I recently began exploring Yi Jin Jing as part of my Qigong practice and found this helpful video. The Master demonstrated the movements at a comfortable pace, which made it easy to follow along. I also found the back camera view useful for understanding hand placement. The historical photos included in the video are amazing and added to the overall experience. Thank you for sharing!
The key here is to Channel, Dynamize and Circulate the Internal Qi daily. The Movements that appear here are the COMPLEMENT to the work with Internal Alchemy. The Movements of Chi Kung (or Tai Chi, if applicable) alone are NOT useful.
It doesn't really have to be translated. Just copy the movement with appropriate breathing. Some of the names in Chinese couldn't make sense or can't even be translated to the other languages

Super cool! Ditto on the translation
Every time I see Yi Jin Jing demonstrated it looks different.
If someone can translate this to English it would be greatly appreciated!
