. He’s trying out for the first time, he’s not tall but he’s fast and he knows how to make people miss so I would guess middle and attack. Appreciate your help, I just discovered your videos, I think they are great.

      @@mikejames8133 go for the liners I'd suggest. Most players want the movement over the extra shoulder and upper arm padding.
