@@samuelhaverghast2442 Not true. According to Nordic creation myth, the Nords were created *in* Skyrim when Kyne breathed life into it via the Throat of the World, they just migrated to Atmora at some point afterwards. This is supported by lore introduced in The Elder Scrolls Online, which heavily implies if not confirms that man and mer used to be one race, but evolved along different paths as the ones who would become the races of men migrated away from Tamriel to other lands while the ones who would become the races of mer stayed behind. Similarly, Khajiit maybe used to be a race of mer as well, as it's been suggested by in-world sources that they evolved from the Bosmer. The only ones who aren't related to mer and men are the Argonians and the Sload, who were likely created by the Hist to serve it.
Calaban2005 Vlogs and Gaming no he doesn't. The only people who end up their depending on your choices in the game are ulfric, galmar, rikke, kodlak and svaknir
Even though I sided with the Empire, meeting Ulfric Stormcloak made me feel so good. He was a true nord and fought for his cause, I've always respected the rebels even if I didn't agree with them.
Same, after completing the civil war, I thought it was the last time I was gonna see ulfric(alive...you get the idea), shit got intense when I recognized him in the distance and then I got hella mad when he got caught by alduin
I believe its a bit deeper than that, remember that Alduin is just a part of nature, the fact that you defeat him is only cuz he was weakened by straying from his path as world eater. Its implied that the gods want Alduin dead so that they can one day bring him back to end the Era as he should. Him being a man who spent so much time studying the old world and different philosophies i believe Ulfric saw this, and regrets shedding blood against his own nation, using his sword instead of his words, for in the real long run, it was all pointless.
Pretty much, It is said that there has been many worlds, or Kalpas as they call it. But then Alduin found Skyrim and the humans treated him like a god, he really liked this and decided to stay and never ended the current Kalpa. Since he was flung into the future his motivations didn't exactly change so he was just planing to do it all again, but unlucky enough for him he was sent to a time where an embodiment of Shor lives, and is also the Dragonborn, which a weakened Alduin had no chance against.
It's no "theory", Paarthurnax tells you to your face, and the Grey Beards confirm it in the end xP Though the Shor embodiment is defiantly debatable, i just always thought that Shor not being in Sovngarde confirmed that you are "him", more or less.
Yes, Talos is a confirmed embodiment of Shor, so if you believe that the newest Dragonborn is Shor, then you also believe he's Talos, but you're more just living up to the legend of Talos, his souls not reincarnated in you or anything, since Talos ascended with the Aedra.
indeed xD lol let me put it like this, Talos was his own man, But had the spirit of Shor with him, so when he died Talos became one with the Aedra and Shor went on to his next body.
2 mods I like for the College are the College of Winterhold expanded and the Immersive College of Winterhold. Both of these should still be on the Nexus.
it's interesting how Ulfric almost regrets his rebellion knowing the ultimate fate of so many of those lost in his struggle, while Galmor remains defiant, unable to see past his ideals
Ulfric: Turns out most of Skyrim saw my rebellion for what it was; a selfish, petty and greedy rebellion that attracted a fuck ton of racist dickheads and jackasses while basically everyone with any sort of education or morals beyond "Nords be da bestest" or any kind of long-term vision sided with the Empire and Elisif. Oh and then my Second-in-Command and I were smarmy and short with the Dragonborn, which doubled the amount of fucked we were.
@@ParagonFury Torygg: I could not refuse your challenge to the duel, but your motives were questionable. Plus you straight up cheated by using the voice. Also was anyone banging my wife?
@@ParagonFury Then Ulfric turns around and notices the entire Empire is being fucked in the ass by the Thalmor and White-gold concordat. Yes I sided with the Stormcloaks. Fuck Altmers all my homies hate altmers.
The Destati actually there is kinda a unique dialogue with him. he mentioned about seeing the heart of a harbinger within you or something along those lines
Not really, Sovngarde is just a small piece of Aetherius that Shor has taken for himself, inside there he deposits the souls of those worthy and willing, so they may be reborn in the next Kalpa to fight for Lorkhan in the Dawn era. Any mortal regardless of race can enter Sovngarde as long as he is worthy and actually wants to go there after he dies.
Only Nords and Atmorans are BORN with the right to enter Sovngarde upon death, but any race that is worthy and willing can enter, take the avatar of ebonarm (the ebony warrior) for example.
i *love* that Torygg's dialogue calls back to the very start of the game, when the Stormcloak soldier taunts the executioner before being beheaded. "My ancestors are smiling at me, Imperials. Can you say the same?" "I faced him fearlessly - my fate inescapable, yet my honour is unstained - can Ulfric say the same?" I have no idea if it was intentional or not but I think it's a beautiful piece of irony.
you can find even more people as you complete more questlines. Eg if you complete the one given by the bards college in solitude, you will meet olaf one-eye, talking about the guy who gave you your quests.
That's kind of Bethesda's bag; they always rush their games instead of taking the time to complete their original goals. Luckily, the modding community has got us covered on that.

Yes.I think knowing the soldiers he sent off to fight never got to rest peacefully just made him despair. He can't even muster up enough drive to hate you.

Except virtue doesn't get you there. Dying in combat does. Just like Valhalla, you can be a complete monster, but prove that you're a good warrior and Odin-I mean Shor-will select you for his army. I can only guess that Torygg is in Sovngarde because he put up a hell of a fight despite facing a former legionnaire with an enchanted axe and the power of the Voice.
@@NieroshaiTheSableI'm pretty sure Ulfric destroyed Torygg with ease. The reason Torygg went to nord afterlife is because he accepted Ulfrics challenge knowing full well he could not beat him
5:07 Absolutely beautiful! The Northern Lights combined with Sovngarde’s sky is just breathtaking! When I finally got to Sovngarde not too long ago, I took my sweet time going through not just because of the epic, addicting music, but because I couldn’t stop looking up at the sky LOL
I like how Sovngarde suddenly is like an old epos. Gives you the feel that the game is like a collection of countless legends and stories mixed with historical facts about the person who is said to be the Dragonborn themself. That's why you can be anything you want from the master of the Thieves Guild to the Harbinger of the Companions and that's why you pull off godly feats in one part, then get beaten by numbers alone in another. Entering Sovngarde is like the part of a book that was copy-pasted from old Nord songs and writings. No wonder everyone speaks poetically and the grand figures of the time period all show up lamenting about stuff from bad life decisions to "that fog is too damn thick".
It would've been so cool if Ulfric helped you defeat Alduin since he knows how to use the Voice. Seeing Ulfric side with an Imperial soldier to defeat him would've been poetic, if that's the right word to use.
@@TheDragonCat99 i think they didn't do that because that would mean that the stormcloaks have lost against the empire, but i think the canon will be a stormcloak victory/downfall of the empire so bethesda couldn't do that in order to have a legit elder scrolls lore.
We gotta give credits to Galmar for being the only person in sovngarde that remembers and recognized the dragonborn. Ulfric and even rikki dont realized they are talking to the person that killed em Kodlak wont even greet
Ulfric seemed to recognize you. He was just more focused on realizing that, while his intentions might've been noble, the Civil War he started might not have been worth it. Especially since it gave Alduin time to start the Dragon Apocalypse.

he can't be though. i'm pretty sure this stormcloak doesn't have red hair like the one in the Intro. plus, he says he fought Imperials and got killed by an arrow, not getting beheaded.
I used both Ulfric and Galmor's souls on my enchantments so why in oblivion they were in sovngarde when their souls used to recharge my fucking weapons???
Because Sovngarde is a small pocket of the Dreamsleeve, which is where the sleeping minds of the dead are shuffled out and recycled to and from Aetherius. Essentially, everyone in the TES universe is a puppet in a sleeping God's dream, and my extension many factors of the universe mirror the events and memories of the Sleeping Anu. Dreams are a powerful thing, and the being you meet in Sovngarde aren't necessarily the souls of the dead, but rather the collected dreams of those people that still view themselves as part of the Dream of Sovngarde. So while the "soul" of Ulfric may dwell in your weapons, the "dead dream" of Ulfric dreams itself in Sovngarde.
I wish they made the characters you met before more connected to the dragonborn. Like I wish you could say "you will be missed" or something like that or tell them how all their old former friends are doing back in the real world, talk about memories, etc. Instead they don't have much dialogue and they don't act surprised to see you whatsoever. It's as if you never even met them lol.
If you do all the quest lines before doing the main quest, then this is such a satisfying ending, seeing all the characters you’ve encountered throughout the game and being able to talk to them.
3:38 Ulfric's nonsense rebellion not only helped the Thalmor by weakening the empire, but also made Alduin get stronger. 4:30 It seems Galmar is even more savage than Ulfric. Even when the Dragonborn comes to save them all from Alduin, Galmar cursed him for preventing the Stormcloaks from weakening the empire and thus making the chances of the Thalmor taking over Tamriel far bigger.
Dovahkiin HU3BR nah stormcloak victory dosen't help the thalmor at all infact it makes it 2 times harder for them in the thalmor dossier it even says "a stormcloak victory is to be avoided" so the fact that the thalmor let ulfric escape knowing he would start the war dosen't matter if the stormcloaks win
"Living or dead, by decree of Shor, none shall pass this perilous bridge 'til judge them worthy by the warrior's test. What is your name? What is your quest? What is the capital of Assyria?
I'm indescribably happy to see Kodlak there though, he was so upset about being consigned to Hircine's hunting grounds, posthumously un-werewolfed his dead arse and it's a good feeling.
3:37 - 4:00 Oh jeez, its almost as if WE TOLD ALL OF SKYRIM ON *SEVERAL OCCASSIONS* TO HOLD A CEASE FIRE! HOW many times were both sides told that their war was only making Alduin stronger; not only was he killing people in the land of the living, but also devouring their SOULS in the after life as well? Honestly, there should've been an option to join Alduin or something, the sheer stupidity of the people in Skyrim called for a massive cleansing of the stupid.
I tend to avoid the main quest in my first playthrough of any ES game, but the first time I arrived in Sovngarde I knew I was going to hang out for a time to admire the sight and the music.
I've been watching a fair bit of skyrim content lately and genuinely heard a guy call the daedric lord hircine "Hear-sign". I wanted to kill myself or the content creator at that very moment. Worst part is the guy is a big skyrim youtuber and most of them butcher half the pronunciations even though most of them are said clear as day within the game. Another example comes to mind being "fal-kree-uth" its like dude plz.... how hard is it to say "ful-kreeth"?
@@morgandroid Exactly. I tought Torygg was an old man when I first played Skyrim. I thought so because of the loading screen that mentioms Torygg. I was like... "Is that the former High King"?

What's the matter with siding with the imperials? They're inspired by the Romans and are thus way more badass in my personal taste. Also, Solitude is an infinitely cooler city than Winterhold.
@@TheDestati The Skald King's brother, the Orc-thane entered Sovngarde in the second era when he tried to be worthy of the crown of Skyrim, the Orc-thane was later stopped by the Vestige and executed by the Skald king for treason.
I usually put it off along with getting rid of Mirakk just because the world feels empty without the major threats looming over it. Just another place for me to run around in after my character's story is finished
Let me tell you a tale: My Skyrim character, his name was Odin (how original, I know) had no family. That was my headcanon for him. They were all killed in a Daedra attack, and that’s why he ended up in Skyrim, fleeing the place of pain. He was Breton, but his mother would tell him stories of Skyrim, which is why he chose to go there. Odin had a hatred of Daedra & Undead. He was angry. He was hurt. But when meeting the Companions, he felt a kinship, especially with Kodlak. The old warrior was like a father to him. More than his Warrior skill, his spirit & heart taught him deeper meanings than previously imagined. Odin learned that there are greater things than us out there, and that pain & rage can be channeled and controlled, eventually accepted. Kodlak’s death hit like a Thu’um. And yet, it wasn’t so much the dying that hurt, but rather the manner of it. Kodlak hated being a werewolf, and always spoke of Sovngarde. As a Lycan, Hircine would own Kodlak’s afterlife. That was unjust. When the mission was undertook to cure Kodlak of the disease, it touched Odin even further. He felt a profound spiritual desire, a need to learn more about the mysteries of existence. He wouldn’t get that with the Companions, so he traveled to Winterhold to become a mage. Learning he had a profinity for Restoration, Destruction, and Alteration, this eventually led him to the Dawnguard. He loved the opportunity to slay the Undead, even growing to love Serana like a sister. But Isran never filled the void for a mentor left by Kodlak. Nobody could. That is… not until Paarthurnax. Maybe it was the Dragonblood or Dragonsoul. But Odin felt an instant kinship with the old Dragon. He was mentor and father rolled into one. Odin was on the fence about the “Way of the Voice” for sometime, but his meditations with Paarthurnax led him to accept it as the way. When it came time to fight Alduin in Sovngarde, Odin was overjoyed to see Kodlak there, but ever more terrified. The World Eater now threatened his old mentor. Not again. Odin wouldn’t lose another family member. Kodlak earned his rest. Odin’s vengeance against Alduin became personal. The Great Wyrm was beaten, and as Odin returned to the land of the living, he said a final farewell to Kodlak, and a thank you for being there. The words he wanted to say before he died. In the land of the living, Odin felt a deep serenity and assurance. He spared Paarthurnax & humbled the Blades, returned to his wife & children in Whiterun, and looked up to the sky, grateful that his family was safe.
4:48 Anyone realize that Torygg says that Ulfric killed him with the thu'um? This debunks the people who defend ulfric saying he dueled Torygg fairly. Torygg wouldn't lie he's an honorable and noble nord it's how partly why he goes to Sovngarde anyway.
ϟϟ White Wolf ϟϟ #Maga The guard throughout Skyrim and Elsif herself point this out, the fact that the Stormcloak sympathizers are actually ok with that is very telling about there sense of right and wrong
@@L.2.L why aren't their allowed? it's a power some people have, if people can use swords they should be able to use thu'um, especially since thu'um goes back in history of skyrim
I’m glad to see that Ulfric is humbled in Sovngarde. He may very well have realized that the conflict he started only fueled Alduin’s power and sent countless of his men to their doom. He respects the Dragonborn, despite him being the one to end his life and his dream of a free Skyrim.
I understand a lot of the Stormcloaks’ grievances and I believe them to be overall honorable warriors but Ulfric as a person is power hungry and warmongering and can’t see that, considering the circumstances, a united Empire is the only way the North can defeat the Dominion.
@@TheDestati he used a voice that the grey beards said shouldn't be used lightly in what was supposef to be a fair fight, only because he wanted power, nothing more. @@garycannon4644 There's a long-running theory that the protagonists of every mainline TES game mantle the essence of Shezarr, also known as Shor and even Lorkhan. It's presumed to be why the protagonist has no fate, at least not until we stop controlling them; it's also possibly why we even control them. If you don't know what mantling is, it's an interesting lore study. In-universe, you can essentially become an entity by doing as they would. The protag of Morrowind had the potential to become the Nerevarine, but only did so after trying to relive his life. So becoming the Shezarrine is to become the self-aware being at fault for all the world's chaos, but also the one who sets it right.
+The Destati Actually, lore wise the Ebony Warrior is the vestige, the character from Elder Scrolls Online. While fighting Malog Bal, he says that the vestige's soul shall not rest until he is beaten by one for whom's power rivals that of his own, one for whom shall be known to all as Dovahkiin, dragonborn. The most common race of said character is Nord. As for why they are not in sovngarde that is because their soul has been tainted by Malog Bal. Although it may pass on, sovngarde can never be its resting place.
Ulfric must feel like a right prat - the beast trying to eat his soul strengthened by the war he started. There was a degree of satisfaction in that the first time I played the main story.
@@TheDestati The first time I played I joined the Imperial Legion and played out the civil war storyline before I finished the main story. If you do that, you see Ulfric in Sovngarde. He invites you around for tea and biscuits.
@@TheDestati I think all your points are highly valid. The Nords do place immense emphasis on tradition and they value their lifestyle greatly. And this is robbed from them by the Thalmor. The Empire's appeasement of the Thalmor would have caused huge frustrations and meant great compromises. Even General Tullius admits that he understands Ulfric's anger. But during the Stormcloak ending, Ulfric says he's going to wage a Total War policy against the Thalmor after taking Solitude. The Thalmor are essentially the real bad guys in all of this, the Nazis of the Elder Scrolls world. The Empire tried to fight them before, got their arses handed to them. They are a formidable threat - one that would take a united effort to defeat. Ulfric tears Skyrim into two and then wants to wage a war against two enemies - the Empire and the Thalmor. Just from where I sit, it's impractical and honestly bigoted and egotistical on his part. Three things a good leader simply can't be. He may have some moral justification but he's a strategic and political idiot. If you steal Elenwen's journal, she admits that a Stormcloak victory is kinda what the Thalmor want - to weaken the Empire further and strengthen the Elves' chances of world domination. Pakura Momochi the vile well let me tell you why Talos isn't in Sovngarde.... He's a GOD
I love how the Torygg voice actor is the same as the "My ancestors are smiling at me Imperials" actor.
Damn he died twice💀
Can u say the same
As fearless in death as he was in life
It's great because Torygg's one line basically boils down to "My ancestors are smiling at me, Ulfric. Can you say the same?"
Rogviir
I swear skyrim has like 5 voice actors for a whole nation of multiple different races and cultures
You'd think being here in Sovngard with Ulfric would lighten Galmar's view of you at least a little.
He is at least eight times more war-crazy than anyone else in the entire northern half of Tamriel.
Well you the player personally kill most if not all of his friends. You then proceed to obliterate his dream far worse than vermina herself could have done and to top it all off. You kill him and his liege within moments of each other and just when he thinks he's free you pop up.... In sovengarde as one of the biggest personal fuck yous possible in gaming.
Since you not only kill him. But you are the only reason he gets to shor's hall by casting down alduin. So yeah he's going to be bitter.
You underestimated how terrible Vaermina can be
Sovngarde sir.
Or learn something, like Ulfric did...

Ulfric: Perhaps I acted out of arrogance and brought only pain to the land I loved, I am full of regret.
Galmar: Fuck you! Skyrim belongs to the Nords!
Thanks for the laugh
I agree with Galmar lol
@@hugofriberg7603 Skyrim belongs to Mer... Nords are just the descendents of a violent group of murdering giants.. although if you REALLY want to be technical about it, Tamrial actually belongs to the Beast races.. everyone else is a foreigner
Skyrim belongs to the Snow Elves.
I was disappointed I couldn't find the Ebony Warrior here.
not a nord, sorry.
He said he wants to go to Sovngarde when you fight him
Are you saying you defeated the Ebony Warrior before completing the main quest?
he actually does end up there, i found him there even though he's a redguard

Ulfric Spent his whole life being educated and peaceful, his final words truly show how he now sees how empty it all really was.
Yes, Talos is a confirmed embodiment of Shor, so if you believe that the newest Dragonborn is Shor, then you also believe he's Talos, but you're more just living up to the legend of Talos, his souls not reincarnated in you or anything, since Talos ascended with the Aedra.
indeed xD lol let me put it like this, Talos was his own man, But had the spirit of Shor with him, so when he died Talos became one with the Aedra and Shor went on to his next body.

really, I had to mod the music out cause it was so boring and didn't compliment the world at all.
it's interesting how Ulfric almost regrets his rebellion knowing the ultimate fate of so many of those lost in his struggle, while Galmor remains defiant, unable to see past his ideals
no he only regrets because Alduin appeared during it. Had there been no Alduin he would've not regretted. It wasn't about ideal it was about timing.
He regrets that Alduin is killing the soldiers that fought under him, he still knows that his rebellion is justified.
Mason, remember rhat his rebellion was apart of a thalmor plot
@@Headlessgenie The whole civil war was a Thalmor plot. Both Empire and Skyrim were being played by the Thalmor when it started.

Torygg: oh
Ulfric: Turns out most of Skyrim saw my rebellion for what it was; a selfish, petty and greedy rebellion that attracted a fuck ton of racist dickheads and jackasses while basically everyone with any sort of education or morals beyond "Nords be da bestest" or any kind of long-term vision sided with the Empire and Elisif.

Did anyone else get really happy when they saw Kodlak?
The Destati I went to them after I killed Alduin. Kodlak did regonize me
The Destati True dat 😂
The Destati actually there is kinda a unique dialogue with him. he mentioned about seeing the heart of a harbinger within you or something along those lines
Talking to him after you kill alduin he will say "all hail the dragon born" and for my femal charater he said "You did it Lass!"
legate rikke is a nord as well, if I'm not mistaken. I believe you can see her as well
That is, if you sided with the Stormcloaks.
Do they have to be Nords to be there? If you sided with Stormcloaks general Tullius will not be there for he's not Nord?
yes
Can you say the same?"
"I faced him fearlessly - my fate inescapable, yet my honour is unstained - can Ulfric say the same?"
I have no idea if it was intentional or not but I think it's a beautiful piece of irony.
I think the voice actor is the same as well
you can find even more people as you complete more questlines. Eg if you complete the one given by the bards college in solitude, you will meet olaf one-eye, talking about the guy who gave you your quests.

Shaun Mitchell you don’t realize what you had until it’s been taken away, and what’s a greater loss than death? And in your emptiness, new truths are born or discovered.
People invoke their inner poet when they die I guess.
Though I wouldn't be able to keep myself from laughing at all the drama.
Torygg: "Does Ulfric have no honor?"
Ulfric, who is in Sovngarde:
Except virtue doesn't get you there. Dying in combat does. Just like Valhalla, you can be a complete monster, but prove that you're a good warrior and Odin-I mean Shor-will select you for his army. I can only guess that Torygg is in Sovngarde because he put up a hell of a fight despite facing a former legionnaire with an enchanted axe and the power of the Voice.
@@NieroshaiTheSable I think it has to do with fighting for your ideals, which is pretty honorable.
@@NieroshaiTheSableI'm pretty sure Ulfric destroyed Torygg with ease. The reason Torygg went to nord afterlife is because he accepted Ulfrics challenge knowing full well he could not beat him
if they both died at the same time, Ulfric probably won't go to Sovngarde.
It never made sense how if Ulfric made a legal challenge and Torygg accepted and lost, how any of it could actually be a rebellion originally.
No wonder everyone speaks poetically and the grand figures of the time period all show up lamenting about stuff from bad life decisions to "that fog is too damn thick".

armin darbayar because FUCK THE SOUL CAIRN AND LOGIC COMIN STRAIGHT FROM THE SOVENGARD
armin darbayar They fucked the soul cairn.
also, how many Nords are actually in there?
I guess since Sovngarde is an Aedric realm, they have more control over souls than Planes of Oblivion with no proper Daedric Lord to rule them.
Shor really needed those souls.

As epic as this is, never in my 4 years of owning Skyrim have I ever finished the main storyline. Only gone as far as Odahviing.
Lol how do you just never do the main story? You must suck at prioritizing
I usually put it off along with getting rid of Mirakk just because the world feels empty without the major threats looming over it. Just another place for me to run around in after my character's story is finished
When dead they turn, and to Sovngarde they arrive, their speech becomes like that of a poet. For in death, naught else matters but beauty.
Let me tell you a tale:
My Skyrim character, his name was Odin (how original, I know) had no family.
I love that Galmar is still an unchanged hardass post mortem.
First time I talked to the Stormcloak, Alduin snagged him mid-sentence
I swore by a glitch that I saw Savos there too once.
Are you sure it wasn't in the Hall of Valor? One of the hero's of Sovngarde wears the arch-mage's robes
Ferbdude95 Thats arch mage what's his name. He's mentioned in the gauldur amulet quest. He was killed by his three sons. Heirmund i think was his name
The Destati
I think it's mentioned in one of the notes on the brother's bodies. It also explains why the Eye was with one of them.
lewis clark you were really close with the name. And I never realized that the arch-mage in the HoV could have been Giermund. Interesting.
@@TheDestati not only dragons hes also stealing the glory
4:48 Anyone realize that Torygg says that Ulfric killed him with the thu'um?
This debunks the people who defend ulfric saying he dueled Torygg fairly.
Torygg wouldn't lie he's an honorable and noble nord it's how partly why he goes to Sovngarde anyway.
ϟϟ White Wolf ϟϟ #Maga The guard throughout Skyrim and Elsif herself point this out, the fact that the Stormcloak sympathizers are actually ok with that is very telling about there sense of right and wrong
@@L.2.L are thu'ums not allowed in fights?
ultratronger No they’re not hence why anybody saying that fight was fair was clearly full of it.
@@L.2.L why aren't their allowed? it's a power some people have, if people can use swords they should be able to use thu'um, especially since thu'um goes back in history of skyrim
ultratronger the same reason you get arrested if you use magic or weapons in a fist fight. It was dishonorable.
Legate Rike is there if you fight with the Stormcloaks and win before entering Sovengarde, I checked were cool
Preston Garvey: Now that you've defeated Alduin in Sovngarde, another settlement needs our help, I'll mark it on your map.
Free skyrim was just to get people to rally under his desire for power. And his free skyrim is bigotry and taking out other races from skyrim even though its been home to more than nords since before talos.
When i got to sovngarde, i scaled the hills and went straight to tsun, then defeated alduin i did, so the stormcloak soldier made it safely
I want Torygg's robes. Anyone know the name? ...even though I could look it up
his robes id is : 000EAD49
they are unobtainable the normal way you have to use the command console
iDontHaveMonitor 10 months late but thanks!
Ulfric really changes in Sovngard when he realized that Alduin is the boss here
Torygg was proud that he had faced Ulfric even when he was at disadvantage
Kodlak was just as good as he was in life
Galmar is like: F*ck off
Seeing the mighty and brave Ulfric Stormcloak, scared and lost in Sovengard was so strange. The man who preached about freedom and bravery for Skyrim now lost and weary in the mist of what all Nord's sought to be paradise is an experience like no other.
Does every Nord turn into a poet when the go to Sovengarde?
4:05 *Do YoU kNoW dA wEy?*
Ulfric Shakespeare
I been playing this game for 10 years....I never knew you could actually meet Toryg!!! I seen Ulfric and Kodlak, but never have I seen Toryg around, goddamn.
This music man... The music and story is why I have played Skyrim for years! Not once have I ever been bored of this awesome game!
You can also see Olaf One-Eye from the Bards College questline
I wonder when you die your soul goe to Sovngarde but your body becomes Draughr instead? Because i've heard Olaf one eyes's draughr saying die bard ! :D
@@ladyselin35 I have always wondered about that. Maybe part of his soul remained in the draugr body. In Sovngarde, he is aware that you completed that quest, so he is connected with the draugr somehow. Or he wasn't in Sovngarde before, only after you killed that draugr.
Galmar: "The king of this realm will cast you out!"
The Dragonborn, a literal Shezarrine: "Yeah, I somehow doubt that, bud."
Whats a shezarrine?
@@garycannon4644 There's a long-running theory that the protagonists of every mainline TES game mantle the essence of Shezarr, also known as Shor and even Lorkhan. It's presumed to be why the protagonist has no fate, at least not until we stop controlling them; it's also possibly why we even control them. If you don't know what mantling is, it's an interesting lore study. In-universe, you can essentially become an entity by doing as they would. The protag of Morrowind had the potential to become the Nerevarine, but only did so after trying to relive his life. So becoming the Shezarrine is to become the self-aware being at fault for all the world's chaos, but also the one who sets it right.
if I kill the ebony warrior will I see him in sovangarde?
The Destati but the ebony warrior talks about how he wants to go to sovngarde..
sorry kiddo but Sovngarde is a whites only club.
You can make a black nord, Ben.
A punny guy. yes i know, very unrealistic.
but what do you expect from a game with cats and lizards that walk on two feet, and can speak.
@@TheDestati He doesn't make the best tea I've ever tasted. How about you?
The Empire makes its mistakes for sure - but they are the barrier against the real enemy.
Tsun is too badass to be feel the electrical magic of that storm call shout.
