- The amount of stuff to do in Once Human really plateaus toward the endgame and after phase 2. Once Human Phase 4 and Once Human Phase 3 have practically no new content coming into the game. I am not complaining because I have spend an UNREAL amount of time in Once Human Season 1 BUT I am lead to ask, HOW COULD HAVE Once Human Season 1 and Once Human Phases BEEN BETTER?

Its so weird for me to say that the phases or the season in general is short with not that much content (coming each phase) while i have 190 hours in the game lmao
honestly solid start for the game but i hope season 2 can spice it up more.

I'm sure each season will get better and better, honestly season 1 has been great even with the content lull these past two phases
all the fathers of 52 children and 6 full time jobs are gonna complain at the phase length, while real humans are struggling to have content each week

@@whyprim Nah. The game takes maybe 4-5 days to learn everything, even if ur goofing around. After that you burn through all the content of a new phase in less than one evening. What they could have done instead is to make fast phased servers of maybe 2-3 days alongside the regular week long phases. One type for gamers and one type for the grandpas who are just there to kill 20 minutes every other day.
@strpwnr3 that's how you play dude, I had a two weeks off and played for 8 hours on several days more than I should off cos I always found something to do 😅 and if I couldn't I just remodeled and optimised stuff. You just clearly find less value in the little things

I did all the quests (phase 1+2), got all the available deviants, all the attachments, made and optimized a 500 piece cement base with a water/oil system using 6 pumps + water storage, refiners and barrels, made a farm, got all the weapons and midifications to it, and calibrated it to lvl 10 (several times actually cause i calibrated a weapon i didnt own the first time, and a weapon with default calibrations that i didnt want the second time) AND I had a lot of time to goof around. Took about 30 hours to learn and implement everything. Today phase 3 unlocked on my server. Did all the bosses and silos on hard difficulty and it took what.. like 2 hours maybe. Now theres nothing new untill 6 days.
"All areas unlocked" meant the entire world map as Blackfell and the area before it were locked before phase 3 . They do not put all new content in the phases page. The two new monoliths (LVL50+) also unlock with phase 4 to continue the story. One is the giant and the other is the mother and child. If you try to enter them now you will get the popup telling you to return in phase 4.
Oh yeah you are 100% right about the monoliths and the quests I totally forgot! That's huge. Also I'm pretty sure that chalk peak and red sands opened up in phase 2. I am positive I was in blackfell before phase 3. The video I made talking about phase 3 was in red sands. But the monoliths for sure are coming in phase 4 I spaced those out.
@@FringePatriotGaming yeah my server was in phase 2 yesterday and i was in Blackfell area getting gear.
It's all the same just a bit harder with 2 more bosses. I hope they offer in the next season because I'm done for this week.
Yeah phase 4 is better than phase 3 but barely
My main complaint is the hiding blueprints in the wish machine that is too expensive & with limited currency& n there is no other way to get blueprints to upgrade gear or get new gear sets & weapons to try! Basically Zero reward for doing bosses or silos. Its not fun!
@@TheXTYRANTx you could grind to purify more energy but yeah it would maybe help if they added in more ways to get more of that currency

I have 200 hours played 😂 like 250 lvl 3 cortex that I can’t use because of a limit of 40 weekly. I like the game but i want it to be better is all.
just hit phase 3 on the server im playing on and there is very little to do. This is the major problem with seasonal play.
The drip feeding of content sucks especially because it seems very front loaded. Hopefully that gets better
I've solo farmed hard content way more than I should have. Maybe in phase 5 they'll make shrapnel mods drop as frequently as bounce mods.
No kidding or some overpower mods would be nice
@@FringePatriotGaming I've farmed 3 legendaries from silos so far, and each time they've taken over 10 tries to get the first one to drop. I have no clue how people are picky about secondary stats when I can't even find the damn things.

I've done everything including all of phase 4's content already yet I have everything done 60ish Blackfell, Pollution Refinery point and Clifton runs I still don't have the one semi useful furniture bp which is the 'metal shelves'?
I haven't found it either, I find most furniture and blueprints in cabinets and trash cans

Very much disagree. The pacing seems fine. To go with the most successful/well known MMO comparison, World of Warcraft had, what, 2 years between release and new Burning Crusade content? Keep in mind that WoW had NONE of the extra professions, base defense stuff, pet battles, dailies or any of the side activities that pad its base content these days between patches.
Also keep in mind that the vast majority of gamers are BEHIND the weekly progression in Once Human. Most people have jobs, lives and other activities. Games are NOT made for RUclipsrs who can no-life a game and complain for clicks.
Once Human's pace of content and the progression into harder difficulties (hard /pro / etc) is actually pretty solid, in my view. It keeps things fresh, the power gain steady, and they add enough new mechanics and challenge where it's fun without hitting burnout.
I agree with the comments about spacing out quests and deviations a bit more into sparse areas, but as you suggest, they'll learn over time. And yes, the devs have said we will likely start in and explore whole new areas in future seasons.
1000% they will learn over time. The game is great now just let this game cook for a year max and I think that they will have dialed in the exact recipe for success. People aren't wrong though when they say p3 and p4 were less than what they expected. Me personally I don't really care
What new mechanics? after Phase 2 its legitimately a bore fest, the only new content that gets added is harder dungeons and boss fights, i work full time 38 hours a week and ive gotten so bored on my main world with nothing to do that ive started on another world with a friend. this game has horrible pacing and where is this vast majority of gamers behind this weekly drip fed non existent content you speak of?

Games are not meant for RUclipsrs who smash through all content in 1 day.
I play 1-2 hour a day (if that) and pacing is great.
10000% agree. Content soooo dry. It’s a nonstop grind for mods. I did the 3 hard prime wars in 30 minutes. The rest of phase 3 has been hard silos and crafting. I feel that phase 4 is going to be much of the same.
Yeah they have the monolith and the quests but like you said those are most likely a 30 minute completion time so phase 4 will probably look very similar to phase 3. A bit better though, I forgot about the monoliths unlocking
for the players who have a lot of time to play including me, yes, there isn't a lot of content for how fun the game is. The majority of players don't have as much time to play, 6 weeks for them is a nonstop grind and lots of content
I will say though, I have over 100 hours in the game and there is still lots of quests to do. Id say that's incredible for a free to play game

So you're saying , thats the only place we can explore for this season 1? and the rest is for upcoming season ?
Season 1 ends in two weeks after phase 2 the entire map planned for season 1 is available. What I'm saying is s1 map will be locked in season 2 and we will move north for that season which will probably have regions unlock the same way. After season 2 we move west for season 3 and for season 4 full map will be used. That is just entirely speculation though
Darn can't edit my other post. Your graph is wrong because the platau declines in difficulty because you get a ton of better gear.
It's not a difficulty graph It's a content graph. Start with a lot to do, middle very little, end the finale

Mine are so bad also. It needs to be a bit easier to re roll them. Even if it's just to swap it around inside the original four you roll. It's rough, mine suck so bad too
Phase 3 is so disappointing, expected new content to play to only get pro difficulty dungeons ive run a bunch. Lame.

Yea with a new phase obly unlocking new difficulty is not alot Def need new silos or bosses or things to unlock
Phase four has the monolith that unlocks as well as that one Deviant questline thing which I forgot to mention so it's at least better than phase 3 was.
