Im only in my 30s and have done excercises like dancing and Yoga but they didnt help much with my sleep and tireness during daytime. Since I started Taichi my sleep has improved so much! Thats incredible. Thanks guys for sharing. Hope everyone enjoys Taichi!

I have been doing this practice most days for over a year now and it has substantially helped my chronic pain issues coming up far too early in my life (late 20s) I will be sharing and trying to teach others the joy of this practice. Thanks so much for the detailed videos!

Can someone explain "onces?" Sorry, new at this and have been studying with the nice lady at Yogalily. I'm glad I knew the basic practice because some of this had me going in different directions than I'm used to. Music was gorgeous and the setting so beautiful and tranquil! Will be coming back!
I've started this qigong when I joined the retreat last September. I'm doing every morning before my day starts and have reached over 100 days since then. My body feels suppler and powerful every day. Thank you for this version of Yi Jin Jing that I favor most. I'll continue practicing it forever.

Once I tried this 易筋, I felt that the smooth movement of my body linked to the breathing, which is easier and much comfortable than the quick exercise. I realize my weakpoint of my movement, so I try this idea rather than urged by miscellaneous instructions.
This so beautiful, You first though us how to do the moves separately, now in this video we can do all together as one flow session, I really really love it, it's feels beautiful every moment. Thank you.

I had been practice this exercise for 2 years long, once per day, and it had helped me a lot to relief my back pain (degenerative disc disease). But has to be persistent and life style change actitud. Thanks a lot

As it is, I have to keep my eyes on the screen to follow the steps, hence cannot perform each form to the maximum.
It is proven to work surprisingly well as it promises. I got the hang of it now even though I am still not good enough. Enjoy exercising every day. I will continue to do so. Thank you for this amazing teaching! I've practice this flow daily for about three months and already am experiencing great benefit. I do have a question that I'm hoping somebody could advise on. I understand it is best to keep the breath calm and silent for the best flow of Chi. That said, I really struggle with this when I get to Movement 11, Bowing Down in Salutation. When I am doing this movement, I feel breathless. I focus on the drumming at the root of the neck, focus on the extended exhale on the way down, and likewise with the inhale on the way up. I am usually able to get through the movement, but I feel breathless afterward and sometimes need to take a couple of deep breaths before proceeding to the next exercise (which are quite loud and forced). I'd be grateful to hear anyone's perspective on this. I'm assuming my body just needs to relax more, but I'm a bit confused on the best way to practice this one best. Thank you in advance and have a good day. 🙏

Love the form and the flow. But this video in particular is poorly shot. The light and shadows make it hard to see details or follow along. It would be fantastic if shot again. Plus as another viewer commented be available as a dvd or down load for a price. But professionally done. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

The movement and breath have to be in harmony with each other, which is archieved by pure calmness. Never force the breath, let it be 'free and beautiful', don't follow into the trap of pranayama.
I love those videos but i have a problem with choosing the right routine for me. Everytime I try to learn the form the new one comes up . What is the difference and does it matter which movements you apply?? Thank you

The movement and breath have to be in harmony with each other, which is archieved by pure calmness. Never force the breath, let it be 'free and beautiful', don't follow into the trap of pranayama.

I love those videos but i have a problem with choosing the right routine for me. Everytime I try to learn the form the new one comes up . What is the difference and does it matter which movements you apply?? Thank you
Michal Cukrowski they all are the same but with each own unique expression. I like this one better bc I can feel the changes vs others for me.
