    Sir, I didn't get the example that how Come it was not working on client side when we unchecked the option ,condition was on resolved or closed those 2 fields will be mandatory

    Pritam every time when iam opening an Incident it is showing "welcome to incident from" like that... How we did.. for UI policies and Actions.. but how to reset it.. when i see your video when you are opening and incident form you are not getting any alert boxes. I think we used before insert and after insert , before update and after update... Tell me how to reset it..

      because of clientscripts . check it on clientscripts it is set to onload().

      Hey 👋
      Its simple bro, you just need make active checkbox as false for those business rules or client script which are causing the pop up.
      whenever you are practicing something and once we are done with it make it inactive thats it 🤓
