Hey 👋 This is nothing but ServiceNow API which is created by the Real ServiceNow Developer with the help of JavaScript. g_form stands for glideForm which is responsible for managing the form UI. so g_form.getValue ('you need to mention a field name from the current Form'). Hey 👋 You can check for the specific incident's priority field which was mentioned as Priority 1. Any incident with Priority 1 as refer as P1. Which is occured when there are number of users affected for maybe a server down issue or for any issue in that situation the Priority 1 incident comes in the picture.
