Been waiting on someone to do a video on this. I got mine back in 2020 when it was still primarily sold in Europe. At the time it took me 3 months for it to get shipped to the US. Since then I haven't worn any other shoulder pads
I'm a football player from germany and I am playing in an very Low Amature League mostly as a WR and QB but Sometimes also as a DB (Freesafety). I'm doing upper Body weight Training 2-3 Times a week.
In Terms of Protection: Would you recommend this shoulder pads even for amature Players like me?
I currently wear Xtechs that I really like, but I am super curious about these. How do these compare to Xtech?

i played Dline and LB. i can honestly say these are the best shoulder pads i'd ever worn. All positions can rock these.
I don’t play lb but I think zenith pads are good for lb

I used to have Xenith Velocity 2s and wore a mcdavid padded shirt underneath but outgrew the shoulder pads

Should I get the vapor edge 360 pro, or the vapor edge 360 speed?
Both
Speed is cheaper and lighter but the Pro gives you that nice little ankle cuff and the hidden laces. Tough choice but I think i’d roll Speed just because it’s cheaper.

2in1 carbon vs Xtech X2 skill which ones do you think is better and why ?
These because we can’t get our hands on xtech to test them 😂
X tech. The padding in the Xtech are very slim but they provide excellent impact protection when getting hit. They fit way slimmer than the carbons
Weared both of them, weared Xtech in Skill and Superskill. I play CB,LB,WR and I would recommend the 2in1 only for skill Position. As a linebacker I want a little more protection. But these pads are both amazing. I got a little sizing problem with the 2in1, because I am between size M/L and Not S/M or L/XL (i like my pads very tight so i weared S/M). Thats why I choosed this Season the Xtech Pad.
But all in all you have to try both and you have to choose which pad do you like more

I have worn grip boost gloves for the past two seasons and have been pretty happy. Personally preferred them over cutters and nike butin the end its personal preference

Those are horrible. You need double shoulder cups, those right there will get you injured
that's is a legitimate concern a lot of football youtubers don't bring up. these super low profile pads offer passive protection for when you get tackled but not for when you lead your shoulder to deliver a hit. I think only one youtuber has mentioned how the shoulders on these are too small to do a proper shoulder check and you'd just end up making contact with your helmet most of the time. these are WR/QB pads through and through, I wouldn't even recommend these to DBs
