Thank you very much for this video. It really helped me to understand where I have to put my intention on and how the Qi is flowing. I always had difficulties to feel this movement and now it feels much more subtle and natural.
This is amazing. This was the one Yi Jin Jing movement that made no sense for me. I could never feel the chi in my body when I did the movement. Now, doing it this way, I get the chi activation and really feel it now. Thanks!!
Yi Jin Jing Live Interactive Seminar (Sat 14 - 15 & Sat 21 November 2020): courses.kungfu.life/courses/yi-jin-jing Happy Thursday everyone! @@xyz0. Hello, the seminar is taking place the next weekend (14th Saturday - 15th Sunday of November), yes, in the seminar we will go into details about the whole 12 exercises of Yi Jin Jing, which was presented in my last video. Hope this helps. 😀
This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. I only found out about yi Jin Jing recently, but most of the videos aren't as detailed as I'd like. I guess I missed the seminars. A pity.
Would you please tell us the reasons why it is a chi kung practice, but not just physical exercise. Would you please tell us how the chi move inside the body in each movement. I have been learning the theories and the ways of practicing chi kung for more than 20 years. I have never seem people explaining the theories behind each movement in RUclips. Without knowing the theories of the moves and the chi flowing inside the body, how do we know whether your way of practice is correct or not?!
Thanks shifu, I already know Yi JinJing, but my exercises are a little different from yours (I learned from Shi YanMing, USA Shaolin Temple), I think each master has his own interpretation, what you think?
KUNGFU.LIFE please tell me is shaolin kung fu is good and effective for self defense and fighting like wing chun because kung fu has been called granddaddy of hand to hand fighting and shaolin kung fu has been called king of the fighting arts, grandfather of all martial arts
@@osakarose5612 because I don't know which Kung Fu styles to choose from both are good for self-defense and fighting they're effective and work but I can't decide from Shaolin Kung Fu to Wing Chun Kung Fu I can only choose one

@@gerardocovarrubias1127 it depends on you. If you train hard both are working. If you don’t both won’t work.
@@_ninja_nic I've seen Wing Chun more nmma than Shaolin Kung Fu should I explain that Wing Chun has more experience in fighting then Shaolin Kung Fu
if you want to learn to fight take some boxing, kickboxing (or tae kwon do or vale tudo), and bjj. That was you learn kicking, striking and grappling!
