I've seen a lot of houses in my country affected by rising water, and a lot of them are built with the DPM installed, so what could be the cause of existing water damages to the walls & paints despite having the plastic member installed?
there are enough strong pillars, why not go for a one storey 4 bedroom? floor it and leave it. just finish the ground floor and move in. 10 years time 2 bedroom will be too small then you can complete the next floor
@@ladysaw9995 no I'm not a builder. Waterproofing is something I've recently been looking into. Unfortunately, most local builders don't know what they're doing. They lack modern experience and building procedures. Do you'll have to insist on what you really want.
Chale this is toooo expensive….the excavation is only 2feet deep…44k wow….I spent 60k Ghana cedis….6 bedroom story building….my excavation trenches 4feet deep with huge columns….all above standard…well I purchased and bargain everything myself….I guess that’s the difference….44k🤦🏾♂️
Also they are using expensive excavation vehicles and may have included cost of preparing land for which they hired similar heavy vehicles. If you build at a faster rate it makes the cost higher.
I watched the similar video and same cost for 3 bedroom foundation level was 40k . These guys are just a ripoff in you don’t buy the materials yourself and get involved

Two bedrooms is enough for two kids. These days having more than 2 is a lot of cost and responsibility
Is it eleven courses from floor level to lintel?
That plastic is going to ware off like nothing was there. Damp proof membranes are much durable and thicker than that. Like those sold by ventigeo

The cost of the foundation is too costly it's like the cost of five bedroom foundation it's way too much money for two bedroom house foundation.
Depends on what kind of 5 bedroom house you're building.
