For example, I can't hear Halo 4's "To Galaxy" without rocketing back through my memories in my head, to looking at the War Games screen wondering what to play, hearing Halo Legend's "Sacred Icon Suite 2" without flashing back to when I watched it with my brother when the DVD first came out, hearing Halo Reach's "Overture" and thinking back to the moments where I'd boot up reach just to sit in the menu, and listen to the music, and last but not least.. hearing H2's "Zealous Champion" and instantly rewinding back to when I first played H2. Halo may be a far cry from what earned the series its throne for so long... but man, what a fuckin ride it was.

This takes me back! I miss the days of me and my buddies staying up till 3-4 am in the morning after lasting about 6 hours in firefight mode after wave and wave of covenant. Our record to this day as a team is 6 hours, our ritual routine was come home from school at 3pm on Friday they would get to my house about 3:30 and we would play through the campaign and most times finish it and then at 9pm would start a horde/firefight mode and see how long we could last. But one night we were in the zone and lost track of time and made it six hours through one gameplay and as the last one fell we thought “oh it probably about 10” (because we weren’t as tired as we usually were at that time) and looked at the clock to see 3:00am and we all looked at each other dumbfounded that we had made it that long. I still look back fondly on that to this day…. Thanks for letting me relive that memory for a moment 😊
Halo ODST and Reach are just such masterpieces. ODST's melancholic and feeling as if humanity lost were bolstered so much by it's OST which only added to the atmosphere. However, Reach goes for more of an enthusiastic/militaristic approach as at the time, the insurrectionists were still fighting against the UNSC, and the Covenant were originally a secondary enemy. Humanity had yet to see the Covenant as being such a powerful enemy as they turned out to be.
Glad to see some Halo Wars music in here, those are generally pretty underrated games. Also, Halo 5 gets a lot of grief, but that game definitely had some fantastic music.

Halo 3 is the way to go bud. I miss listening to this on the intro of the halo menu. Then seeing the cruisers and the ark. This was something to listen to and wash all nostalgia down with
This takes me back!
50:37 graphical glitch I spotted. Made me do a double take.
Oh God oh fuck he noticed
Halo Reach: Tip of the Spear is a one of the best OST of all Halo games, and the war cinematic is 🥵
Impart is my fav, the bass, the chanting, It was so good.
Greetings, I am 343 Guilty Spark. This is my favorite soundtrack on the installation. Oh how I will enjoy every moment of its categorization!
Didn’t I kill you? Lol
You really knew where to arrange these songs, everything flows so fluidly and transitions seamlessly, great work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Impart is my favorite. The anniversary edition just slaps. Love it.
I threw this on in the background while I write, and I'm getting some great work done!

13:09 is what everyone is looking for 💕
Epic Bungie Music with some "WTF is this non-Halo Track" sprinkled in.
Theres something about the bungie soundtracks. Invoking emotion while the 343 soundtracks seem to be "epic" over and over again.
Us right now to the people who disliked: " Heretic! Heretic!"
Some of the best weightlifting music. "I AM THE WEAPON" haha
