If i was remaking Halo 2 i would add more than one scorpion in new mombasa, make the city much bigger and brighter, i would add dual wielding energy swords and have real fun listening this soundtrack!

The original Halo was better. This track, with Steve Vai in one take is also phenomenal. It's new and exciting, but Halo's original theme was way more thought provoking and foreboding.
Symbolically this is perfect - we’ve already been introduced to the universe after the first 1, the mystery has been removed - it’s time for action, it’s time to fight!
This is the best OST in gaming and I will die on that hill. Love Halo 1 and 3 ost as well tho.

Halo 2 has and always will be my favorite halo game, maybe even my favorite shooter ever. It was the first halo game I ever played and I was just amazed. This soundtrack brings back so many amazing memories.
This game was honestly a big refinement of the halo franchise with physics/balancing stuff (except legendary). Its not my absolute favorite but its amazing! And the soundtracks are definitely unbeatable.
I really hope halo infinite can capture what halo 2 felt like the first time through, I can never re experience the *first* time but maybe they can make a game good enough that it feels the same
@@stalebread3731 how do you feel about infinites campaign? I feel it wouldve been an amazing liner game, the open world is definitely different but the movement and gameplay as a whole definitely 'feel' like Halo to me. I love the BR style lol
yes it really does. and also my brothers used to play that too. they play the first halo game. that came out on XBOX. I remember I used to play that with my brothers.
my brothers would trade in there games alot. and they used to play halo. the very first halo game. they used to play it on XBOX.
After seeing the first improv version, I can tell some of it was kept in this with improvements added in.
It almost seemed like Steve Vai knew what to do from the start honestly, a lot from the first go was kept.
