I eat cottage cheese every day.... so I'm a HUGE fan. It helps me to try and reach my protein goals for the day. I deal with a lot of inflammation, due to a list of autoimmune diseases. But I went back to eating dairy because I was having trouble getting enough protein. I can promise I feel like it has improved my quality of life. I'm going to make the cottage cheese eggs tomorrow!!
Feeling confident its, 333g. Just found your channel, was def intrigued by the cottage cheese ingredient. Im also gluten free and this looks for do able!
bring on the cottage cheese recipes. . Almost every night, I mix cottage cheese with plain Greek yogurt and some picante sauce, and dip with baked chips. Sometimes I add chicken breast chili in the mixture. A wonderful protein dip.. Using carrots is also yummy
Let's do the last one and move on to something else! Your recent videos made me try CC. I've never even considered eating it regardless of the protein since I've never liked the texture and preferred Greek yogurt. However with the recent attn it's gotten and the addition of organic CC like Good Culture I figured I would try it out. Well now I can't stop eating it and have incorporated it into my daily macros. Thank you!
Mine turned out very bad. Bad taste. Bad mushy texture. Just the equivalent of 20$ worth of ingredients directly in the bin. What protein powder did u use?
All of the metric conversions are on the website (for every single recipe!) which is always linked in the description. I try to cater to both here - I hope this helps.
What happens if you replace some or all of the oat flour with almond flour? My wife is diabetic. I’m always looking for ways to cut carbs but eat “normally”.
I still don't believe the cottage cheese ice cream tastes good. Maybe you could perfect that? I haven't tried it for that specific reason. Afraid it'll taste salty because cottage cheese usually contains a lot of salt.
How many days a week do you workout?
