    where can i find the introduction to meditation that Ajahn Brahm talking about?
    is it available on the youtube?

      Pretty sure it would be his book:
      "Mindfulness, Belief and Beyond: A Meditator's Handbook", Wisdom Publ, 2006
      After struggling to meditate for perhaps three years, I discovered this book and within a couple of weeks was finally getting some very good meditations. It really is excellent.
      I also recommend very highly his:
      "The Art of Disappearing: The Buddha's Path to Lasting Joy". Also Wisdom Publ, 2011
      If you're in Australia or NZ, order thru the Buddhist Society of WA (or online book sellers such as Fishpond). If further afield, I'm sure you could get them from vendors such as Amazon (or directly from the publisher, Wisdom Publications, Boston).

    Thank you for the videos. I have started meditating because of them. And now, I have a question.
    I can only keep one thought in my mind at a time. I can focus on the parts of my body and relax them. But then the mind wanders off. And I am not watching the mind wander off. I am not able to watch the emotions, or the thoughts. At some stage, I realize that I'm thinking about something else, and I come back to focussing on the body. Or I feel another pain somewhere, and I focus on that. How can I learn to focus on the emotions, or on the thoughts?
    What is the next step for me please?

      Breath in and breath out meditation is mostly practiced and its OK great benefit
