  • In this video, I'll show you a fascinating area in East Legon, Ghana that's known as Trasacco Valey. This is where the rich hide away from the scrutiny of the general public.
I am joined with my friends Beatrice and Elsa. It truly was an an amazing experience. I highly recommend checking it out if you're ever in East Legon! This is an area you won't want to miss.
If you're looking to explore some of the most amazing sights in Accra, Ghana, be sure to check out the richest neighborhood in the city! This neighborhood is home to some of the richest people in Ghana, and it's a must-see for anyone visiting Accra!
Thanks to ‪@officialbluebeatrice‬ I was able to gain access to a rental property there.
In the second part of the video, I visit Sky Bar in Accra. Sky Bar is the fanciest rooftop in Accra. It has an amazing view that overlooks the entire city of Accra. I am joined with my friend ‪@ElsyElsa‬ as we discuss her life and some of the key differences between Nigeria and Ghana.

This first part of this video was basically pure luck. I never expected to gain access to the second house I went into. It's always good to try and ask. The worst thing people can say is no. There's a lot of construction in Acca and I am excited to see what this amazing country will look like in the next few years. Special Thanks to Blue and Elsa for helping in the making of this video. Ivain, I like what you are doing. You are showing Africa to the world, and that is what is important at the moment. We have been trodden under for far too long, so when we see content like this, it's therapeutic. It's doesn't matter how many hundreds of years our forefathers crossed the ocean, we still yearned for Africa 💎🌍. That young lady is so beautiful, and I like her transparency and humility. I wish her all the best in life, and I pray that God blessed her with a wonderful husband and children 🙏.

Beautiful, but i realised how here in Namibia standards differ, for example the Municipality responsible for the land where houses will be built will have to be serviced like professionally.A company that does land servicing is hired to do firstly positioning rain drainages ,sidewalks, inserting water pipelines, bringing electricity to the area, putting pole lamps, putting the road then road markings, road signs ,humps, proper road kerbs, then street names.this is the standard .
Now if this area is designated as high cost area before you build you hand in your design which is only approved if it is 3 times the value of the land the property is sitting on.lets say you spend U$75000 x 3 = U$225,000 will be the standard value of your property. You may go up in value but may not deteriorate.

Yes people are building on every piece of land available in the cities and towns in Ghana but that in itself has good and bad implications. Without HOA’s(Home Owners Associations),, everybody does whatever they want and build without putting in proper drainage along the front of their homes hence directing water to neighbors properties or into the supposed roads and streets. Come raining season the roads get really damaged then citizens blame authorities. But the same citizens are part of the problems.
Also land used for farming has all disappeared in Greater Accra because everybody wants to live in Accra so the need for housing is so high and property development has became lucrative business. Please people don’t rush to Accra only to come and add to the problems. Come to Ghana and go to other regions where there is a need for investments into agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, and education, just to mention a few lucrative areas where you can invest in reap good benefits and also enjoy living in Ghana. Plus you can get the land far more cheaper and build your house for far more less money in such other places than buying land a plot that is less than a quarter of an acre at East Legon, Trasacco area, Adjirignanor, East Airport for example, for USD500,000.00 before building that mansion for another $500,000.00.
Do your research well, you will not be able to afford these areas that you are seeing. Nice to see and dream about but you will not be able to play where the rich in Ghana live. We are talking footballers playing in big football leagues in Europe, making millions of Euros or pounds a month, people owning airlines, shipping businesses, pharmaceutical companies, small scale mines etc.

Ivain- those homes are splendid, elegant, and phenomenal. Do they pay annual taxes like America for their homes? For 3k for that home to rent is pretty cheap in comparison to America. IVAIN- THAT HOUSE DOES LOOK LIKE IT BELONGS IN BEVERLY HILLS.

Man, life is about access and opportunities. This sister is so pretty. She could easily be a model if she was in the West.
I am pretty shocked by what she said regarding Ghanaian men only dating Nigerian girls for fun and vice versa. It just shows you we always don’t see each other as one. It’s so easy to say we are all black but when you dig deeper there is so much hidden tribalism, racism etc. The same men justifying why they cannot marry according to nationality will not have such considerations if the same woman was white. Pretty disgusting.

It’s called tribalism, apathy and desensitization - this is seen everywhere throughout the world.
