That spirit he is talkingbof is what is called determination! Because one wanna acoomplish something, all those money you may have been using for other things get into the building, but you dont realize it. That is my idea

Building a house is like throwing money , or sowing a seed it goes in and doesn’t come back, at this point, you must be smart with managing money and cutting every unnecessary expenses, and find a side hustle that brings in money. Be focused and take it step by step no rush.

Thank you Sir for the tips and experience. Without focus and determination its not easy putting up a building project. I used the age formula he said and it worked for me. i will be 30 this year and I'm almost done with plastering of my 2 bedroom house. No loans but massive savings and less expenses. Thanks Sir

Very true. My architect was the one who actually selected the land for me, drew the plan and is actually the same contractor who is building the house. Very professional

I really can relate where he speaks about money coming from somewhere unexpectedly 😂. I’m in my late 20s and I’m moving into my 4bdrms, 5 washrooms ❤

Best interview I followed this RUclips channel when undertaking my project about every stage and the price involved.
I recommend this RUclips channel to every young man who does not have any idea about building and the price involved your best solution but due to months and years differential in video the price will slightly be different don’t be cheated too much this channel helped me.

You are damn right! The architect is always required. I almost had that problem when a mason started my foundation without my architect at site. On arrival, I realized the dimensions were smaller and not adding up.
Get an architect and seek professional advise!
    Big ups 😊

It’s very true about what this guy said about doors opening when you are building. We are building at Kasoa and it’s amazing how doors always open when we are in need. The universe is amazing

If you are living in a common unity and you have the equipments in that common unity in no time you can have a house like you have said a two bedroom house In no time but as usual it is trust trying to do things on yr own can be very difficult especially if you don't have deep pockets but what I would look to do is to build one of the room then slowly but surely i will finish the rest but it helps if you in a common unity

what hes saying is not practical, saving 2500 a month for 5 years gives us 150000 which cannot build a 2br flat
