Same here. Had a mild headache when I woke up from a stressful previous day. Started this meditation from my bed. Now I am back to my normal self and ready to get started.
Thank you for adding these guided meditations. They are wonderful even when your toddler is pulling and climbing on you throughout. Haha! Hopefully in the future she will learn to be still with me.
Ajahn Brahm teaches real meditations and he teaches very well. If you listen and explore your mind looking for what he is describing you will eventually find it and it will be very beneficial to your meditation. He's also a really cool person *****

I would like to ask a question that I have posed to many spiritual societies. I did receive one reply but I would like to see if anyone else has the same conclusion. Thank you! During a bout with sleep paralysis, i decided not to fight it. In doing this, I felt a surge go up my spine and into my head. I heard a high pitch sound and I was simultaneously somewhere else and in my body. My body had no form and it looked like I was in some type of void. This void was dark, but i could see clearly I was not alone. Not clearly enough to make out exactly what i was seeing, but seeing enough to recognize some sort of structure to where I was. I was in awe and could not believe what had just happened. I went from being scared to death during the sleep paralysis, to feeling at peace when i was in this void. Do you have any idea what happened to me? And yes, I'm serious! This did happened.
What I did is to watch a variety of videos to learn about Buddhism and how it works. Ajahn Brahm is my personal favorite, because he is kind and always keeps things light. Then I started practicing. Sometimes I could only do 3 minutes. Usually I can do longer now, especially when it is guided by Ajahn Brahm.
