This first part of this video was basically pure luck. I never expected to gain access to the second house I went into. It's always good to try and ask. The worst thing people can say is no. There's a lot of construction in Acca and I am excited to see what this amazing country will look like in the next few years. Special Thanks to Blue and Elsa for helping in the making of this video. Kindly subscribe to their channels as well (links in description). If you enjoyed the video, kindly hit that 👍 button and share. Thanks 🙏
Wow,Ivain the girls are absolutely gorgeous & the houses are top notch 💗.
The second one is a mansion with the wow factor.

Ivain, I like what you are doing. You are showing Africa to the world, and that is what is important at the moment. We have been trodden under for far too long, so when we see content like this, it's therapeutic. It's doesn't matter how many hundreds of years our forefathers crossed the ocean, we still yearned for Africa 💎🌍. That young lady is so beautiful, and I like her transparency and humility. I wish her all the best in life, and I pray that God blessed her with a wonderful husband and children 🙏.
Thanks so much for watching and your feedback. Yes, there’s a hole side of Africa that is often not shown. I’m glad you are enjoying the content. Thanks so much !
Wow, the second house is simply breathtaking
Very nice look at what’s possible in Accra. I’m gonna have to visit Ghana some day soon.
Good work my brother 👍🏾
Hey Ivain 5 stars to this video.Tell Elsa iam catching the flight tonight😁👍👏👏👏👏👏
The young Queens hair just does something to me ❗️😍🤗
Elsa is speaking out of one of those experinces, there are more inter foreign marriages btn Ghana and Nigeria than to other African countries.
I am visiting Accra Ghana this October these homes are beauiful. I would love to live in that area of Ghana. See you soon.
We'd be looking forward to seeing you 😊. Into real estate myself.
I should be there in October...it will be my fourth visit...will move soon.

Sounds great! Ghana is an amazing destination. You will have a great time and spend a lot less money.
This is a very different lens on Accra! I've never seen this side of Ghana. The neighborhood was beautiful. The rooftop veiw was gorgeous. It looked like a typical metropolitan city anywhere else. Very nice video.
Them girls with the afropuff hair are the real Stars of this video

Just discovered your channel and am glad I did, positive vibes only. I really enjoy real estates
That’s not the only expensive place in Ghana. I suggest you go to trassaco valley community 1 and 2 and also the airport hills estate which is totally different from airport city and east airport
what's the inherent value in a place being "expensive"?
Thanks for the information.
Hey buddy, awesome vlog and yes, she was fine absolutely. Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!
Thanks! Will do!
The houses are absolutely beautiful. Thing that I won't be OK with, is the roads, the drainage system and electrical wires hanging on the street poles. These three thing doesn't make the area to be expensive. The houses are amazing though.

@@yawos9024 Only quoted what he said. Don't be silly
Trasaco is not the most expensive, airport residential area is the most expensive jn Accra.
Yes the most expensive estate in Ghana is Airport Hills which is part of Airport residential area

the cost of building a house in eastlegon including the land starts at $250,000. East legon lands starts at $200,000 and it cost at least $50,000 to build a simple 3 bedroom house so total is a minimum of $250,000.
Great info and video!

This remains your most viewed video on your channel. 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Nice video. Elsa a very beautiful girl, I'll go to Ghana in a heartbeat for her ❤
Beautiful, but i realised how here in Namibia standards differ, for example the Municipality responsible for the land where houses will be built will have to be serviced like professionally.A company that does land servicing is hired to do firstly positioning rain drainages ,sidewalks, inserting water pipelines, bringing electricity to the area, putting pole lamps, putting the road then road markings, road signs ,humps, proper road kerbs, then street names.this is the standard .
Now if this area is designated as high cost area before you build you hand in your design which is only approved if it is 3 times the value of the land the property is sitting on.lets say you spend U$75000 x 3 = U$225,000 will be the standard value of your property. You may go up in value but may not deteriorate.

@@Ferrys1220Airport Hills is the most expensive.
U can make further research. Airport Hills has the mansions and Trassaco Valley has the best landscape
Ghanaians greet as well as she says otherwise. I think she is one of those who dnt explore.
To the beautiful black queen with the afro ur gorgeous!
Very nice 💯💫👌🏾
Yes people are building on every piece of land available in the cities and towns in Ghana but that in itself has good and bad implications. Without HOA’s(Home Owners Associations),, everybody does whatever they want and build without putting in proper drainage along the front of their homes hence directing water to neighbors properties or into the supposed roads and streets. Come raining season the roads get really damaged then citizens blame authorities. But the same citizens are part of the problems.
Also land used for farming has all disappeared in Greater Accra because everybody wants to live in Accra so the need for housing is so high and property development has became lucrative business. Please people don’t rush to Accra only to come and add to the problems. Come to Ghana and go to other regions where there is a need for investments into agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, and education, just to mention a few lucrative areas where you can invest in reap good benefits and also enjoy living in Ghana. Plus you can get the land far more cheaper and build your house for far more less money in such other places than buying land a plot that is less than a quarter of an acre at East Legon, Trasacco area, Adjirignanor, East Airport for example, for USD500,000.00 before building that mansion for another $500,000.00.
Do your research well, you will not be able to afford these areas that you are seeing. Nice to see and dream about but you will not be able to play where the rich in Ghana live. We are talking footballers playing in big football leagues in Europe, making millions of Euros or pounds a month, people owning airlines, shipping businesses, pharmaceutical companies, small scale mines etc.
Thanks for the very insightful feedback. It’s good information. Thanks a lot for watching.
It’s called security house or security post. Human do no live in cages

Ivan please be mindful of the mindset behind your question, so not to be looking through the lens of the USA (west). Remember we here in the west are trained to think a certain way and when we travel, transplant those views. Let’s find out what is important to the people in the host country and from that you’d know what to ask them to enlighten us here.. peace and love brother!
That girl blue is so cute
Hope they work on improving the roads

@@louislark3068 of course there are property taxes. how would the local government function otherwise? What he meant is few people build/buy using mortgages
You pay taxes called property rates every year

Man, life is about access and opportunities. This sister is so pretty. She could easily be a model if she was in the West.
I am pretty shocked by what she said regarding Ghanaian men only dating Nigerian girls for fun and vice versa. It just shows you we always don’t see each other as one. It’s so easy to say we are all black but when you dig deeper there is so much hidden tribalism, racism etc. The same men justifying why they cannot marry according to nationality will not have such considerations if the same woman was white. Pretty disgusting.
It’s called tribalism, apathy and desensitization - this is seen everywhere throughout the world.
What was the first track you played? About loving San Francisco city
