I grew up watching Tom in all his acting jobs..I've loved everything he's done and know I will love his book..I wish you a long and happy life with many moments of joy😂
There was a documentary done in 2016 called California Typewriter, about those writers, artists, and every day citizens who still love using a typewriter. Tom Hanks, of course, collects hundreds of vintage typewriters and uses them daily. So, he was featured in the film, as well. For those of us who grew up in an era before computers and cell phones, it was a charming and interesting movie.
Thx Jill! I'll ck that out!
I’m in awe of this man, his humility, kindness, and extraordinary acting ability!!! What a winning combination.
Just last night I finished reading The Making of Another Major Motion Picture Masterpiece and enjoyed it immensely. I would recommend that you pick up Uncommon Type - a collection of Hanks’s short stories - and if you discover that you liked more of those stories than not, you’ll surely be well served by his 400+ page novel as well. Tom’s distinctive storytelling voice/style certainly was ever present in his novel, which I felt to be a distinct bonus.
pss..I just bought your book off of Amazon..😁❤️
Is my favorite actor. 😊
Happy Father 's Day and you all bring great joy, laughter and hope for such a time as this!!!
Come on CBS Sunday Morning, the only reason this is an “extended” version of the Tom Hanks interview is you have padded it with other content unrelated to TH. Food ratings and to much set-up leading into the actual interview.
And now, you know, the real reason to all this! Kind of like Clickbait
He is correct. You can just walk in. If you’re chosen, they’ll offer you a role… even if it’s small.
Thanks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
ps ..like millions of others my favorite was Sleepless in Seattle ❤
This is the handsomest version of Tom that I’ve seen in a while 😂❤
Ahhh Daddy Tom the all Americans dad ❤ we all love you
❤
That show was so funny
❤😊🎉
I'm so
Maybe a chapter on adrenochrome?
Çok inatçısin tapınakçılarin görevlisi ama anla hristiyanlik diye bi din silindi çünkü son ve tek din ol arak İslami şereflendirdi Allahul Alemin no no no
Maybe he can spill the beans about "Kappy"...
Tell us the story, Tommy...
No one gives a damm nor cares anymore about these evil and entitled so-called celebrities.
In many ways, Hanks is the embodiment of the most dangerous kind of celebrity. He's likable, charismatic, a good actor, and quite convivial, but- yes!...when you look into his past, especially some of the numerous cryptic tweets over the years, his skits, like 'Toddler's and Tiaras' and the SNL skit 'The Merryville Brother's Haunted Castle,' where Hanks is David S. Pumpkins, and, of course, the accusations by Sarah Ruth Ashcraft that Hanks "purchased her from her father" at 13 years old.
Hanks is the epitome and pinnacle of the Hollywood insider elite! He has risen through the ranks, one successful movie after the other, until he himself became a "power player!" Hanks should write an authentic "tell all" book, because, I guarantee- the man has had his eyes wide shut!
Thank you!
